This was my 'go to' auto repair shop back in the 90's where they cared for my somewhat aged vehicles and kept them street-worthy long past their prime. After going through the new vehicle every 3 years' thing, I have reason again seek out a good repair shop where I can trust both their work and their integrity. So back I went to Bob Graham's after 30+ years only to find the same level of service that I had so enjoyed all those years ago. Prices were reasonable, they worked with me on the timing of repairs and my vehicle was ready to go upon my arrival with no surprises. Just great people still doing great work. M Barry Taunton, MA

Dan and his crew only work at the highest level of professionalism and nothing less. They do everything right the first time and I trust them over anyone in the area. Your money is always well spent here.

Came in for my state inspection and of course bob garghams fails me. Fair point no problem with that. What I do have a problem with is why they failed me. After doing the diagnostic checks with two other mechanics and seeing what bob was seeing, I can safely tell you bob garghams has no clue what they are doing. They do not know how to check for an exhaust leak, a wheel ball joint or tires.

My car was fine they just did not want to do the inspection it seemed and listed random things to fail me on. Highly recommend if you want a sticker go to a better location that cares Post response went else where absolute no problem with the car. I told them I came in because I "fixed my problem" they asked me what was the failure for and I told them exhaust leak that you marked me for and the other issues.

And they asked me if I reset my check engine light for the exhaust leak. Which never came on and no other symptoms of a leak were present. So let me thank you bob Graham's for the 1400 dollar repair I had to do for no reason on my catalytic converter.

I've been going to bob graham auto for quite sometime now And personally they are great. They all have great personalities and they work really hard I have my car back on time when I make an appointment. I bought two cars from Dan graham And they were and are great vehicles. Would totally recommend.

My daughter's escape had an ongoing problem since she purchased it in March 2019. Four different mechanics tried to fix it, including one at the dealer where the car was purchased. Dan had an educated guess after looking the car over briefly. He gave us a reasonable estimate immediately. I am very pleased to say that not only were they able to fix the problem, the car runs better than I had hoped.

And they put a sticker on it to boot. One stop shopping for real. Every one there was nice and helpful. All are very knowledgeable. On top of it all the cost was reasonable. I spent $100 more with a mechanic that made the escape run worse Thank you Dan and your team

The entire staff is personable as well as professional. They stand behind their excellent work. Word of Mouth from miles around the area I have heard they are the best place to purchase your used cars. Recently purchased a 2003 Dodge Neon for my daughter.
