I wish they had negative stars to rate this place. Most rude "manager" I have ever dealt with. Didn't know he was a manager until i called to ask for manager. I asked questions about two very cheap m, iniscule parts he had such an attitude about it. after one of the employees checked for what i needed, and they didn't have it I went back in to ask about my other vehicle which I need at least $2000 worth of parts for, and I saw they had my vehicle there, and I haven't been able to find it anywhere.
When i went in I overheard him talking **** about me. So i walked out. How could any manager be that incompetent. I've worked in sales and management. One of the main things you should know is no matter what a customer is in for you always treat them with respect because it will lead to future sales. Known fact one bad experience, and a customer will tell way more people than a good experience. I will say the girl that answered phone was extremely nice, and the employee that took apart the parts was as well.
