I called over a week ago for a oil change and inspection they said I need to make a appointment. They said that Tuesday the 31st was available but I would need to leave it for the day. So I dropped it off Monday night left the keys in the drop box. I got a call at 3:30 on Tuesday and they said it hadn't even been brought in to the shop and wanted to know if I wanted to leave it or pick it up.
This is a work vehicle I loose money everyday it sits around. I was furious and had already pushed the jib I was going to do on Tuesday so I could have it serviced and now they wanted me to loose another day. How do you get backed up I made a appointment a week in advance for something that should be a drive in service and I needed to leave it all day and you still didn't get it done. I can't afford to leave my work truck all day for a oil change and inspection for another day.

They told me that I could test drive a car, I drove an hour to see them and then they told me I couldn't drive the car. The sales rep I spoke to on site was combative and disrespectful. The manager ended up being respectful and explained the company policy and the miscommunication. If you're going to visit or set up a test drive I suggest you speak with a manager to avoid those miscommunications

** Be aware Works package is not honored*** This must be the only dealer in the state of Mass that does not honor the Works service package. Vehicle has been serviced here since purchasing. Scheduled appointment, asked specifically for works service which for the last 3 years has been around 65.00$ and confirmed. As soon as I show up the service person says the works has been split into to services which will be 115.00$. Called 3 local dealers in the vicinity and they all honor the works at 65. Very shady practice to lure costumers and charge them almost double. One way to loose a costumer for sure.

Poor experience with staff, made request for Maverick online, first get confirmation that its available for test-drive, then was notified that it's not when was 5 minutes from them. Asked to person in email to notify when car will be available and asked for delivery times. and was recommended to "order it online". They don't want you, if can't use you in person. poor customer service.

I asked through their website if they had any Broncos on the floor as I wanted to see one in person before ordering one. I received a text to my phone that stated "we are selling Bronco Sports for 5K over list and Broncos for 10K. Still interested?" Beyond the obvious issue of selling way above MSRP, the fact they took zero time to know who I was, or answer my question is lousy business practice.
The reality is I will buy a Bronco. Just not from them. Dealers will be a thing of the past soon as consumers will go direct to manufacturers. (It's already happening.) Dealers like Madden offer no value, and in fact make the experience of buying a car lousy when it should be a moment of joy. The day they are gone can't come fast enough.

I emailed/texted this morning with the dealership (via a chatbot/follow-up email) to set up an appointment to test drive a ford mustang mach-e. I received an appointment confirmation, came to the dealer, and was told there were no mach-e's to test drive and that they're charging a $5,000 purchase premium on the car because anybody who wants it will buy it without a test drive. This is absurd and was a total waste of my time. Terrible customer service and terrible way to sell cars

Robert & Brittany are absolutely amazing. I initially contacted Brittany in finance to inquire about extending my existing truck warranty and ended up buying a newer truck instead! She introduced me to Robert who was genuinely kind, helpful, and totally transparent about the entire buying process. It was truly the best sales experience of all the vehicles I've ever purchased.

If I could give "zero" stars as a rating, I would definitely do so as this Ford dealer's service center provided me with the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an auto dealership. I made an appointment to bring in my vehicle approximately 3 weeks in advance and brought my vehicle to the service center at 8:00am today, as scheduled, They had my vehicle for the whole day, but I did not hear from my service advisor, "Frank", so I called the dealership at approximately 3:30pm to find out the status of my vehicle. Frank had no idea of the status and had to go speak to the "shop floor manager".after waiting on the phone for about 5 minutes, he tells me that my vehicle was not worked on at all and asked if i wanted to leave it overnight. Flabbergasted, I asked why they did not work on my vehicle, and he said he did not know and then went on to say that they had "overbooked" their appointments for the day.
What doesn't make sense is if that was the case, and I had brought my vehicle in at 8:00am, then that means they worked on other customers' vehicles that came in after me.so their excuse was a total crock of s**t! I spoke to the manager, Al Brown, both on the phone and in person when I went to pick up my car, and asked him if he found out the reason why they never serviced my vehicle.
His response was that he had no response and could not explain what happened other than they were overbooked. How is that for a customer service response, or lack thereof, from the service center manager! I wasted a 3 week wait for my car to be repaired and now must endure probably another 3 week wait to get an appointment at another dealership because of the incompetence and lack of care of this dealership's service center employees. I will not return to this dealership and would urge others to be wary of the BS treatment at this Ford service center.

Robert was the best salesman gave me a great price and helped me through the set up process without having anything to gain from it. Except a repeated customer. The service dept people including Cindy and other workers have been more than helpful and Jack Maddens a pretty good guy too! Good price good service brand new waiting area makes the wait ok for the 25$ oil change keep at it

My experience at Jack Madden Ford was terrible. My salesman Robert is a "typical used car salesman". Even though I was looking at a new vehicle. He was rude, lied to me, made to feel foolish, and treated me disrespectfully. I discussed this with the General Sales Manager Sean.he said he'd look into it and call me back - he never bothered called me back. Beware.if you're not new car savvy.look elsewhere.
This is a bait and switch dealership. I should have read all the negative one star reviews on YELP prior to speaking with these people. Do yourself a favor - scroll down and read all the one star reviews at this dealership. Apparently - this is common behavior.

The absolute worst. I bought a certified used explorer here with the premium ford warranty that includes rental car coverage. Exactly 12 months and 2 days later the timing chain needed work after the water pump had to be replaced. They tell me to bring it in, will only take an hour. So I get there, and now they want it for a couple hours. I get a ride back home.
Now they want it overnight. So I ask about the rental car coverage - "sorry - we dont do that, that's not our business" - it's crazy - every other dealership would find some way to get you to a rental car agency one way or another. I specifically paid for the rental car coverage and they wouldnt even offer to use their shuttle to take me to avis or something.
They should be the ones coordinating everything for me. I'd reccomend Muzi ford. I had my truck serviced there a year ago, their shuttle took me to enterprise and enterprise sent the bill directly to the dealer. And I returned the rental car directly to Muzi and picked my car back up. Jack Madden wouldnt do anything like that.

I had my car service to the tune of $5000 just under 3 weeks ago -one week later the issue I brought it in for was back and my check engine light came on. For the past two weeks I have been trying to have my 'guaranteed service' repaired again and to no avail. This is unacceptable and so disappointing. This is our family car and it has been quite a struggle these past two weeks. Where is your customer service.

Thank you so much to Rod for helping me get into my new (to me) car! It had been a hectic few weeks trying to find something before my trip to Florida after having totaled my car and I had my eye on this for a few weeks. Upon going in on a Sunday afternoon I was out the door within a few hours with my papers in hand owning this gorgeous 2016 AWD Fusion. It was ready to go the next day fully cleaned with plates and registration before noon! Thank you!

I just purchased a 2020 Ford Raptor from Mark Diamond at Jack Madden Ford. It was by far the easiest and most pleasurable experience. Mark did an outstanding job making me feel comfortable during the process. I feel like I got a great deal and I was surprised with how easy it was to make the purchase. I highly recommend taking your business to Jack Madden Ford and make sure to ask for Mark.

Shawn one of the managers there was amazing he went above and beyond for me extremely grateful, if and when i buy another Ford i will definitely use there dealership! It was nice to deal with someone who gets it and let me vent my frustrations when sales and finance came in a little short in there deliverance

Went here today to test drive a mustang and as soon as i pull up there's a salesman waiting. which is fine but the entire interaction was completely unprofessional and the guy was a complete asshole. Asked the guy about the reliability of the different year mustangs and what i heard and i guess i hit a soft spot because he got upset and told me "dont buy one then".
Okay cool because i would never do business here and advise others not too if this is how there salesman are. Lastly i love the mustang but here's for your clueless salesman to educate himself about the car obviously has no knowledge on. https://www.cjponyparts.com/resources/mustang-engine-tick

This place is a SCAM. I could talk about how rude their customer support team is or perhaps how snarky they are when you are trying to get a quote. But, I'd like to focus on the fact that they are liars. I made them an offer for a car in writing. They respond "My Boss says he would like to do the Deal. But he has to see the [trade in]." Great!
I drive in they evaluate the trade in and give me exactly what I was asking for but, the price was $5000 over the deal they said they would do. Called out the sales manager Sean and his response was "I never agreed to anything!" A representative of your company did. Basically they are performing a horrendous bait and switch. They lie to get you in the door and then don't offer their claims.
I have been to multiple dealers and purchased multiple cars. A surprise $500 document fee? Annoying but standard. $5000 extra out the door? I'm willing to bet their sales manager has a get people in the door quota so he is willing to misrepresent to meet it. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs!

My wife and I have leased three consecutive Ford Escapes from Jack Madden Ford, on 24 month leases. so you could say we were loyal customers. However, last week, as the third lease was about to expire, we had decided to buy the car at the end of the lease. Our leasing contract specified that we could buy the car for the price of the residual value, plus a documentation and title fee.
When the salesman prepared the invoice, I noticed that there was an additional $500 added to the price. When I asked what this was for, I was told that it was a 'standard' fee when customers bought their leased car. I pointed out that we had a contract. and the contract did not state that there would be any additional fees, outside of what the contract specified. but the salesman. as well as the sales manager. wouldn't budge. So, we turned in the car. and went over to a nearby Mazda dealer and leased a car from them. Jack Madden Ford was clearly dishonest and unethical, in refusing to honor the contract that we, and they, had signed. We won't do business with them, ever again. and it's pretty shocking that they would treat a repeat customer like that.

Ok- I'm delayed on my review- by about 7 years. But I will split this into two categories- first is for sales and second is for service. 1. Sales- in 2011 my hand me down 1997 Ford Taurus LX was dying. Transmission was leaking and with 157,000 on the odometer it was time to say goodbye (I loved that Duratec engine). I spent some time with my girlfriend at the time (now wife) shopping for a new car for her and she bought a 2008 Fusion SE.
I drove it and loved it. Praising the web I found JMF had a 2008 Fusion S for sale for around $11,500- 57,000 miles. I reached out and got a response from Gary Brigham. An appointment was made and I went to see the car two days later. Jet black- and shiny and it was awesome. Gary was phenomenal- not sure if he's still there but see Gary. He started off by saying "Your shopping for your car; I will never pressure you to buy or up sell.
I prefer to have the buyer choose their path to the right car." He was right- I test drove the Fusion with Gary explaining the features and returned to the lot. I was ready to buy! Gary valued my trade in, and negotiated a better and lower price for the car with me- the man is awesome. I purchased my car- worked with the finance rep to get a loan and a week later said goodbye to my Taurus and hello to my new Fusion- which is now at 103,000 miles and going strong. Awesome sales experience. 2. Service- this is where a Star is sadly lost- the service is well.iffy.
I brought the car in for oil changes- no problem. When at the gas station the pump would constantly click off while starting to fuel- uh oh- back to JMF to see what the issue is! I had a warranty on the car and this should be covered. The car went in for two days- I got myself a sweet rental in the meantime to get me to and from work. JMF calls and says it's the filler neck- I say I highly doubt that- same issue on my last car which was 15 years old and I had the filler neck tested by a reputable exhaust shop and it came back 100%.
They insisted then told me it wasn't covered under warranty. I replied that if they read the warranty they would see it isn't a normal wear and tear part and would be. Some calls later they said it was and they were replacing it- despite my objections. It was replaced I got my car back and went to the gas station to fill it up- hey maybe it was the filler neck- no fuel stoppage. Cool.
Fast forward to the next two fill ups- guess what was back!? The sudden stoppage. I went to a mechanic I trust who said at no charge he'd look at it. He called me a day later and said it was the float in the gas tank. The tank might have to be replaced but if I can live with a slow fill up it wouldn't be an issue. I've been slow filling my car for years since then. Minus one star for service there. Don't replace parts without checking the entire system. Oh well- I paid peanuts for the repair so I shrugged it off.

Felt pressured, typical car sales circle talk and things that didn't quite add up or make sense. No deal. I also heard the sales guy next to me basically begging the woman buying a car for a review. She was visibly uncomfortable and was pretending to write a review while texting someone, probably about how ridiculous this place is.

This place is a joke. High preasure sales that has not adapted to the modern era. The service department is even worse. 3 weeks to get an appointment. for an oil change. I have a had several encounters because i have a ford under warranty and forced to use a ford dealer. Many visits result in returns because they cant fix anything in 1 try. My latest encounter 5 times for a check engine light still not fixed.
In fact the engine is no knocking. I called friday to tell them the light was back on an hour after it left. No loaner car to give me. One week later "sorry no rentals " its a joke 3 months 5 visits car still not fixed m. Jack should give me his personal car if needed at this point. Stay far away.
