Michael Collela, the salesperson at Shrewsbury VW, provided the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. He was so accommodating and made the process as simple and easy as possible. Once I decided to move forward it was only a matter of a few phones calls & emails. All in the process took about 2-3 hours and I was on my way to pick up my new vehicle.
