The service department made it very easy to get my regular maintenance for my hyundai tucson. People working there were also very friendly.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER - I came in for 30% off dealer posted price. I was initially told with my credit and lack of down payment, I was looking at around $300/month for every $10,000 financed. I was ready to leave and the horrible tactics began. They kept going back and forth lowering the per month price every time. I asked for the price and APR and no one would tell me.

They kept saying that the finance guy would tell me the price. In the end, they got me to agree on a monthly of 10 higher than my limit. They made me think that my credit was the issue causing the price to be higher than I estimated. When I got into the finance office, my APR was amazingly 3.9%. They never gave me any % off as promised. I was told by the finance guy that I didn't qualify for all discounts because I wasn't veteran, student, or loyalty, etc.

The whole deal took 5 hours and I did not sleep that night. I woke up and read the contract because I was sick to my stomach at the fact that they did not give me 30% off I wanted to return the car. The contract stipulates no returns. They gave me a copy of a survey that I would be asked to fill in a couple weeks. The copy had all 10's circles and they asked me 3-5 times to make sure and fill out all 10's.

On the survey, it says, "Did anyone in the dealership tell you to fill out all 10's?" What a joke. These guys have horrible ethics and bad business practices. Please save yourself the stress and do not buy from Brad Benson. in a day or two some customer service guy will try to defend the dealership. research BBB and Consumer Affairs to see more AWESOME REVIEWS just like mine.

My mother in law just traded in her car and bought a used Kia from this dealership. It has been an absolute nightmare. 2 months and we still don't have the plates yet. Car started having issues and the dealer says it isn't their problem, take it to Kia under the warranty. We bought the car from you, it is your problem. You gave the car back to us after looking at it and trying to sell us $500 in repairs, and then Kia diagnosed a complete different issue. We don't have much choice at this point but to have Kia document the issues and get a lawyer to hold this dealership accountable.

Great vehicle purchase experience at this dealership, especially with my salesman Joe Stanzione, who was courteous, honest, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I arrived at the dealership near closing time but, Joe treated me with all the respect that a customer deserved and never rushed me. From the test drive to the financing process everyone here was professional and completed my buying experience with utmost diligence even though we ended up finishing after hours. I drove out with a great deal--Thanks Joe! I would recommend to anyone!

I've leased 2 vehicles from this dealership in the last 3 years. Everyone I met with was personable and extremely helpful. All information was provided upfront and there weren't any hidden fees. The experience was completely hassle-free. there was absolutely no pressure to make a deal and the final outcome was a very fair price for the model and features I wanted in a car.

I was a VW owner and decided to try this dealership 3 years ago. It was one of the best decisions I've made. Regardless of which sales associate helps you, you will be treated with respect and they will do their best to get you the car you want at a fair price. I also use this dealership to service my car and just like the sales team, the service staff are top notch.

I went with my husband to look at getting a 2013-2015 Hyundai Santa Fe AWD Turbo. Our salesman, Damien, was nice and pleasant. Unfortunately, the sales manager, Mike was extremely difficult to work with. They didn't have any turbos in stock, but after test driving a "new" 2014 with the ultimate package, my husband decided he could live without the turbo and they began to discuss price.

The sticker said $37,000 and there was a tag in the vehicle saying "$7500 off". Actually, most of the cars on the lot had those same tags. When my husband asked what the final price would be he was told that the $7500 off was an old promotion! We were about ready to leave at that point when the sales manager was brought in. He refused to give us an actual price on the vehicle or the rate.

After over an hour of back and forth, my husband told him the max monthly payment he would agree to and the most he would put down. The sales manager agreed, but in the finance office we found out they had not gotten an answer from the finance company. They claimed everything would be fine and we signed the contract. We were there 5 hours. A few days later we got a call saying the finance company didn't agree to the terms and the payments will be $50/mo more! They refuse to accept any responsibility for their mistakes and we are returning the vehicle and will buy one from Circle Hyundai!

I had a great experience at Brad Benson Hyundai. This is my second lease from their car dealership and I am continuously satisfied. I highly recommend the sales representative Anthony Cassiere. He helped me through both of my car leases, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. He is very helpful, friendly, approachable, and takes his time to answer all of my questions.

He guided me through each experience with ease. He is also very thorough, and followed up after my purchase to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I continuously recommend him to friends and family, he made my car leasing experience very pleasant.

I enjoyed my visit and doing business with the people at Brad Benson. The salesman was very informative and helpful. He helped me find the perfect fit for my wife and I (we had lost both our cars in the hurricane). We agreed on a price and they stuck to it. No ups no extra like you usually get when you go to talk to financing. In fact a few days after signing our agreement, we got a call that they found a better deal and we would be paying less. Could we come in and sign a new agreement? Great deal

My mom had recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and dealt with Manning (who happened to have sold her the vehicle she purchased before that as well.) She recommended I go speak with him in regards to getting a new vehicle (about a month ago my 2012 Honda Civic caught fire and was totaled). I went to meet with him at 9AM on a Saturday and he did everything he could to make sure I was looking at the cars that I wanted.

He was very attentive and regardless of how busy the dealer was, he worked with us until we drove off of the lot. It didn't feel as if he was trying to push the cars on me, he let me look and tell him what interested me. He really goes above and beyond to make sure all of his customers are truly satisfied. He took customer appreciation to the next level.

We actually walked off the lot with not only my moms car that she purchased a week ago, but both me and my sister drove off with two new cars (Me with a 2012 Mitsubishi Lancer and my sister with a 2013 Tucson). I would, and already have, recommended a couple of my friends to go speak with him in regards to their car needs because he is truly a genuine person.

He is highly concerned with ensuring all of his customers are happy and satisfied which is hard to find at a car dealer. Most salesmen are just that, sales, they want to put you in any car just to make a sale but Manning truly did everything he could and really worked with me to get me the car I want. He also followed up with me the Monday after to ensure I was fully satisfied with the car and reminded me that if I had any questions to just give him a call. Working with him was truly a pleasure
