Mustang Village

I loved at Mustang Village for my second year at Poly, and I couldn't have a better experience. The leasing process was extremely easy and was facilitated by the most helpful and patient office assistant, Julian. He knew every question I threw at him (which I admit were obscure and many) and answered them carefully and clearly! This apartment complex overall had an amazing staff that made us residents feel special and important, which was lacking when I stayed at the dorms my first year. I highly recommend this complex for cal poly students (location, location, location!) as well as anyone looking to live in the friendliest community in SLO!

Mustang Village is amazing! The location, service, utilities, and overall atmosphere is outstanding here, genuinely a great place to live. Most of all though was the excellent service, everyone on the staff that I met was patient, helpful, kind and caring, and were attentive to every need I had while staying here. I'd also like to highlight a specific staffer, Julian Delong, as a young man who went above and beyond in terms of making my stay as perfect as possible.

Mustang Village has been a fun and safe experience for me. their office staff really cares about resident needs, I could not have asked for better service! My favorite leasing agent was Julian DeLong, he was very polite and helpful.

Had a great time at mustang village! Apartments were great and close to campus. Julian and the rest of the staff was very helpful in getting me situated with my apartment and everything I needed.

I have had great experience at Mustang Village! Caty in the leasing office has helped me so much, she has always been so kind over the phone and in the office. The office staff are very helpful and accommodating.

If there's one thing I can say about Mustang Village, it is the quality of their staff. I talked to Julian Delong regarding renting a townhome between me and a couple friends and he was very knowledgeable and explained the process concisely. This is student living made easy and it's no question why this facility is so popular among Cal Poly/Cuesta students alike.

I have lived at Mustang Village for almost a year and loved it! I love how close to campus it is, both Cal Poly and Cuesta. All the amenities are amazing, especially the pools and grills! To top it all off, the office staff is amazing and have helped me so much during my time here!

I lived in the townhomes and absolutely loved it! Living in Mustang was a great transition from the dorms into apartments. You still have the community feeling that you're used to after your first year in the dorms, but with more responsibility. The staff and managers work hard to make sure all resident's needs are met and are continuously improving the community.

They added hammocks to all of the courtyards, have been hosting new events with great prizes, and always are open to questions when I come into the office. Great place to call home!

Mustang Village is a safe environment for young adults that is close to area schools and services. All of my questions were answered by the friendly staff inside the office. Landin W. was well versed on the leasing process and was able to provide me with several affordable options moving forward. A+

Best place to live in SLO hands down. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect and close to a ton of shops and restaurants. Mustang Village has great amenities and is overall a great property to live at.

Mustang village is a positively invaluable resource for anybody who is trying to restore a classic Mustang, or any other push-rod era ford for that matter. I've gone to Scott with absolutely off-the-wall parts requests that only a true expert would know and he's always come through!
