The only reason I am even giving this dealership two stars is because they sure are nice when you are buying the car - but once you have made the purchase - the friendly customer service STOPS - within 48 hours I had a flat tire - granted it happens - but when I called and spoke to DAN a manager he informed me they are not responsible for tires (unless you buy the extra warrant) so instead of telling me to bring the car back to them to have it repaired - I was not asking them to pay for the tire just fix it considering it was 48 hours after the purchase and would have been GOOD customer service - instead his advice was take it to a random gas station and have it fixed - I expected more from a dealership that sold me the car less than 48 hours before the flat. So enjoy the friendly service before you buy the car, because as soon as you leave it stops!

Great place to go to for a new car! Worked with Pierre Gonzales and he was so great! We went pretty late and went past the working hours but he was kind enough to make sure we were taken care of til the very end and checked on us the following days too. Highly recommend! My parents aren't English speakers but he made them feel comfortable and was easy to talk to : really appreciate that.

I walked into BMW of Freehold on March 22, 2022, to purchase the 2022 430i Grand Coupe in their showroom. Dom, one of the selling advisors greeted me. Dom is great, and does her work well! With no time wasted, Dom went above and beyond selling me my car, including surprising me with a $500 rebate on the window sticker asking price. I am happy I purchased my car from BMW of Freehold. Overall, every interaction I had to deal with to complete the purchase was great! The staff there is wonderful, and Dom is a sweetheart!

Amazing experience with BMW of Freehold. Got my DREAM CAR (Audi Q5) - my first car I was getting all on my own. Pierre Gonzales was great to work with. He helped me with getting everything done right then and there so that I could bring it home that day. Everyone I encountered there were nice, professional, and helpful. Pierre keeps in touch even after your purchase and makes sure you get that 1-on-1 attention. I would recommend this dealership to anyone :)

Pierre Gonzalez is absolutely the man. Honestly, every step of my process was handled extremely professionally with absolutely no dissatisfaction at all. The dealership was the only one that wasn't upcharging me an extra 10-15K for the new M4. Every other dealer was asking for a minimum 10K premium on top of MSRP both for M cars on the lot and also for new builds.crazy times. BMW of Freehold was willing to place the build order (they have the allocation available), and I spec'd it out and made my deposit. Pierre et al placed the order and the waiting game started. Again, I can't stress this enough, Pierre is amazing.
He is an honorable person who wants to make the process clear and easy for you. Do yourself a favor and ask for Pierre if you are in the market for any BMW and live in NJ. Anyway, my car got delivered in 3 months (not too bad given the COVID supply chain problems; M cars are built in Germany) and I just slipped in under the Ukraine war problems. Taking delivery was a breeze; finance manager wasn't pushing anything, and there were no surprises at all.
I opted to get the tire/rim protection package and passed on the extended warranty and maintenance (at least for now). Couldn't be happier with my new car and with the experience BMW of Freehold.

I came here with my wife to purchase a used car. We dealt with Pierre Gonzales. He was a absolute pleasure to work with. The entire process only took a couple of hours. We never felt pressure to purchase extra add ons. The price on the site was the price of the car. Their was no games or switches, they where very honest. This review is for service advisors Justine and Tony. Having bought few BMW's from different dealerships and had service from others, without hesitation I would say these guys are very friendly! Bought BMW LED Door light Projectors from them and they didn't charge a dime to install though it's a DIY Job, other dealerships were charging around $75 to get job done. I would go back to them for service maintenance and parts in future. Thank you once again.

I recently leased my first BMW and working with Pierre Gonzales was such a pleasure! He made the whole process easy and quick from start to finish. He was honest and straightforward, which is hard to find when leasing/buying a car. He kept in touch with me and answered all of my questions, even after I took the car home. I have always hated the whole process of getting a new car, but working with Pierre was a completely different experience for me. I highly recommend him and the dealership! AND the bow and sign on the car was such a nice touch

BMW of Freehold is the absolute best. You walk into a newly renovated space and its a good feeling. This is my third car from there and I've never been disappointed. No matter who greats you, there is always a smile on their face. I never feel pressured and always receive a lesson on how to do something new with my BMW. 3 years ago we had a perfectly fine experience with this dealership. Unfortunately as a returning customer, the quality of their service has plummeted. They should continue selling BMWs because the car sells itself, not the staff. From unprofessional sales and lack of customer service there is nothing positive I can say about our experience this go around. We were a returning customer, but unfortunately I, nor my wife will ever give this dealership business again.

It's about time I left a review. First off, I live in NYC. When the pandemic hit and the lease on my Cadillac Escalade ended, I was really interested in the X7. Bob Fleishman at Freehold BMW delivered a car into the city to me for a test drive! Okay, the car is awesome and in my opinion beats any 3 row SUV out there, but the attentiveness to customer satisfaction is what really struck me.
I wound up buying the car from them and am so glad I did. I have had maintenance service from Freehold and also from BMW Manhattan and the customer experience in New Jersey was so so much better. Well, recently, we hit a deer and did some front end damage. I reached out to Bob and he and his service manager Justine Ammiano took care of everything! Sent a flatbed to pick up the car, had everything taken care of at a nearby repair shop and handled all the insurance, did an oil change, and then delivered the vehicle back to us in triple mint condition. We are so grateful we bought the car from Freehold to begin with and have peace of mind knowing that they will always take care of us.

I'm very pleased with the experience I had at BMW of Freehold with a recent purchase. The staff was prompt in replying to me when I first emailed and had an excellent follow up to set up a test drive. Monica, my sales rep, was fantastic and made my car buying at BMW seamless. Within 30 minutes she and the GM worked to resolve any issues with the car as well as finance setting up the purchase.
The only con I experienced was two add one with the purchase - security feature ($399) and is nitrous in the tires ($199). Fortunately I was able to waive the security upgrade by the nitrous was non negotiable. Other than that, I feel secure with the purchase and happy with the vehicle and entire staff at this BMW location. I would recommend visiting and purchasing a vehicle here if your in the market.

Contacted Eugene Poznyak after receiving a referral from someone who does a lot of business with him. I reached out and informed Eugene what I was looking to get into and that I had a car to trade in with Equity. He right away spent 30 mins on the phone getting to know me and my whereabouts until finally giving me a quote. I took that information and wanted to cross check with other sources to make sure it's spot on, turns out the price he was giving me was completely inaccurate to what he actually promised me, instead he was looking to make over 5k in profit on just the new car plus make money on my trade.
I called Eugene the next morning and asked him to make things right and he wasn't treating me the fair way I was told he would, at this point he didn't know what to say as I caught him in a huge lie and he just said he would call me back and recalculate the correct price. I didn't hear all day from him and when I followed up, he brushed me off and said "don't be upset, I'm busy" "I have people in showroom".
Never called me back that day or the next day, clearly because he is a deceptive liar who shouldn't be conducting business for a luxury car brand. Him and the entire Freehold BMW center should be embarrassed. I will be repeating his actions everywhere possible to let buyers beware of his tactics and the company he works for

I came here twice in hopes of buying a pre-owned Lexus on the lot. My salesperson Monica was very nice till it came to the numbers game. She didn't want to even budge on the price of the car or work with me to give me more for my trade. Also beware of very high typical BS dealer fees ($799 doc, $199 nitrogen tire fee, and a few hundred "etch" fee which was apparently optional) After many automated emails from Dori Dado, "sales manager" I replied to one trying to work out a price, but there was no response from him.
I came with my title in hand for my trade and was ready to buy on the spot. It seems like they are used to people coming in and accepting a low price on a trade and paying full price. This place was a complete joke.

Having bought numerous BMWs from different dealerships, I can honestly say that the first thing to draw me to BMW Freehold ~3 years ago was the competitive pricing strategy they employed. Fair, market based, equitable, and irrespective of small print conditions and trade ins. They truly priced their vehicles to fair market value and optimized value to the customer over commission.
As a result, I bought a pristine 650i xDrive Gran Coupe with no hassle, no pushy and salesman-like tactics. Nick Lichaa (salesman at the time) took the time to understand what I was looking for, align to the right vehicle, and ultimately broker a deal on the car that I wanted to the point where we all felt comfortable in the deal. His ability to connect with me as a person, and more than a potential buyer, created a genuine connection that I've leaned on over time.

I went in only to look at a car after my car flooded. The dealership was busy but I got assisted right away, and ended up leaving in a beautiful 2022 x3 M40, right off the showroom floor. Dominique did a fantastic job selling me, and Maria in finance made sure it was a smooth process. We even made a tiktok! I'll be sure to be back, thanks again guys!

I purchased a car from Pierre and had a very poor and alarming experience. It is quite disappointing as I am a first time buyer and would like others to be forewarned in hopes someone doesn't have a similar experience. Three key watch outs with Pierre: (1) Rate change - he committed to one rate on phone and ran a credit check. Once at dealer, he changed price on me (citing it had to go up by $20 because i didn't receive a friends and family discount - something he never communicated before).
They tried to make up for this by throwing in freebies - but clearly it's a sales tactic to get me there w false advertising on rate. (2) Plates - When I called to inquire as to status of my plates, Pierre instructed that there was a delay but that I could drive with expired dealer plates as cops rarely check the date. Obviously it's a bit shocking a premium car dealership is condoning breaking the law.
Only after did my brother in law call in to admonish this response did Pierre course correct and offer to send new dated plates, which was the obvious right thing to do at the start. (3) I feel compelled to mention to other female buyers that it can be an intimidating process to buy a car and at a dealership. I did feel taken advantage of for having been one by myself (though my mom accompanied me).
I did my research and negotiated - so felt especially worse after Pierre changed the price on me. I hope my experience is unique and that the dealership makes adjustments. I don't want another female to have my experience again and know the above is not what BMW typically stands for. UPDATE: the manager reached out to me to address the above to my satisfaction and was very apologetic and helpful

5 stars for John C! I have been taking my car into servicing with BMW of Freehold for almost 2 years. This was my first for buying a new car through their sales department. We were introduced to John Cheung as our sales representative. He was a breath of fresh air after a few unsavory experiences at a few other BMW dealerships. Car dealerships and car salesmen get a bad reputation. However, working with John dispelled a lot of those stereotypes.
He was friendly, responsive and most importantly, listened to what I wanted in a car and where I stood with my budget. I strongly recommend John as both a car salesman and a friend, someone who I will be buying from (if he still works at BMW Freehold) for a long time. People like John make BMW the ultimate driving machine! I couldn't recommend him more!

A friend of mine referred me to Freehold BMW and I was very apprehensive to travel all the way from south jersey.let me say the trip was well worth it. The sales manager that ended up finalizing my deal Nick Lichaa was super helpful in going thru all the #s with me and getting me to a price point that was within my budget. They did not have the car on the lot but were able to redirect a car from another location so I could take delivery of my new BMW and start enjoying it. I am glad I made the drive to Freehold BMW and will continue doing so for all my BMW purchases.

Nick has my business for life. I was at the end of my lease. He helped me find the exact car I wanted. Everything was handled before I even had to come in. Dominique scored with the assist in making sure all of the clerical items were taken care of. Nick gave me the best possible price, was honest and upfront about everything, and restored my faith in working with dealerships again.
I have been coming here for a while for regular service and maintenance (ask for Robert Gamble - he is the best there is), but this was my first sales experience. The entire team that handled my transaction from lease end inspection to financing (Kyle) was smooth from beginning to end. Thank you Nick, Dominique, and the rest of the team!

WOW is all I can say about how Greg & the whole service department treated me. My older model 1 Series service engine light comes on & my baby started sputtering. My regular mechanic said it was a dealer problem & I would be at the mercy of a dealer I wasn't familiar with. Thoughts of spending thousands of dollars raced through my head. Greg immediately calmed me down with the following words " It might be covered by warranty " It was my regular mechanic wasn't aware that Super Low Emissions Vehicles ( sulev) have a 15 year 150,000 mile warranty on emissions parts. Greg was aware and handled me like I had just bought the top of the line BMW. Kudos Greg & Freehold BMW you made a customer for life. Lesson learned don't be afraid of what you don't know.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. YOU WILL BE CHEATED. ZERO STARS FOR DISHONESTY We spent 40k on a car with BALD TIRES. Salesmen told my wife IN WRITING the tires were in GOOD shape. Within 500 miles a tire blew out on the highway(NOT A NAIL, TIRE FAILURE). We had to put 4 new tires on. No one should ever have to purchase 4 new tires before receiving the liscense plates.
When we asked for reimbursement 12 days past with silence. We were then sent an email saying the tires were legally acceptable when we signed the fine print and they would do absolutely nothing for us.so I looked back over the inspection report. THE TIRES WERE 3/32 OF AN INCH (state law says min 2/32 of an inch). BMWS "STANDARD" IS THE LEGAL STATE MINIMUM.
There was 1/32 of an inch left safe on them. We then spoke with SEVEN other BMW dealerships within the area and ALL said they would NEVER sell a car with 43,000 miles on original tires. We mistakenly took the word of a sneaky salesmen. If we could return the car we would. Very disheartening to know this was a luxury car dealership and we were taken advantage off.
When we asked for reimbursement 12 days past with silence. We were then sent an email saying the tires were legally acceptable when we signed the fine print and they would do absolutely nothing for us.so I looked back over the inspection report. This is no luxury dealer. I walked in and upon getting greeted the sales person never even asked for my name until it came time to put it in the system. Interaction was very short. He pulls a car for me to test drive once I drive off the lot I realize there is zero gas in the car. The car is telling me 2 miles before empty. In fear that I would stall out in the middle of the highway i quickly pull into the gas station just so I can make it back to the dealer.
Once I get back the sales person who goes by Mike is now dealing with another customer. Mike finally comes back over to me and I tell him about how I had to put gas in THEIR car just ro make it back his responce is "oh it read 12 miles till empty I thought that would be enough." OH! I've gone to them for over 6 years. Never ever again. last lease I had, I extended my miles from 30,000 3 years to 45,000 3 year. I got all the extended warranties - wear and tear, brake, tire. what I didn't know and what they didnt tell me was that it was only up to 36,000 miles. wait what?!?! so if I went over those miles, I wouldn't be covered. Now, when im about to return it, I need to get my brakes done and bmw of freehold says im out of luck.
Why would I get 45000 miles and not get warranty to cover that? They dont even have the nerve to offer me anything for this inconvienience. Im not a new customer and ive gone to them for over 6 years and ive actually introduced my family to their dealership. Stay away everyone - STAY AWAY! fyi sales people are nice.finance department has to be the shadiest people ive ever seen.
Why would I get 45000 miles and not get warranty to cover that? They dont even have the nerve to offer me anything for this inconvienience. Im not a new customer and ive gone to them for over 6 years and ive actually introduced my family to their dealership. Stay away everyone - STAY AWAY! fyi sales people are nice.finance department has to be the shadiest people ive ever seen.

I had a great experience with the lease & delivery of my BMW. Nick Giglio worked really hard to make sure my specially ordered BMW from Germany arrived as scheduled and was exactly the car I wanted. Nick kept me in the loop and even provided me with the tracking of the actual boat my car was on so we could see how close to NJ it was at all times. I'm looking forward to continuing to service my car at BMW of Freehold and know I'm in good hands with Nick and his team.

I never say this, but I am amazed at the negative comments. I have been dealing with this dealer for decades. They are first rate from upper management to service. I walk into this dealership and feel like I'm family, everyone smiles, asks how I'm doing, this is the only dealership I would recommend

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST Drove an hour to purchase an X5 for my wife with our 1 1/2 year old baby. Took a test drive on a car which we liked and spoke with Dominique Nemeth (she did not know anything about the car features) for almost 3 hours while we waited for the manager Danny to come and speak with us. It turns out that the car got sold while we were waited for the manager to come and speak with us.
Then they started showing us more expensive car then what we were originally were looking for. We took another test drive on another vehicle and then all of the sudden the first car we liked becomes available. Basically they were playing games where they can make you buy the car quicker at the price they have listed the car for and add in all other expenses which we never agreed too.
We walked out of the dealership and will make sure no one becomes victim of there insane tactics. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! Please do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS

I am now on my 2nd BMW from this place although I've had more than 2. and I love my car. back to financing on this one since my last car here I tried to lease and surely I went over miles. Staff really helped me figure out my best game plan and helped the transition from my lease to current finance to make it less stressful Thank you Danny Claro!
