They are very knowledgeable. I went in to buy front and rear shocks, and batteries for my fleet of 50 carts but instead of being sold something that may not work and taking my cash he suggested I find out what year my carts were first. Good idea. After taking his advice I went ahead and Amazoned a bunch of shocks and batteries and they worked! Honest John's man. Love it.

I called a couple of other service and parts providers and received no response. I called Golf Cars of Riverside and they answered on the first ring. They had all the items I needed! The staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. The only critique would be that the staff needs to wear their masks! Even if you don't believe in the masks, wear it to make sure your customers feel comfortable and somewhat protected.

This all started in January when I brought my cart in for service. I brought my cart there based on the reviews, little did I know that there service has changed since then. The cart was inspected, a figure was given, and I accepted the amount. When the cart was ready and I went to pick it up the cost was now $600 more than agreed! When I questioned them on it they told me they were sorry but there was an error in the math.
So since this was not the amount I agreed to we negotiated the price down a bit. I gave him the card, he charged me the full price which I did not notice until later and I had to drive back down to there to get them to credit the difference back to my card. My cart was now a 48 volt and I had a new 36 volt charger. I asked if they would trade my new charger for some seat covers and they agreed.
So I left my new charger and they told me they would be in the next week. Well the next week came and went with no call from the shop. I called them to find out where the covers were and they told me there was an issue with the order. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but after 3 months of numerous calls and numerous excuses I told them I have heard enough excuses and either get me the seat covers or give me back the charger.
The managers response was to hang up on me. I called back and told him I will pick up my charger. I have never experienced such bad customer service from a business before and I would strongly suggest you do not use this business at all costs. Consumer beware of this place!
