Had a great experience! Professional fast service for my Chevy Volt, the customer service representative that helped me was Tania. She was very polite and took care of things for me right away. I'll definitely be back!

Worst customer service ever at service desk. Stay away from Maria. Very sarcastic lazy and difficult to resolve any problems. Go directly to the service manager. Will never Buy another Silverado. Many issues with truck and unless I wanted to drive another 30 miles for service this was my option. Warning stay far far away from Maria. Don't have her last name. Want to forget everything I can about her. But once you meet her this memo will fully manifest in your head.

I would not go through this experience again. There was a delay in vehicle shipment to start. The dealership advised me that the car would arrive 7-10 days after the transaction. It took 3 weeks. The delays were never communicated to me. I had to call back for updates each time. I traded my car in and the loaner vehicle they gave me had tires issues that I had to deal with for those 3 weeks, they would not swap out the loaner vehicles.

The pay off payment for the trade in vehicle was sent almost 1 month after the finance transaction causing me to be late on the bank loan. I have NEVER been late on my car payments until Riverside Chevy stepped into the picture. This was truly a horrible experience. I understand some of the aspects are because where we are at in the world nowadays but that isn't an excuse for lack of ownership, accountability and COMMUNICATION. I will make sure I do not go through this experience next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle.

I was looking for a Silverado for weeks and every dealer wanted to up change me beside riverside. Yes dealers have to make money but don't need to rip people off and riverside for sure didn't do that. Had the vehicle for 3 weeks and I hit something on the freeway and put a whole in my transmission pan. I called trying to figure out what to do and no dealers were trying to help me out.

They all said 2-3 weeks. I then thought about Derek at riverside Chevy and he had John who is the service manager call me within minutes. John said get the truck down here and we will figure it out. 10am truck was there and I'm home with my truck at 2pm. That's service I'll always go to riverside Chevy hands down best Dealer I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Riverside Chevy

Hi Bobby, I can take care of the EV reservation through the company myself, thank you. Along with Porsche, I'll be taking my business to another Chevrolet dealer, one that isn't short sighted and fixating their indignation towards one sale, if I could find one. Business is an ongoing process. Although I didn't come eye to eye that night in an overpriced used Corvette, that doesn't necessarily mean I wouldn't be happy to pay my money's worth for a new one in the upcoming year.

If your team feels slighted because we couldn't come to a deal and I came rather late, imagine how restaurant workers, or barbershops feel when they work late for a few bucks extra and still retain their smile. You're price gouging and can't see the ethical dilemma of the entitled attitude of your team that night which reflects a problem with the higher chain down to the bottom.

You think you're untouchable, as Kia did. There isn't much more to discuss left to discuss. I'll be praying for your dealership's downfall along with a growing list of disgruntled consumers. Have a good day. Edit: I should also add that your team couldn't see the irony of accusing me of lowballing on a used 2021 car that's 45 grand over it's original msrp.

Habib sales rep was great, test drove the vehicle I liked and sat down to do the contract. I had my own financing through my credit union and because they were losing money on what they purchase vehicle, they wanted me to use their GM financing. I even offered to pay cash for the vehicle and the manager stated the only way they would sell it to me was if I used GM financing.

I had my car towed because a thief cut my gas tank! And not to mention I have credit to get my oil change and I had requested since it's there for a brake inspection. I could have taken my car anywhere else but I decided to take it to Riverside Chevrolet. Everything was OK until James the service advisor gave me the worst customer service ever!

Because he was extremely hard to get a hold of and plus I would call and no one would answer the phone I would message him and he would take hours to message me back and even in the messages they seemed rude. James failed in customer service you never respond to a customer saying hey Mandy and using this (!) symbol in a text to a customer and he also failed to respond in a timely manner.

And even my state farm agent tried getting a hold of them and she even said no one was answering the phones and my car was literally there for a week! My state farm agent had to literally go there herself to get things moving. But I got so frustrated with Riverside Chevrolet That I had decided to tow my car out of there and to take it to LA. Then a gentleman by the name of Deon had given me a call and try to persuade me that they could do the work but I said no it's too late and had asked me to bring my vehicle back that they'll take care of me because of the bad customer service that I got.

So after a couple weeks I decided to take him up on that offer and he told me that he would give me a call back because he needed to make sure that there was enough employees that day and be looking into a rental car and I have never heard back from him to schedule my appointment for my car.

I have an amazing experience here. I was truly impressed with the staff and how them could do everything possible to make sure I got everything I was looking for. Ivan was my guy! He was able to get me in my truck I've been waiting for months. Love the fact that I was able to get to test drive the truck and get a real experience. Amazing work from everyone I interacted with. I had an excellent experience thanks to Tania Cacho! They were several days out to diagnose my car when the engine light went on. She set me up with a rental right away. They were able to diagnose and fix my car within 3 days. Wonderful service! Definitely recommend!

I had both of my Bolt EV batteries replaced due to the recall. Everyone was amazing and friendly. They ordered the batteries, called me when they were in, set up appointments quickly, and even got both cars done in one day. I asked for pictures and they even sent them. I was just blown away with how painless the whole process was. I know I'll be taking my cars here in the future and recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you so much!

I purchased my 2019 Chevy Bolt from them a few years back, and while the initial interaction went poorly, they did right by me in the end. With the Bolt now under recall, I elected to do a vehicle swap through GM. However, GM requires a dealership to facilitate the swap. Basically, it would just involve them taking my order for a new GM vehicle, and processing the paperwork on behalf of GM once the vehicle is produced and delivered to the dealership.

Since it is a transaction between me and GM, the vehicle does not affect their allocation in any way. GM even pays them (albeit a small amount) to facilitate it. When my GM rep contacted them, they refused to host the swap. I get that they don't make much money by doing it, but it would be nice if they showed some loyalty toward a previous customer. It's clear to me now that they only care about the sale and don't care about showing any goodwill after that.

The workers are very nice, Maria was also very helpful with getting my car set up and gave good recommendations on what I may need. 1 thing I would say though is the amount of time it takes for your car to be done. I understand it gets busy, but the last two times I've went for a service I waited 3+ hours, the first time being about 5 hours for my car to be done.

Very dishonest manager and salesman We agreed on the price prior to arrival to the dealership via text. When we got there and ran the credit application they started adding bs fees, very disappointing ppl. Manager name was Ivan, I even called the salesman to come to the office, he disappeared and stopped answering calls

Just want to thank Orlando and Raul! These two guys definitely know how to treat there customers! I was shopping for a Chevy Silverado for almost 3 weeks. I spent countless hours searching for what I wanted and found it at Riverside Chevrolet. Made a call yesterday and spoke with Raul and told me just to come in and he would take care of me. Sure enough he did what he said! No back and forth with games. Orlando was hands down up front with everything. Go see these guys you will buy a car truck or suv with out stress! Thanks Guys!

Still no call back. Still have 2 loans in my name that aren't paid and I have no car. Sold me a certified salvage corvette and won't return my trade in or my money. Having to get a military attorney now to help me. Worst service I've ever received anywhere. Honestly disgusting this is how they treat customers amd disabled veterans.

Great Experience ever! I hate dealing with auto dealer sales persons, but this guys are the exception. Orlando Bautista and Raul Melchor makes my day, no my day. my year! I began negotiating online and by text with Orlando first, the purchase of a sitck shift Camaro RS 2021 model for my son. Orlando was honest with me since the first contact. No BS scam tactics, and able to give me the final price (OTD numbers) up front --to avoid surprises-- and I like it.

I was looking a new vehicle for my son, and ended buying 2 cars. A nice Camaro RS with manual Transmission 2021 model, and a beautiful Red Corvette C8 Stingray with Mid-engine for me, my dream car So far. Raul was the Manager in charge that day, and he gave me an excellent price on the 2021 Corvette Stingray C8 LT3 that I cannot refused. He also paid a top price for my Trade-In, a 2021 Supra.

So was a win-win situation. Now my son is happy and I'm more than happy with my dream car at my house, see the pictures attached. I recommend those guys if you are in the market for a new car. By the way, the sales person from --a different dealer-- Mountain View in Upland was asking 5K marking up from the Camaro RS model and 30K marking up from the Stingray.

Crazy lol. When I commented that Riverside Chevrolet wasn't asking any marked up price, he replies "I see, it is because they have a huge selections and availability of the cars". Thanks for the advise, lol. I paid ZERO mark-up in the Camaro RS here at Riverside Chevrolet, by the contrary they discounted 1K from the MSRP, and that makes me more than happy. One of my best car buying experiences so far. Obviously dealerships are YMMV but Riverside Chevrolet let me leave with a new car and feeling taken care of. I had been shopping around for a EV, used or new and had done a fair amount of research of my own. It seemed like whenever I would go to browse, kick tires, and try to learn more that the guys from other dealerships either didn't care or didn't know much about EVs.

I had finally found a used Chevy Bolt and wanted to go take another look with my girlfriend to see if this was the right car. When I got there Alfredo took care of me and gave me one of the best car buying experiences I could ask for. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely had my interests at heart. He did not rush me and did not pressure me into anything.

He listened to what I had to say and helped me get the best deal that I could. He even got my the rate I was looking for through my credit union but through the dealership. I ended up doing way less work, huge plus! Thank you Alfredo and the team and Riverside Chevrolet for an amazing experience. You guys are awesome!

I took my 2019 Silverado truck on 5/19/2021 to get the ECU reprogrammed for my new GM/Chevy performance cold air intake that I installed and filmed a YouTube video for my channel a few days before. I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance. They had it done very quickly. My service writer Steven Edwards knew exactly what I wanted done, and the mechanic did an awesome job. Woohoo, it has a tad more pep now. Thanks Riverside Chevrolet.
