I do not take great customer service lightly. Henry was my service consultant and Teddy was my Master tech and they were phenomenal. I was still driving from corona to Cerritos lexus for over a year out of habit. But gas prices have forced me to stay local. I am glad my first experience with Lexus of Riverside were with these men. Great. Quick, and thorough service. I'm glad I made the switch. It's not often you get to say how great a car service was. Keep up the great work.

Two lost Lexus customers As a household who own two Lexus (both under three years old) and have bought numerous vehicles from Lexus of Riverside. Today you have lost us as both customers and brand loyalists. Expecting 20% over msrp is a joke. Clearly more interested in short term gains than any loyalty to them or the brand. Goodbye

I've never felt compelled to review a car buying experience for anything other than something unfavorable. However, I have to say I just had my first positive car buying experience while buying my Lexus here at Lexus of Riverside. From start to finish, it was an overall good experience. I felt like everyone I dealt with was very genuine and upfront, which, in my experience, has been rare when purchasing a car. Additonally, their customer service is amazing, like how it used to be when businesses still cared about that sort of thing. I've shared my experience with my family and friends to encourage them to do business here, and I know that when I eventually want to trade in my Lexus for a newer model, I will definitely come back to Lexus of Riverside.

We had a great experience with Lexus Of Riverside! While searching online for a specific, hard to find RX 350 across the state we came across one close to 4 hours from our home. I called the dealership and spoke to a wonderful salesman, Waris, (highly recommend!) that went above and beyond to help us with our purchase from so far away. He answered questions, kept us informed and helped organize everything with the sale before our arrival so it would be as easy as possible for us to turn around and do our long drive home.

Everyone at this dealership very professional and very easy to work with. We have purchased cars over the years and this dealership hands down, has been our best experience. Great dealership to work with- Highly recommend. Thank you!

Normally I don't write much reviews unless my experience is really good or bad and I wanted to voice my opinions.in this case, it's very, very, very good--extremely good--excellent in fact--by far, truly the best! Thanks to Marcos--he made everything easy. He is so sincere & caring - drove all the way down to OC to get the color car I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. That speaks volume about his character--a wonderful person.

Just wanted to thank the salesmen who DIDNT come out of the building also the ones outside doing nothing and watched my daughter and I walk around the dealership looking in the windows and trying to open doors of the cars on the lot. All of you must be doing very well to miss out on commission. Not sure if it was the way we looked or what, but. With a very nice check from my bank in my purse. I went in for my 5k service on my new RX350 and everything went great. Less than 2 hour waiting time, I had an appt cancel on me that morning so I showed up an hour early thinking I was in for a long wait but I was wrong, they took me right in and also completed a recall at the same time. I was not yet aware of this recall so that was nice to get it out of the way.

I enjoyed their nice lounge as I waited. Easy scheduling and they washed my car! Always a bonus! Cesar, my service writer kept me informed regarding when I should be ready to go. He was very professional, friendly and cared about my concerns. This is my first experience with Riverside Lexus Service Dept and I am truly happy. See you guys next time

Rude, unprofessional and downright bullying service managers including David Usuma. Service managers are supposed to guide you through the process of your car needs - not over sell you maintenance items that your car does not need. Unethical behavior as far as I am concerned. Don't ever go to these guys, they care ONLY about your money and not about the work that your car actually needs.

No one takes responsibility at this dealership for you car. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Hopefully Lexus corporate learns about this experience and does something to fix the blatant unethical behavior that is rampant at this dealership.

Hats off to my salesman Jerome Basile and technician Manuel Torres and the rest of the staff of Lexus of Riverside I had my car service at Lexus of Riverside where I bought it. I am long time MB car owner and tried Lexus for the first time. I was really impressed how thorough and consistent they are with their service. First with my purchase experience, although this rating was overdue for Mr Jerome, he was very informative and patiently answering my issues when I was purchasing the car. Second, I really appreciate the video of the car that was sent to me by Mr. Manuel while he was giving his assessment.

I brought in my Lexus for service and Anthony was so helpful! He addressed all my concerns and answered all my questions by the time I arrived he had already verified the warranty on my car. The issue was covered under my warranty and left my car running like new. I bring my car in for service here every 5k and every advisor and the customer service is exceptional.

Marcos, and Lisa are awesome! We had a horrible experience at Honda that was a few buildings down. We came in after speaking with Marcos via text over a month ago. He remembered us when we came in and they were straight to the point with a no haggling price for the vehicle I wanted. We got the price per month we wanted and left very happy. Financing process was smooth and easy. Well taken Care of here. We got free key chains and mug also. : Thank you!

I received a letter a very long time ago that I might be able to replace door panels on my 2007 Lexus LS460 for free even if it doesn't have extended warranty! I wasn't sure if it is real first but gave it a try and called Lexus of Riverside and made an appointment for inspection. They checked the panels and found one of the door panels eligible for replacement.

They ordered the parts. Although it took a bit long for the parts to arrive but can't complain much. After the parts arrived, they called me again and made an appointment for replacement. Finally I got it replaced yesterday for FREE! It could have cost me thousands of dollars if I wanted to do it out of my own pocket. Awesome experience! Thanks LEXUS!

Less then one star this place has RACIST & RUDE employees. No one was no help and they recommended smaller car dealers when my credit is A1. Taking my $ elsewhere. I've used my itin in many places, and other Lexus dealerships never did I have an issue.

Yesterday I purchased my first Lexus RC 350 F Sport. I am amazed! After being a loyal BMW customer for thirty years, I was not happy with their service any longer. I chose to go to Lexus because so many of my friends had talked about what great experiences they had with their cars. Well.from the first contact with Ralph Olguin (Internet Sales Manager) all the way through finance Danny Meeks - they were fantastic.

They heard my concerns and answered most of my questions with in-depth answers. Now, I've only had the car one night, but I really love it. I'm looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Lexus of Riverside.

Wow! Just Wow! This dealership is amazing and everyone there go above and beyond Waris was our salesman and I called him at 9:00 a.m on the dot and told him which car we were interested in and it was not only the last one it was the only one in a 100+ miles radius it is truly a one of a kind! he set an appointment for us, we arrived at 11:00 a.m and left at 2:00 pm in that car! After being hounded for the last 3 months by Eric regarding my lease, we decided we were going to buy my car. My husband was dealing with Ralph. He told you we were buying the car and you said we needed to go in for that. We made an appt for 10am this morning. Before we arrived I got a call at 9:28am from Paul who left a message asking me to confirm we were coming in to look at a 22 RX. Huh?

My husband got to the dealership before I did and spoke with Ralph who started talking to my husband about a new car. My husband again said we were buying my car and would be financing it through our credit union. Oh.you handle that through Lexus Financial on the phone. What? What part of.we are buying the car didn't you understand? Thanks for getting us down to the dealership on Christmas Eve by lying and saying we had to come in so you could try and sell us a car. I'm furious.

I came here because every auto parts store couldn't find windshield wipers for my Lexus! Not to mention they weren't even available through Amazon or online! Auto-zoned parts store manager actually sent me to this dealership! I dread coming to dealerships because of the high prices, and bad experiences, I've had in the past (not this one though).

I called Riverside Lexus, and got transferred to actual person on the phone named "Elena Gutierrez" in the parts department. She was very quick, professional and saved my windshield wipers for me until I got there! I immediately showed up, there was plenty of parking, the workers even opened the door for me, no long line and had my parts ready for pick up! Elena was a quick cashier, friendly and thanked me! I will return back and maybe get my next Lexus here because she treated me like a Queen! Great customer service! I give this place a total of 5 stars!

Use caution with some of the negative reviews from folks not following the auto industry chip shortage, supply issues and pricing results. Just purchased a 2022 GX460 right off the truck with no market adjustment, reasonable trade value and straight forward financing. Eric Zhang (sales) and Jacob Schanback (finance) were excellent. To put it in perspective Desert Lexus in PS has $4500 markups on GX's right now, absolute insanity. In and out of Lexus of Riverside in under 2hrs. It's the second new vehicle I've purchased from them and it won't be my last!

Under new ownership I guess, prices are too high now. I guess they want to get their return on investment too fast They do not honor other Lexus dealers coupons like before I compared Customer service is good. Service advisors are polite and friendly. All staff are dedicated and provide good customer service Brake service $514 versus $340 maintenance service $179 versus $90.00 at the Lexus dealer in Ontario. I took my boyfriend to purchase a car today and honestly this was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. We had an appointment with Armindo who was extremely pleasant. He was extremely thorough in explaining all of the features of the car we were interested and what the process of purchasing will be like. Overall he was kind and easy going, we didn't feel pressured into spending more money for anything.

He went above and beyond our expectations and even threw in items for us we weren't expecting. This isn't the first Lexus I have purchased but this was by far the best (and fastest) experience I have had. If you're looking to buy a Lexus, hitting up Mindo is MANDO!

My check engine light was on and was giving codes that were tied in with catalytic converter issues. It was luckily covered under warranty. Making an appointment was easy. They ran out of loaner cars, but drove me over to Enterprise Rental down the street. I was able to have a Toyota 4Runner as a loaner car. It was a nice change from my GS 350. Lexus of Riverside called me with updates. Sent me a text with a video of the inspection that was being done on my vehicle. They called me with updates and worked around my schedule of when I could return to get my vehicle. Overall a great experience. I'd definitely return.
