I bought my car here, plus it's close to my home so I get all maintenance done here. I have had a few bad experiences with the servicing department but this is the last time I come to get my services completed. If you have a appointment forget being seen on time. Showed up at 8:00am for my appointment and my vehicle wasn't even seen until 1:30pm. Car had a oil sensor fault that could only be three things: bad sensor, damaged wiring, or engine.

They over charged me for labor when diagnosing the fault didn't take even an hour and repair of the damaged wiring only took 25-30mins. Tops overall time on my vehicle was an hour. Was charged for 2 hours of labor and service manager said I should be lucky they didn't charge 3 hours. Only saving grace the service department has is it's service rep Micheal he calmly handled all my services each time, even when dealer messed up service several times.

I have very little to say. I showed up for my appointment ( for an oil change) on time. I waited 5 hours. (4:56 minutes exactly) that did include a quick car wash included with the service. But seriously, 5 hours? It is disrespectful to your customers. If you make an appointment and still have to wait 5 hours it kind of screams, We Don't Care about you! I came here because the dealership I bought it from, is worse. I'm seeing a pattern at VW.

Worst service department. I showed my vehicle to a Vw specialist mechanic before taking my vehicle to the dealership. The dealership just quoted ridiculous amounts of unnecessary work to be performed. Do not ever go here, it is a total rip off. They performed an oil change and over charged me for it, I had to get the invoice adjusted after I picked up the vehicle.

They mailed me a coupon for an oil change and said that they don't offer that price any more, yet the coupon was from their dealership mailed just a week ago. I asked them to send me pics of parts that they said needed replacing, but they just sent me generic pics from google images, still no proof that the pictures belonged to parts needing to be replaced from my vehicle. Did not reset the service light after performing an oil change. Just don't waste your time and money with these people. Huge bunch of con artists.

Took my VW Passat in as the engine light was on. Paid $1200 for work that was not related to the check engine light. Light went off for 1 day.then The light has come back on! I told you that I showed the car a year ago to my private mechanic and he Said there is a hole in the fuel pump, or vacuum pump or something of that nature. You ripped me off.

You made me pay for rubish work which was not related to the light at all. Even after oil change you did not re set the light. Makes me think that was an oil change even performed. You are the biggest crooks ever. This place needs to be closed down Worst service department ever.

I switched over from Riverside Metro VW, because I got a better deal on my car here. BUT every time I get my car oil changed- with a appointment or not- I have waited over three hours for the service to be completed. My appointment today was at 2 and my car wasn't even pulled back to start service until 330p. The Customer service reps are nice- but I literally dread having to come in for an oil change. With Riverside Metro I never waited over 45 mins for an oil change.

I recently bought my 3rd vehicle here and the customer service is amazing and why I keep going back. This time my sales man was Marco G. I can't say enough about him. He was courteous and kiind with no pressure. His customer service was impeccable and he made it happen. He is an asset to cardinale way.

Marco was exceptional! He made it quick and easy, which is a car buyers dream, he was committed to get me the best deal possible, made sure I was comfortable, even went out of his way to get me Starbucks and In N Out! Best customer service I had received from any car dealership! If your in the market for a new or used car I definitely recommend Marco!

We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer and worked with Marco G. His customer service was absolutely excellent. He went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible for us. That's hard to find these days! We also got a great deal! I would totally recommend asking for him if your interested in a vehicle at this dealer, you won't be disappointed!

This place is FULL of the BIGGEST lying thieves. I sold them a car a month ago and I still haven't seen one single penny. Not to mention they sold my car a couple days later. I WOULD Never EVER do business with these liars. That's what Volkswagen is known for. Lying to customers.

I wish I would've read the comments before I come here for service. Feel very disappointed for the service which is based on lies. Service Incharge who claimed her a service advisor, service Incharge and the service Manager "Peige". She tells me lies on parts is aftermarket from china and I provide the receipt which shows parts was bought from Same dealership then she said car being hit and hood been replace and I proof here it's not.

I catch her lies and answer her all her wrong claime. Unbelievable That's scam to the people who just come cuz of name. Hopefully these people pay attention to these people who is ruining the reputation.

AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS. When you buy the car they will add thousands with "dealer add ons" for stuff you don't have the option to decline. If you plan to trade in they will promise that they will go above and beyond and beat this or beat that. When you show up they will run this scam saying that they go off "Carmax value". THIS IS A STRAIGHT OUT LIE. Carmax does and will give you more than this dealer will. Same day valuations will prove this.

CAUTION! I leased a car from this dealership on 11/26/21. They purchased my car at which time I provided them with the payoff details that same date. They took possession of my car they bought that same date. They paid off my car, but have yet to send me the check for the $16k they owe me. I've been dealing with Ryan who claims he is the finance manager and he since 11/27.

He is extremely unresponsive! Hard to believe this guy works in management. I have his personal cell number. He doesn't respond to messages. When I call the dealership I can't get thru to anyone. Here we are 4 weeks later and I'm begging them for the money they owe me and nobody is responding to me. Beware of selling a car to this dealership!

They will take your car, pay off your loan if you have one, then hold out on payment they owe you and will not respond. ***update. I emailed John 3x with my cell number and he had never called

Amazing customer service and sales. I purchased a BMW 528i. My total experience was great But I thought when you purchased a vehicle they fully detailed the vehicle from top to bottom. Well not here, I allowed them the chance to correct the issue I had with the vehicle being dirty. Took it to the dealership to be "detail" when I picked up the vehicle it was worse than when I drove it off the lot. I guess detail and drive Thur wash is the same.

I wanna thank DAVID AGUILAR from Cardinale Way for helping get the mustang I been saving for the past 7 years. I been shopping for a mustang for a month now, went to different dealership and walk out Bc of the markup, rude customer service. But DAVID AGUILAR and RYAN from the sales department at Cardinale Way was something different. As soon as I arrive there, they welcome me with the car pull up and my favorite Starbucks coffee!

The car is amazing and the negotiation is even better. They listen, they don't go around and around. You tell them what you want and they deliver. David is one of the most humble, honest, caring salesperson in industry. If you need a car or have any questions. Don't waste your time Dealership hoping. Just give him a call!

We were looking for a car that was good on gas mileage, so our first stop was at volkswagen dealership the service that David gave us was very professional, but what we love the most about him was that he was not like most sellers, he gave us all the information that we needed so we could make our decision, thank you so much David, you and your sales manager Ryan made our day!

Worst customer service EVER! Took my Volkswagen in for a checkup at 8am and they said it would take about an hour and a half. 9:30 comes and the lady says my car has been recalled and I'll be here another 2 hours. She condescendingly says "I'm shocked you didn't hear the noise" 12pm comes and she says another hour. It's now 1:30 and still no car!

Not to mention my boyfriend and I overheard them talking crap about us because we asked for the inspection to be waived. Coworker went to her office and started punching her office wall to where we all clearly heard it! I don't feel safe now with my vehicle still being in their nasty old shop. Worst customer service ever! I can't wait to trade my car in for another make, I'm for sure leaving Volkswagen after 8 years of being a LOYAL customer who pays on time! Update** so I finally got my car at 1:40pm.

Mind you Paige told me at 12pm it would take another hour because they're "cleaning" my car, I was so upset I told her not to wash it but she said it was already being "washed " so 40 minutes passed the time it was supposed to be ready from being "washed" I look at my car and it's filthy with the same bird droppings on it. Word of advice, don't LIE to your customers, don't snicker at them when they're leaving and wash they're vehicle ESPECIALLY when they're late and upset already!

I was trying to buy a vw beetle in there. Before I come to the dealer, I and the seller has already had a negotiated price for that car. However, when I came to the dealer, they were trying to raise the price. When I showed them the message between me and the seller, they said they don't accept that price.

This review is for parts and service dept. I came here because my daughters Jetta needed some Work and Kimberlina was amazing. She was very patient, helpful, attentive and professional. She called to let Me know the parts were in and scheduled for the car To Go to the body shop to Get Fixed. I started at the parts department where a young man was very helpful I didnt catch his name but he was super helpful. So far my experience have been great here and I will Be coming back. This morning I went to see the car at 9 o'clock with an appointment and Iliked the car but I wish they didn't hide the extra cost of $1,495.00 top of the listed price in Autotrader. It's quite misleading the consumers. The manager Roy's been kind enough to explain all the unnecessary informations in used car industry. Maybe he wants to educate me so he can add $1,495.00 top of the listed price. I was ready to do the deal but Not with the hidden cost. I'm giving them 2 stars not one because the place was clean like any other dealer.

My wife and I leased a 2021 Atlas yesterday. It is for our upcoming baby. We like its beautiful outlook and huge capacity very much! Ronald Yost, the internet manger was so helpful through phone and in person. He explained all the function of SEL Premium trim. Very professional and knowledgeable. I felt he was a super genuine guy. Also Ryan, the sales manger make the experience of leasing a car quick and to the point which I appreciate. In general, it was a great and smooth experience in CardinaleWay VW dealership. Recommend it!

**BE AWARE OF THE CAR YOU PURCHASE** It was my first time purchasing a car and Dylan was the one that helped me out. They'll happily help you buy a car but when it comes to fulfilling their part of the contract, it is like pulling teeth and all these excuses come up as to why it isn't done. When I purchased the car, the agreement was for them to fix the bumper part but they only fixed half of the bumper and not the plastic part.

I had to go in a second time for them to fix the plastic part of the bumper. It was a waste of my time and drive ( I lived 30 minutes away from the dealership) going back and forth from this dealership when it should've just been done the FIRST time.

This was the first time I bought a car from the comfort of my own home. Amazing experience. David was a great sales person, drove all the way to my house so I could sign the contract and held the car for me until I was ready to pick it up on the weekend. I also love the car and especially the value of it. I've been a VW fan for many years so happy I was able to make another deal and find my new go to VW dealership. I would definitely recommend this place. A+ experience!
