It's been just over 6 months, and Spreen Honda has not fixed what was promised. On my last post I was told it would be taken care. This was a couple of months ago. Still today Nothing as been done, only broken promises by this Dealership. I have left numerous message yet no one seems interesting in my matter. The last post, I posted on yelp, they replied back saying they would handle it. Still Nothing as been done.

These guys will scam you on your warranty. Long story short, brought my sisters car for a warranty fix, due to A/C not being cold. Honda has a recall for condenser being faulty for The Civic 2016-2018s They advised me to get diagnosed and charged me $180 for it and will waive it, if it is in-fact, the condenser that need fixing. They came back 5 minutes later and stated, its the evaporator inside the cabin that is leaking.
And it will cost $2K + to address AND THEN they can replace the condenser under warranty. The service advisor we dealt with from Rock Honda was Shafiq Jamili. Hes no good. Same Deal with Spreen Honda of Loma Linda. Ms. Rachelle Roberts. Also no good. Took it to Penske Honda of Ontario and got it squared away with no charge. Thanks to Salem Elnasleh. I have paperwork to back it up from Penske Honda on Ontario as well. Penske Honda of Ontario for the Win. Don't go to Rock Honda Fontana or Spreen Honda Loma Linda.

If I can give them negative stars I would. Literally every time I came here to service my car I was severely disappointed. The only reason I used this place was how conveniently close it was to me but not anymore! came in for a simple oil change and not only was my tire pressure on but the car didn't start the next day lol. I should have learned my lesson when they couldn't even locate a simple nail on my tire in my previous visit and kept refilling the air until I took it to Costco and they fixed my tire no problem and now that I came for an oil change; the light is back on. This place is either full or knuckleheads or scammers. Avoid at all costs.

This was my first time at Spreen Honda and I'm so glad I made this choice. Juan was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. Such a great deal on the car I loved. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my first car buying experience easy. Highly recommend this place. My mom and aunt will now be coming in after they seen my new car.

I purchased a civic si, the process to purchase was long and painful. The sales man was not straight up with us and when we got to Vu he had to deal with us on the changes for the financing. Had the car for two days and had to take it to service. The clutch and fly wheel was trashed they did replace the items at no cost to me. Tire pressure warning light keep on going off.
When I took it back I was treated like I was just a dumb female. It has been about two months since purchase and all my dash warning light came on. So back to Honda no choice they hold the warranty on the car. When I purchased it only had about 12,000 miles and I have put 2,000 miles on it. I would do anything not to have to go back. never again will I buy a Honda. I have had Toyotas for the last 28 years never had a problem.

Everyone was very helpful and attentive to my financing needs as well as very hard working. Juan was a younger gentleman that helped me he worked diligently to get me into a new car for the most affordable price he was very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend spreen Honda for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They also have all state reps on site to help try and get you a better quote on insurance all around a wonderful car buying experience 11/10.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had shopping for a car! I used AAA to help me locate the car I was looking for, a 2022 Hatchback Civic EX-L. I then received correspondence from the dealer asking if I wanted to come test drive the vehicle. I called them to confirm the appointment as well as the fact that they would be able to meet the price I was offered via AAA.
I clearly stated that I did not want to waste anyone's time by driving an hour only to find something changed. Well guess what. It changed. I arrived at the dealership and presented them the paperwork that contained the pricing we had agreed on the evening before. I was told that instead of the $34,056 dollars I was quoted, I would be paying over $38,000.
I explained that this wouldn't do and off the associate went to see the sales manager. 15 minutes later she returns and states that they can only do $37,000. I asked why couldn't they honor what we had agreed to and then she goes on about how the proposed pricing didn't include dealer added extras. To which I responded, why didn't you think of that when I was speaking with you the evening prior.
To make a long story short, while still siting with the sales associate I messaged an Acura dealership and they gave me a price on a 2022 Acura ILX Premium that came in roughly $3,000 lest than a Civic. Thank you Spreen Honda for sending me to another dealership and putting me into a car that I didn't think was in my budget. Spreen Honda of Loma Linda is a total waste of time. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Don't just take my word for it, look at the other reviews.

I should have read the reviews before I made a appointment. Anyways, I had a appointment this past Saturday and let's just say I'll never be going back to this location. My appointment was for a 10am oil change and to have my air conditioner looked at since it's not working on my 2018 HRV. As soon as the guy greeted me he said sorry we can't look at your air we've already looked at a few this morning.
That service is a first come first serve. No one ever mentioned that on the phone. I said no worries I'll come back for that and before I could even get another word in he was already giving me Directions on how get on the freeway to get home. I told him I still wanted my oil changed since I was already there and he got rude after that because I think he just wanted me to come back another day.

Worst customer service ever! Yes I'm talking to you Matthew Roper. You were rude, condescending and disrespectful. It would've taken a few minutes to explain the expensive package (your words) I purchased but yet you chose to speak to me in a derogatory way as if I was stupid! This was my first time to use this package so a simple explanation on how this package worked would've been helpful. My suggestion to all, if customer service is high on your list this business is not for you. Go somewhere else where you are valued and treated with respect.

So easy to get my first oil change on my new Honda HRV Sport! Scheduled online, got a couple reminders (I need those for sure!). Arrived and was able to leave my car and two hours later, it was ready! All employees were super helpful, answering my questions. Waiting room at Spreen Honda is super nice! I'll be back!

First, I scheduled an oil change for 10am, took it in at the scheduled time and they told me it would be 4 hour wait. A few days later, my car didn't start. It needed work done. Paid for extra days for my rental, since the dealership was under construction and therefore unable to work on my car in a quick manner. 2 weeks pass and I call ahead to let them know I'll be on my way to pick up my car on 2/14/22.
I was very dissatisfied in the way my car was returned to me. Unwashed and when I finger swiped the dash, it came out black. I had them wash it but they did not take it seriously. Still got it back dirty and I'm upset about that. I get it that the place is under construction so there is dust and dirty flying everywhere, but Honda has a responsibility (especially after paying over 2K in service work) to return my car in a decent condition.
This was unacceptable. Then, I get emails and texts from 2 different people from Spreen Honda asking me how was the service. I responded to all texts and emails to which I received zero reply. I called and left voicemail. Still no response. This is ridiculous.

Just got a brand new 2022 Honda Civic tonight, and absolutely pleased with the service that the entire team gave, all starting with the initial contact with Judith. Judith's excellent and pleasant demeanour aside: the entire process of buying the car was explained clearly and easily, and multiple price options were given. Comparing this visit to Spreen Honda compared to my visit at metro Nissan of Redlands in 2019~ I must say that this location is STELLAR.
I started the process here at around 3:45pm and walked out around 6pm when everything was finalised, not a long wait at all, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend going here if you want a friendly and quick team to help you out with options on a new car!

I went in on a Sunday at 3 with an appointment for an oil change and got denied. I pulled up to the guy who greeted me and was told sorry we already made the last call. I told him I have an appointment, he just said yea sorry we will be open tomorrow. With his yellow teeth and dumb look so whatever I went to make a I turn and seen all the guys there sitting around not doing anything it's just a bad place for service and I wouldn't buy a car from there as well they tried to sell me a accord with a broken touch screen I ended up going to Montclair Honda for my purchase and better price

My wife and I were looking for a minivan for almost a month. We reached out through phone calls and emails to many dealerships. In addition, I went to a few places in person and test drove vehicles. When I began my search and conversation with Brittney, it was different. Right away, I had a very good feeling. The whole process from start to finish was smooth.

I'm happy with buying my CR-V with all the accessories. The only think i c/o my sales tanner he didn't call me until everything is approved. I have to call the dealer asking when the car is ready, but tanner the salesperson he didn't call me plus didn't fill my gas when i pick up the car. Instead arguing with the me he need to apologize.
