I bought my Toyota Rv4 six months ago and two days ago I got my first routine maintenance vehicle. After the maintenance, they fixed the flat tire by removing the nail from the tire for free. So I appreciate the great service they did for me. I just purchased my vehicle from here and I absolutely love it. The service was excellent everything is super clean and Shah is a excellent sales person! They helped me get out of my previous loan and being only 20 years old with a brand new car feels so good! Highly recommend this place!

Stellar experience! Bought my highlander. Smooth process. Little bit of unnecessary wait. But all in all amazing people there. Found little crack on my front glass they changed it and delivered the car to me in NH, most importantly they filled the car with gas for me while the prices were the highest in decades. Highly Recommended

Today I had 3 dealers to visit however yesterday I had to cancel the Friday apt with Carlos from Copeland Toyota so I spoke to him he understood and was able to fit me in for 10:30 before my other morning apt. and so it happened he was the first stop. Well we found exactly what we wanted for our son and the best experience was with Carlos the lovely young men whom was very approachable patient and very comfortable to work with on a price and a trade and getting done in a timely matter and a painless process as we all know going into a dealer ship is worse then going to have your wisdom teeth pulled. overall I give them and him 5 thumbs up and will going forward do business with them and of course Carlos. ty again for such a pleasant experience.

I'm a customer coming from a dealership from a lease that was nothing but a head ace no matter what it was I needed done even all work done was improperly done half fassed and overall experience. Here at Toyota Copeland was completely different I was taken care of beyond I have ever been by a person in this industry named Allen miller he went beyond all needs to satisfactory and efficiently in timing and even within making sales the company is lucky to have this man as an employee and I absolutely love my Toyota Tacoma that Allen was able to get me for the price I wanted with nearly everything I wanted with it. Trust me talk to Allen and you'll get nothing but honesty and some one that cares about there job and you as a possible client. Highly recommend

Had an apt to install mudguards. Called several weeks to order parts and inquired about labor and was quoted a specific price. When I went in, this rude, incompetent service advisor tried to make me pay more than previously quoted and tried to have me sign a blank service order form. When I told him I will not sign a blank form, he became irate. I also asked him to perform a walk-around my car to confirm there were no scratches, he refused to do it.
Finally this female service advisor helped me and I was able to get the previously quoted price. Even so, this whole incident left a bad taste in my mouth so I won't be going back there. There are way too many other Toyota dealers I can go to. I went there because they had the shortest wait time to install the mudguards so I made the appointment there.
I don't understand why someone would choose to work in a car service department if they don't want to communicate with customers! Update: Service manager said he would call me and he never did.

We had a great experience there, Melvin was very friendly and willing to help, even though we arrived at the end of the day. He took the time to show us options that would meet our needs and we ended up closing that same day. Car is in excellent conditions, cleaning team was excellent, very happy with the purchase.

I received a followup call from Joe, who explained why their dealership is unable to take in trade ins from other dealers. He brought my attention to the fact that this is not the norm and it is actually the originating dealers that are making it very hard for their customers to trade in a vehicle at a competitor so Toyota has their hands tied with the situation. Joe was very thoughtful and even offered to sit down and run numbers with me if I was still unsure of what to do with this new information. I appreciate the time he took to explain the miscommunication and offer help even if I didn't want to move forward with Copeland Toyota.

Recently had my car serviced at Copland Toyota and the experience was amazing. The service managers communicated wonderfully, explained the issues with my vehicle and the cost to make repairs. The repairs were done fast I had my vehicle back the same day. I was expecting a much more costly experience and was pleasantly surprised by the crew at Copland!

I dropped my vehicle off for a scheduled oil change and asked that they call so I could pay when it was complete and I could pick it up later. They emailed an invoice, but didn't answer my 2 calls nor did they call me back. They are closed today and I need my car to bring my kids to school in the morning before they open. It looks like I will have to go "steal" my own car. Terrible customer service.

This was routine service (5K miles/6 months). the car is only a year old, so there were no unexpected expenses. My wife and I own 2 Toyotas and we always take them to Copeland for service. Appointments can be made on line or by phone, drop off is easy and indoors, there is a pleasant waiting area, and the service reps are always friendly and helpful.

I recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a car to Copeland. I have never experienced bad service from any department (from Customer Service, Sales, Financing or Repair); your staff is courteous, professional and are always willing to accommodate your customers. I really appreciate the follow-up email and text from Repair Service; especially when waiting on your car to be repaired, the customer is kept in the loop of wait time. You have a Thumps up from me, Signed Satisfied Customer

Really friendly and easy-going dealership! My agent Shane is truly patient and nice in helping us complete the purchase process. Because of my International License, the registration method became difficult and complex. Shane helped me all the time, and he even gave us a free ride home for 30miles. Strongly recommend Copeland Toyota and Shane. Thanks to all.

I purchased a 2008 Camry many years ago. Dashboard is melting and sticky. There were many publications on this issue. The issue recently happened in my car and I was unaware of the matter was covered under the extended warranty until 2019. I called the dealer and they told me if I had the car serviced there they "may have" fixed the issue and let me know about the issue.
This is a safety issue as it causes glare on the windshield at nighttime and also in the sunlight. Toyota got around doing a recall (recalls are on the life of the vehicle) on a safety issue by listing it as a product complaint where it falls under the extended warranty it has an end date. Toyota boasts about safety. Obviously this is not the case.
The glare on windshields this is causing Is definitely a safety issue and was identified by Toyota as a safety issue. Calls to the dealer, Toyota and others I was told should have had the car serviced at Toyota and not their issue now. I have contacted the AGs office as well. maybe Laws can be changed in the future on these safety issue.

I purchased my first new Toyota in 2011. Have been a loyal toyota owner ever since. I move often for work. I have used seven different toyota dealerships in that time. This is the first time I felt that I was being ripped off. The representative recommended changing my transmission fluid in car with 70,000 miles. I looked up the toyota recommendation which said that you should not do so.
He simply agreed and moved on to more recommendations. As you could imagine, my radar was up after that conversation. It took three days to get my 5,000 all point inspection and cost close to $400 for nothing. I will not trust this dealership with my cars or money again.

Copeland Toyota.you sly, clever slime balls. I currently leave a Rav4 originally from Expressway Toyota. But since then, I moved to the Southshore. Anyway, a few weeks back Expressway Toyota writes to me offering to take my lease early (they need used cars to sell) and they'll get me in a new car (finance or lease) for zero down and less then my current payment.
I wasn't looking at the time but this deal looked great. Unfortunately that dealership didn't have the inventory (I was looking for a Rav4 Hybrid). So I called Copeland to see if they would honor the deal. "Come in, " they taunt.and I fall for it. They try to put me in an electric blue XL (I did not want the XL).pressuring me.repeating the story of the "chip" and there's no way to tell when this shortage will lift. Asking me if I want to leave a deposit to save a car for me.
So I leave. Their new vaudeville show includes a sad story of how much they are suffering because of this chip shortage.and how few cars they have. And I believe it. I remember reading something about this. And they ramp up the anxiety of how the whole world is trying to buy a car.and they might have one in July for me. IF, I'm willing to put down a $1,000 NON REFUNDABLE deposit to put my name on it. Jaqueline Grandoit tells me she'll work up the numbers and send me an email with a 4.9% financing deal for 2,500 down (total out of pocket).
I give them my lease and walk away with a new car with payments of $488.85 I must be really stupid. BECAUSE I go in.but.here's the switch.no longer dealing with Jaqueline. I've been upgraded to her "manager" (it's so cliche, I should be ashamed I fell for it). So I take the time and go in again. Meet that slimy used-car salesman, Joe who presents me with a 5,900 (or somewhere close) down payment deal. What?
More drama.he has to go back to his office. But now, for a $2500 down payment, my monthly payment is in the 520's again. Jaqueline (not there, conveniently) "made a mistake". So I thanked them for their time. I drive home and I get the following email from her: I do want to apologize. I just heard what happened, and I am disappointed with the outcome as I did ask for payments with $2,500 down.
If anything changes as far as price on our end I will reach out. I understand if you are upset and do want to apologize once again as I put in requests and email out the figures. I was under the impression the total of $5,700 was equity in additional to your $2,500. That was not explained to me that was the additional money down from the previous deal. Typically, we do not save the previous deal.
I can assure you at this point if you do decide to do business with us we can come out to you because you have been here now twice and have not had a good experience. I hope you understand this miscommunication and accept my sincere apology. --- I'm a little nervous. How stupid so I look? The whole car sales dance is filled with dishonest creeps like this.

We had the worst experience possible and would not entertain dealing with Copeland VW (or any other Copeland entity) again under any circumstances. In fact, we will never own, buy, lease or rent any VW product ever again, either. At best, there was a miscommunication; at worst, a deliberate misrepresentation of the vehicle we leased. We stopped in, stopped in again, called, called again, wrote, wrote again, and wrote again, all the way up to the CEO of Copeland Auto and no one had the courtesy to respond.
We were five months in to a 39-month lease and paid thousands to a different dealership just to get rid of the despised vehicle. But now? Now they won't leave us alone ~ marketing emails, letters, service fliers, the works.

Car shopped last Saturday, ended up back at Copeland to drive car I had first seen. Really liked it, as did daughter-on-law. Nice sporty car, clean, around 25k mi. On Tues went with friends to pick up, only to find car reeked of cigarette smoke and had big burn hold in driver's seat as well as on mat. Dealer claims the burn was there, but would say nothing about it stinking of smoke.
I was irate. This was MY car; I had purchased it. They claimed they would repair seat and did not even acknowledge that one of their employees had obviously been smoking in the car. They admitted only to taking the car to gas it up. Anyway, I brought the car back on a the following Wednesday to repair burn. Pictured below is their work. To recompense, they offered me a warranty that was only $300 over dealer cost. Really? I returned the car. This, by the way, was second (and last) car I had purchased from Copeland. To Honda!

It has been the worst and most unprofessional experience with a dealer. We were treated very unprofessionally and respectfully. IN our first visit, the seller at first had an excellent attitude but when we told him that we should go home for the check, he changed his tone of voice and even that the negotiation was no longer the same for the next day because he had to "fulfill" the request. the goal of the month.
Then I received multiple calls requesting that I make a downpayment for my TDC on the phone. Long story short, yesterday we made an appointment to buy the vehicle, I confirmed the appointment 45 minutes before and Jacqueline told me that everything is ready for me, upon arrival they received me with the disrespect that the vehicle had been sold the day before. "DETAIL" that they never mentioned in their multiple calls. NOT SERIOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I recently bought a 2020 Rav 4 after my car was totaled in an accident. The staff there was professional and met all my high expectations when purchasing a new vehicle. Joe had my car delivered to my home so I could test drive it. Love Joe! Homar was the best sales person! He came for the test drive and follow thru. Mario handled the paperwork. A true gentleman.
All in all, I got a great deal. I would highly recommend them. Plus, a portion of October sales went to Susan Koman Breast Cancer. That cinched the deal. I would highly recommend them and will always purchase my vehicles from Copeland Toyota.

I recently purchased a new Sienna from Copeland Toyota. I had visited several Toyota Dealerships in the greater Boston area during my search and was met with unprofessionalism from each dealership from all staff I interacted with. I worked with Joe Cordiero during this process at Copeland Toyota and was incredibly impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness during the entire process.
Car buying can be stressful but Joe along with his team including the Finance Director Mario Rocha were easy to work with and respectful. I would highly recommend visiting Copeland Toyota and ask for Joe, you won't be disappointed! Jake Quigley

Better read this before you go! Over the message during the week they gave us 4k quote for our SUV and suggested to schedule an appointment to see if they can do better and take RAV4 XLE we wanted for a test drive. They knew our budget(about 360-380) and all the details. So we made an appointment and came today in the morning. We took the car for a short drive while they checked our SUV.
After awaiting for a while at empty dealership the guy came back with 4k(trade-in value), 1200$ down payment and the price that twice over our budget. We asked him for finance option he disappeared again for a while. And came back with 5.9%. That's it! No negotiation! Nothing like "maybe your credit score(which is very good btw) will allow us to give you better price" or like "check with your bank for a better %" or "let's check for changes if you put down more than 1200" or "we can do this and this for you to get closer to your budget"-this is the most obvious conversation you will have with your Customer IF you want to make a deal.
We have asked if this is really the best what they can offer? No bargain! That's it! Even after all this disappointment we said "you have our number, so you can give us a call" want to know the exact response? - "GO SHOP AROUND".this is not the end. We had another appointment that day at another dealership who gave us a clear quote over email with 5.5k trade in value.
When we came there, we found out that they never put back the registration they took! We have to go back - no one was sorry btw at the dealership. Do we really need to schedule an appointment for this? If you not interested to make a deal for what all of that? We wasted 2 hours and loose our appointment at another dealership. We wish we knew from some of the reviews what to expect so that's why we decided to write it down. So people be aware of "GO SHOP AROUND" and really go shop around instead of wasting their time at Copeland Toyota Brockton

I made an appointment for an oil change here, theoretically this means the service should begin right around that time, I mean thats why you make the appointment! It took them 90 minutes to change my oil, thats outrageous. I could understand if its busy and you just popped over to take a chance but come on. There were way more employees than customers. Guys just walking in circles and holding up countertops, no wonder time stands still here.
Guy at the front desk says "oh yeah make yourself at home, refreshments are in the fridge". Thats awesome, I check out the fridge to find out there was not a single bottle of water to be found but yet all the cans of ruby red grapefruit seltzer you could drink, gross.

These guys are unbelievable. After wasting my time on numerous times, they continued to call me over and over. I would in no way recommend these guys to anyone. I gave them my budget and what I was looking to spend and they continued their pressure tactics. They didn't treat me like a customer and really didn't care that my finances changed. My wife and I lease two cars from them and they are going to lose both of us as customers. If I were you I'd avoid this dealership.

Received a response from general sales manager, asking for my contact information. I sent that to him over 10 days ago and still have not heard from him! This even solidifies my complaint even more. So I sent yet another email five days ago and again, no response! Over two weeks and two emails later I have heard nothing but yet his response to me says that my opinion matters! If you bought your car from Copeland, Dint have it serviced there. They apparently have all the customers they need and do not care about keeping new one

My girlfriend dropped off her car the day before to be worked on Monday morning. When I called around 1 twice to see if the work was done (so I wouldn;t drive there for nothing), I was put on hold both times. The person in the service department i spoke to said they werent sure and had to talk to the technician, and in both times I was disconnected before they came back.
So I ended up driving there and took my chances. When I got there, there seemed to be lots of service representatives sitting behind the desk, and the person who helped me looked it up and said the work was done. All he had to do was to print the paperwork. He disappeared for fifteen minutes without telling me anything. Because I was waiting so long, another service manager tried to look me up and couldn't find the record. Finally, fifteen minutes later my original representative came back with the paperwork, apologized for the delay but didn't give me an explanation.
The work was fine, but this communication was terrible. There seems to be no system evident to update a customer and the experience when I got there was the same way. Confusing and lack of information.

Terrible experience yesterday with Audrey. I walked in with my sister and immediately started receiving condescending comments on the verge of "you can't afford us". I thought that she was going to turn us away prior to showing us the car. As soon as I told her my expected deposit and credit score, her attitude popped right around. Happy go lucky, anything for you, it was on the verge of sickening.
We went to test drive the RAV4 and she made my sister sit in the back seat so that she could better explain things to me in the front. The reason I brought my sister was for her opinion and having her sit in the back and not fully get the experience was not helpful. The drive was great and I really liked the car but asking a questions and having the response followed by "which I think is retarded" did not sit well.
We got back to the dealership and I was presented with some numbers. I asked to see a breakdown and I was told that if I put down a deposit I could see whatever I wanted but for now all she could give me was the price per month with financing. I asked her if any rebates were attached as I was a recent college grad and she said "why didn't you tell me in the first place".
Because it's YOUR JOB to ask me about that stuff not my job to bring it up. She said with that rebate the cost would be lower but would not give me those numbers without a deposit. The sales manager came over and did his little song and dance. I asked him a question about the interest rate on the financing, he couldn't answer. He said he would have to look into it.
I asked him a question about under the hood and he said "oh I'm surprised you'd want to see what's under there". Loved the car but they lost a deal over their customer service. Terrible experience

My experience with Copeland Toyota began when I totaled my car. I needed to buy something nearly immediately and get wheels back on the road instead of wasting money on a week of rental. The first thing I did was go online to Facebook to my "moms group" with 9000+ members and ask for recommendations for reputable dealerships for used cars. The first two responses said Copeland Toyota gave them a good experience.
I kept it in the back of my head as I researched on Cars.com and Autotrader. I found something I liked that just happened to be at Copeland. Monica, one of the Internet salespeople, responded to my inquiry immediately and was understanding and friendly. She suggested filling out an online application, so we could start by knowing how much I could be approved for (which I did.) Set me up with a test drive the next day.
I had a truly relaxed, no-pressure experience with Christopher Sian as my sales guy who showed me the car and did the test drive with my rowdy 4 year old in tow. The vehicle is a 2011 Subaru Forester with 117,000 miles on it. Christopher went over the car fax with me and then noted several other improvements the dealership planned to make before delivery.
The car looks and feels like a much younger one. Working with me with a time crunch, challenged credit and a low budget, the dealership got me approved, worked with my insurance agent, had a driver drive me to work in Cambridge, then delivered the vehicle to me at work in time for me to have wheels in order to leave one client's residence to drive to another's (I work with elderly patients.) All of this happened in 48 hours.
I felt like a VIP client even though my purchase was less than $10,000. I need to note the Business manager Mario Rocha too, who couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. One of the nicest, most professional experiences I've had dealing with any business, not even just car dealers. Top of their game. They will be getting many recommendations from me.
