This place is friendly, clean, and easy to navigate around! The moment you pull up people help you out right away. people like Mike Sanchez Got me in and out with no problem! Took great care of my car. And the drivers are nice as well, Bill Hobbs took very good care of me and got me home safe and sound! Happy camper over here. Would highly recommend this place to anybody who has a Chevy vehicle.

Hands down, this is the best experience I have ever had in a dealership. Maria Gonzalez was extremely nice and a joy to talk to. The finance manager was very up front with everything. Best part of all, no markup, no hidden fees, just saw a vehicle I liked online, did my research, asked about it, visited the dealer and bought it. I've always been skeptical about dealers and all of the usual tricks, but I'm happy to say that Parkway Chevrolet made it a great experience.

I must admit I was apprehensive about taking my vehicle in for a transmission issue. Dave Ramsey was the service writer who helped me. After speaking to Dave for a few minutes I could tell he was knowledgeable and was genuinely concerned with my issue, This made me feel much more at ease. Dave scheduled my appointment for a time when it was most convenient for me.
When I arrived for service Dave was actually the one who helped me drop off my vehicle and arranged my shuttle home. The transmission tech diagnosed and corrected my issue that day. WHAT? Fixed? Done? In one day? Yes it's true. So far my vehicle is showing no signs of the issue I took it on for. Dave Ramsey and the Parkway service department did a great job on my vehicle and have my respect and gratitude! Great job guys! And thank you!

Mike Sanchez helped me with my alternator that went out years too soon. He was incredibly helpful the entire time and kept me updated on the status constantly. I never had to call in wondering what was going on. I'm very thankful for his help through this repair and while I hope not to have to be back any time soon with a broken down car, I would absolutely go back to Mike and Parkway in the future.
