I have purchased from Buhler and had service done on previous vehicles and my current Jeep that was not purchased there. Unfortunately my Sales rep no longer works there but have dealt with the current staff and have nothing negative to say. The service department is solid but they will push air and cabin filters at astronomical prices. As most of us know those filters are the easiest to replace.

The service department opens early on Saturday which is a huge plus for regular maintenance. The service department helped me out a few years ago when a water pump failed on a leased Durango. My boss just ordered a new Challenger from them, they honored all rebates and Alliance pricing which a lot of dealers are refusing given the current supply chain issues. If you are in the market for a Dodge or Jeep, I would not hesitate to give them an opportunity.

Just had a lousy experience at Buhler. Was looking to trade in a 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T with only 1500 miles and buy a Willy's Jeep. They came back with an insulting price on the Challenger, WAY BELOW Kelly Blue Book and wouldn't come up in value. Additionally, they were going to charge me MSRP on the Jeep. What a LOUSY experience, don't use this dealership!

Hands down the most efficient, pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. Jackie K was knowledgeable, patient, and took her time to answer ALL of my questions regarding the different models. She was super responsive, professional and never pressured. Auto dealers often get bad raps, but I couldn't be more pleased about my experience from shopping to closing the deal. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes driving my new Sahara Unlimited! Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience with this dealership -- usually I do not like to go to a dealership but this was an entirely different experience. Our salesperson, Emil, did everything he could to make the buying experiences easy. He was cordial, not pushy, and honest. They advertised on the Internet and they were so true to their word -- no bait and switch, no added fees. It was a great experience.

Awesome experience much better then dealing with NYC dealers and service. Came in for a check engine light on. The mechanics quickly found the issue and had me out the door in no time.

After Staten Island Jeep was rude and gave me a hard time and refused to activate my trailer hitch harness I called Buhler and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Only took about 45 minutes so I waited and it was done before I got back from a walk to Dunkin' Donuts. I will definitely return if I need work done on my Jeep.

Let's start by saying I hate dealerships and car sales people. I've had some really bad experiences and I don't trust them and I told this dealership exactly that. I sent out a random truecar inquiry and I got a response from Jackie asking if she could be of help. After a couple dozen emails back and forth we settled on a truck and a price and I was going to come in 2 days.

That night I got an email from truecar the exact same truck but with less mileage dropped in price equal to the one I settled on. On her day off Jackie swapped all the paperwork over and got it set up for me to come the next day. I showed up at the dealership, left my trade in in the parking lot and within 2 hours I was out of there in a new truck.

I dealt with Jackie mostly, but also Matt and then Charlie and Jean in finance and all were great. These covid-19 times it's a weird experience buying a new vehicle but they did a great job and I never had that dealership screwed me moment. For once I walked away feeling I got a great deal and felt Jackie truly cared for her customers. I highly recommend this dealer I would go back!

I had an issue with my 2020 Sahara's radio/speakers/amp. These guys, and especially Mike from the service department were patient, determined, and thorough with figuring out what the issue was. They tried a number of things, and then figured it out and fixed it. Better than new. Highly recommend these guys.

BEWARE OF THEIR SERVICE DEPT.! I stopped going to this place to service my Jeep because I don't trust them. First, they gave me an estimate of $300 to replace a panel between my doors that a local mechanic charged $20 to fix. They guy even had the gall to try an explain to me why it would cost that much, when I could clearly see that it was an easy fix.

Each time I took my car there, they would give me some super inflated prices for simple/non existent repairs. The last straw was when they told me I had small leak in my radiator and it would cost $1,100+. Since I was already wary of them, I took it to a local mechanic who said there was no evidence of leak and even if it was as this place described, it would be $450 tops to fix. I've since taken my car to a couple more places for service and neither one found any evidence of a leak.

I have a jeep wrangler which had a broken soft top zipper. I brought the jeep into Buhler Serivce to see if it was covered under repair since the jeep was two years old. Bob from service submitted three pictures of the broken zipper part to Jeep customer care. Four days later, I had to call Bob for an update on the coverage eligibility. Bob said, Oh, Jeep did not cover the broken part, but he could have the part sent out for repair and have it repaired for a few hundred dollars from a local vendor.

I called Jeep Customer care. The representative from jeep care said they would cover the part. I brought the jeep to Freehold Jeep and they worked with Jeep Service corporate and replaced the broken part. no charge and no hassle. Overall, Buhler service did not want to be bothered, could care less about this and was ready to give me a bill for a repair which was covered.

All Bob had to do was call Jeep customer service and advocate on my behalf. Glad I went to the service department at Freehold Jeep and Advocated for myself. I will no longer be going to Buhler service for my Jeep.

I want to thank the "Internet" team, Joan and Emil for a seamless experience, from the moment I contacted them with initial questions they were very helpful, they answered all my questions and never played games. Straightforward and honest in the numbers and the treatment I received. They even went the extra mile in making sure the Wrangler had the equipment I was looking for an got a good deal with fair lease program.

I love my new Jeep! This was a gift for my wife and they took care of me a big way! they delivered the Jeep to my house with a nice Red bow for my wife to see. Nice Job! Thank you Joan and Emil.

Had an incredible experience Today with Joan Gallup & Larry Green. Joan took her time and listened to my family's needs. She amazingly knocked it out the park with the first vehicle she showed me. Her attention to detail was far beyond what I have ever experienced in a car dealership before. The team at this dealership was very laid back and working with Brendan was easy. He checked for all of the incentives available on my car so I left feeling like I got the best deal possible. It's not the closest dealer to my house but I'd come back for the positive experience and no hassle sales. Update: I love my new Jeep but the only issue I have with it is the Uconnect system. It sometimes reverts back to old settings on start. It bothers me enough to be a nuisance but not enough to take it in yet.

So far I've had an above average experience with Buhler Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. In June 2017 I leased a Dodge Durango and my salesperson was Sean. He was very patient and helpful with the entire process. I bring my truck back here for maintenance (oil changes and tire rotations) and haven't had any issues at all. The maintenance is a little more money than the average body shop but I don't mind spending the extra money for great service. Plus every 3 oil changes, you get the 4th free.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Daylin was an absolute pleasure to work with and are very happy with our purchase. No BS, no tricks. Search for the car you want on their site, get the VIN number and do your research. Look at reviews, issues and recalls for the car you are interested in, compare prices on the cargurus website then make a fair offer and you will not be disappointed.

You can look for recalls by entering the VIN number at safercar.gov. Also look at reviews on Consumer Reports, Motortrend, and Car and Driver. If you end up buying a car with poor reviews chances are you will not be happy. I bought a used Motor Trend Car of the Year, at fair market value and like I said, we are very happy with our purchase.

Great car buying experience for the worst vehicle that i have ever purchased. My Jeep Liberty started to have issues at 65,000 miles. When i took it to the dealer i was told "we are sorry, we are only doing oil changes today" A water pump and blown head gasket later the jeep will not even start.

2 years ago I went to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee long story short the sales guy was amazing! The finance manager said there is no way you'll ever be able to afford that truck not happening. The sales man leaned over and said I wouldn't even let me daughter buy from this place lol. The finance manager was such an @ss. The very next day I walked into Seaview jeep in ocean. Within 10-15 minutes I was walking out with my dream car all signed and paid for by myself!

Worst dealership Ever! My biggest mistake was trying to give a friend, Gina, my business. After 13 years of leasing Jeeps I've never had a problem until Buhler! Turning in my old car for a new lease, they uninsured my old car, gave me plates and took my keys yet never turned it into leasing company! THEY STUCK ME WITH TWO LEASES! Thanks to BBB for getting them to help me! People like this give car dealers a bad name! Never go to this dealer! Shrewsbury or Freehold will give you an HONEST DEAL!
