I have been dealing with these guys for many years and the level of service is second to none. The salespeople are great, but the service consultants are even more amazing. I usually work with Taylor or Michael and they are so reliable and trustworthy that they have become my friends. I thank them very much for everything and I will continue to buy cars from this dealer because of the support.

Please see the initial review below. Follow up review: today received the response. Reached out to Leigh. She is the dealership manager, she asked about all the details and after that apologized to me. She gave me her contact information and asked to reach out to her anytime there may be a problem. Also the dealership, to compensate me for the troubles, offered to cover the price of the tire!
When I came to the dealership the service manager Chris and dealership manager Leigh, both greeted me. I am very pleased with such response and treatment. Initial review: Had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Got a flat tire, called them, they have no tires available till next 3-5 days. Asked if I can get the loaner car, the answer was : "your issue is minor and not expensive, so no". Asked could I get a ride home if left the vehicle at the dealership, answer was : "no, we are very busy today." So I ended up ordering the tire at the local shop. "Amazing" service from one of the best brands in the world! The cars are great, but with that type of service be aware, when needed they will not be available for you.

Service advisor Marian Luke is a pleasant individual while greeted with great hospitality from the exit of the vehicle to the front desk. Ray Catena at Freehold has provided excellent service. Courteous in honoring flat rate cost of service per online location special. Transitioned from Ray Catena at Edison based on years of continuous flaws when the vehicle is returned to owner.
Briefly worth mentioning button paint on the steering wheel chipped, brake problems rotors possibly damaged when foreman vehicle quality control took it for a ride. To my knowledge it's impossible unless they drive the vehicle with the emergency brakes applied at high rate of speed. Opted out of this location for obvious reasons.

We ordered my new 2022 GLS450 in January and I just picked it up. From the ordering process all the way through to delivery the team at Ray Catena of Freehold is outstanding. Our sales representative Dillon Card provided an excellent car buying experience and kept me informed about my build throughout the process. Leigh Farrell( GM) and Steve Chanis (Sales manager) were also amazing! You won't be sorry buying your next Benz here.

What a horrendous experience. Not only were the prices unreasonable. Their customer service was disgusting. A sales representatives grabbed a piece of paper regarding a lease estimate directly out of my hand and would not share "internal information" on their lease calculations. Money factor and residual % is not internal information. I'm appalled and I hope that anyone that sees this review goes elsewhere.

One of the worst Mercedes dealerships out there. I didn't buy Mercedes with them, moved states recently. Booked appointment with them for service for next week. On Friday before the appointment on Monday I get a call from them saying they can't offer me loner Mercedes they had promised me week before and asked me for a rental car instead. For all my service I got Mercedes as loner whichever dealership I have been to. Lady on the phone was willing to loose my business but can't deliver what was promised.

We found ourselves looking for a car in a very buyer unfriendly environment. After several discouraging experiences at other dealerships (including our previous Mercedes dealer) Ray Catena of Freehold was a refreshing experience. When we showed up our salesman John Farrell was ready for us with the vehicle we were interested in. The Manger Leigh stopped by to say hello and I was promptly connected with a representative to take me on a test drive. John was incredibly considerate of our time.
Rather than sitting to wait and keeping us hostage at the dealership, he ran the numbers and called me later. We quickly agreed on a price and 24 hours later he delivered the vehicle to our house. In total I spent no more than 90 minutes driving, negotiating the agreement, and signing paperwork This is the most pleasant and easy experience we had buying a car and we have been working with Mercedes Benz for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend this dealership or John Farrell or Leigh Farrell more highly.
