Very friendly and down to earth people that work there and they all want to help you achieve the best experience while making a huge life decision in financing or leasing a new car. I walked out of there knowing I got the best deal around with a smile on my face. Truly felt like a family member! I can definitely see myself back here in three years when this lease is up! My experience with Freehold Jeep was one of the most seamless and easiest experiences I've ever had in my history of both leasing & buying a vehicle. My wife knew what she wanted and they had the truck ready to be test driven upon our arrival. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with our purchase.

You didn't get the "pushy sales" vibe from him at all. Definitely felt as if he was working with us all the way through. Ed is fantastic just to even sit & talk to let alone fill out paperwork with. We really felt appreciated and that it wasn't just about us making the initial purchase and then to be forgotten about in the future. We had another offer from a different dealership but the team at Freehold Jeep went above & beyond for us so it made for a very easy decision. We now have a house full of Jeeps! The way it should be! I don't usually review anything because most places seem average. I almost am never blown away by customer service but I have to say with the extreme professionalism from Anthony Ballo, Brandon and Anthony Rubio. Most importantly, Listening to my car needs, Understanding compassionately to my affordability, and allowing me to test drive it. Purchasing vehicles is never easy.

I have traded in my cars every 2 years because I've never been happy with it after leaving the lot and discovering inconsistencies but The Staff Mentioned at Freehold was Top Tier Level. Anthony Ballo made me feel like I was shopping with my son who was helping me in a protective way. Sorry I sound passionate about my review but this is the first time in 8 cars and 13 years that I am so happy with my new car. The drive is a little far but worth every mile. I recently purchased a vehicle from the Freehold Jeep dealership. I contacted nearly every dealership in the state to try and get the exact make, model, features, and price I wanted. They were able to accommodate all of my preferences when many other dealerships were unwilling to do so. They were transparent through the transaction and made the whole process a seamless experience.

10 out of 5 stars, the staff was amazing, Kevin my sales representative was very knowledgeable, compassionate, understanding, and just overall pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions, and was able to find the perfect jeep for me. Will and Jose both sales manager made me feel appreciated and very comfortable with the car buying process. I would recommend everyone I know to get their New or pre-owned Jeep from this dealership. Ask for Kevin!

As an unplanned vehicle purchase while I was on a business trip I was able to purchase over the phone with Anthony it went very smoothly. When I returned from my trip 3 weeks later the car was ready to go. Everything was perfect. I did give up a few features I had in my prior Jeep but gained many features I love. One feature I lost was my remote start.

I ordered the factory part from Freehold Jeep and had it installed by Freehold as I did not want to void any part of my warranty. From scheduling to the finished job everything went well, they had a loaner waiting for me. Fabian was wonderful. Recommend Freehold Jeep for all you Jeep needs.
