The westside Kia team is very good. I worked with Rick Hall. He is very patient, customer friendly. He knows everything about Kia cars (all models). He has told me the advantages of one over the other. He researches the market, the demand and knows about the latest auto loan interest that is going on in the industry. I was provided with all the details clearly. Buying car was the most easiest task here and I was able to get it done within 1 hour.
The finance team had all the papers ready and clearly explained me on everything. The salesman that I had Rick he is amazing, he made my very first purchase of my first car wonderful and smooth. The experience was so surreal and he added to that by making sure I know all that's going to happen and what to even expect. The atmosphere there is amazing all the people are nice and helpful too, whatever questions you needed answered they will do that for you.

Victor Torres at Westside Kia is the most amazing car sales professional I have ever had the experience to work with in my life. He not only breaks the mold of the sleazy car sales man stereotype by ensuring complete honesty and transparency during the car buying process but he takes it a step further by his warm, caring and humble personality. He made me feel completely comfortable and at peace during this process which is saying a lot in todays new car market with huge markups and car shortages.
And what a beautiful dealership is Westside Kia where it seems all the staff have taken a page from the same playbook as Victor. I felt welcomed and part of the Westside Kia family. The finance manager, Fernando, was also a gem in a world of coal and made the paperwork and finance process a breeze. He pointed out the most important finance options and was truthful and straightforward during the usually stressful signing of the papers. Kudos to Westside Kia management for building a stellar team of consummate professionals. I love my new white K5 GT and can't wait for the EV6. My next car will definitely be a Kia from Westside Kia.

I had a great experience with Westside Kia! The staff was amazing. It was a fast and easy process. We were looking for a k5 everywhere with no luck, every kia dealership was sold out, and when I thought I had a lead on one I wanted it was already spoken for, I began to lose hope on this specific vehicle until Rick called and said he had one for me! Couldn't be anymore obsessed with my new car!

I called Westside Kia to discuss servicing, the consultant picked up the phone to whom I introduced myself and asked for his name. He initially was reluctant on providing his name. I requested again whom am I speaking to. He than said Ross. I said well from a customer service point of view you should have mentioned your name. He responded aggressively "sometimes".I was shocked with his response. Does he think he is doing me a favour being there or is it we are doing him and the organisation a favour giving them business and keeping him employed.
This type pf behavior should not be tolerated. If he is not coach able or trainable, he should not be in customer service. The business will be hurt with this type of staff. I hope this Ross guy gets some training for the sake of the business. Very LOW attitude. Hope you get some help to grow up.

Everyone at Westside Kia was very informative and professional. Rye Jolla was my salesperson, Willie assisted with the sale. They were not pushy salesman, instead their approach was showing the practicality of my situation. I was thankful I was able to drive off the lot with a new car. Though everyone's circumstances are different, I was happy that Westside Kia was able to accommodate my buying needs. Rye was in constant communication.
