Paul Olivera is everything that gives used car salesmen a bad name. I contacted him about a vehicle that was listed online. He boasted about how Colonial has 17 locations, etc. I said oh great, is there any way for you to look in your system and see if you have any more of these vehicles at another location so I can have some options. I said I saw the exact same one at your Marlboro location.
He told me he'd check. When he called back he said the vehicle in Marlboro was no longer available. Hmmm that's weird because I just called them and they said it was. Then he said he got another one in. I said ok, what's the vin? It was the same vin as the vehicle Marlboro had. He admitted he purchased it from that location (I learned later all the Colonial locations operate separately and he took it from Marlboro so he could make the sale).
Problem was he wouldn't honor the price they had it listed at. Instead he jacked it up thousands of dollars. I told him I didn't want to play games. I just wanted to buy a car. I ended up getting a better vehicle for a cheaper price through another dealership. These guys have dishonest business practices. Don't waste your time here.

Working with Steve Lydon was an absolute pleasure! Steve is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, he was a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. Although I was only looking at my options for my next car he took the time to answer all my questions. The best part - Steve stayed in touch with me to see if I had decided on any of the cars he showed me or if I had chosen another brand. Steve's knowledge and professionalism made the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend you talk to Steve if you are considering buying a new or previously owned automobile.

This dealer charges fake market adjustments ($5,000) on vehicles, but offers no market adjustments on you trade. If you go to a more reputable dealer you will find they don't do this. I went to another local Ford dealer and paid a little off sticker price and received a fair price for my trade. Saved over $7000
