Doug, the "service manager", is by far the most unprofessional person in any sort of "leadership role" I have ever seen. Doesn't know how to resolve issues and gives laughable attempts of intimidation methods while making comments behind your back. My car has been in the body shop for almost a month and I come to look at it. Body shop staff also threatened to fight me. I bet a Ford dealership knows where to put a mustang logo.

PJ was awesome! The service I received was perfect! Not pushy or shady at all. I do wish I could have gotten more for my trade in but, it is what it is! The manager we were working with had a interesting way about the sale. I didn't necessarily like the if you don't take this deal I have plenty of people who want to buy it. So I guess that part of it did seem a little pushy. I get that you need to make sales but I don't think that's the right attitude to make the sales.

Had an issue with my truck where it would lose engine power, power steering and power brakes which left me stranded 3 miles from here, so I took it here for the first time. They were very quick to get it "fixed", about 4 days. Unfortunately I didn't even make it all the way home before it happened again and I was left stranded on Barker Cypress. Got it towed back the next day since there was no one in with the authority to tell me I would be reimbursed though it was about 5pm, and they were able to fix it this time. Apparently the managers leave at 3 which is ridiculous since they're open until 7. Brennan and Jacob were great though. But I'm definitely not coming back.

Unprofessional. The main purpose for me to seek appointment was to fix the recall of battery burn issue of Bolt 2017. Appointment was sought a few days ago and interestingly I requested for rental. It wasn't provided. Hence, I had to opt for drop that too was given after 1 hour. I was about to get down at my residence the driver was informed my car was ready to be picked up. So, driver decided to take me back.
The cat was received and paid for the other work. While departing, I just mentioned to the guy that now it would be okay for me to charge the car 100%. Then he informed me it was not done because the parts of not available. I said you must be kindding me. I asked that the very purpose of the appointment was to get that fix and if parts weren't available, why I was not informed so to save my time. It was such a bad experience from all point of view. Professionally, managerial nothing worked.

I'm not sure they really checked the problem I brought it in for. They did not accurately document the issue I said (timing cover leaking oil). They put down leaking oil under hood. They did not pay attention to what I said because another shop found the issue. I only brought it to Chevrolet because it was warranty work. My car was dropped off the night before.
When I got a call around 5:00 PM I was told they finally were able to get my car on the rack. They found the oil filter was loose and I don't think they looked any further. I explained that the shop that did the oil change found the timing cover leaking oil before doing any work. My comments were ignored and written off as the old filter was probably leaking too. I was not given an answer when I asked if the timing cover was checked. I have quit going to Chevrolet because my descriptions of the issues are always ignored.

Brought my 2020 Silverado in due to having woken up to a completely dead battery for a second time in 5 months of having the truck. The first time I called Westside and they told me to have my truck towed up there rather than offering roadside assistance or another solution. Instead I bought a battery and replaced it. So new battery now, same problem.
This time around I called roadside and got the truck started and took it up to the dealership. Even though I told them I had replaced the battery when I dropped it, it took them 6 hours of doing nothing only to call me back and let me know that since it's aftermarket, they have to charge a diagnostic fee to look at the battery. Even though that wasn't the problem.
So I authorized and then a few hours later they call and I'm told the battery is just fine. Of course, it's brand new. We then discussed having a draw test done, which I'm not even sure was ever done because they weren't able or willing to produce any documentation showing this. They returned the truck with no resolution, diagnosis or solution. Their recommendation was to have it towed next time it did this. EVEN THOUGH. doing a bit of research I found that there were a few different things that could have been causing this and there were several technical service bulletins issued for other customers reporting the same issue on the same model truck.
I even printed them out, brought them up there and they still refused to even look into these being a possible culprit. Willy their service manager is a liar and has terrible customer service skills. I will not be taking my truck back there again regardless of how convenient it is. Terrible terrible service. I would give zero stars if possible.

Everytime I've dealt with the service department, it's been terrible customer service! They make me feel so dumb when I ask them to look into any issues with my car. My FIRST oil change, the service tech didn't cover it back up right and my car was leaking oil! I had no idea until my neighbor noticed! Then west side tried to say we must have done something to it! Umm? Really? (Now we have a terrible oil stain in our driveway too!) they finally admitted it was them in the end!
Just want to say today I went to Mac Haik instead and their customer service was amazing and they were so friendly and called me continuously to let me know how the progress was going and even washed my car! It was all done so quickly! Will never go back to west side again after how great I was taken care of today!

I asked the service attendant for an oil change and about having my after market 22 tires rotated and balanced and was told yes it could be done but I was called a couple of hours later and was told the technician didn't want to touch the tires. Had I know they wouldn't do it I would have went to another shop where I could've had everything done at one place. Never had this issue at any Chevy Dealership that I've taken my Tahoe to in Hawaii or California.

I received a notification that there were issues with the airbag system in my car the second day at the body shop. I After work i dropped in and asked what had happened and showed the email on my cellar phone that I needed to contact the dealership within 24 hours. I was informed that Westside Chevrolet could check this as well. When I picked up the car 15 days later, nothing was done and I had to make an appointment with the maintenance department at Westside Chevrolet and come back to check it loosing another few hours of my time.

Lane was very professional in the service department. He greeted me before I even got out of my truck. While walking around I was greeted by a salesman, Brian Richardson, who knew I had no intentions on buying that day, but might be interested in a few months. He talked with me about my possible new truck. Told me how to look for it in the parking lot (looking for key features to differentiate the trim levels).
When I get ready, I will be back for a Silverado. Hopefully, Brian will be available, he was professional and informative. Even brought over his bosses truck that was the exact color and model I was looking for.

I came to fix a noise coming from under the hood and change. After 2 days, I checked on it, I was told it's ready. I took the trip to pick it up, reviewing the paper work, I discovered that only the oil change is completed. Nobody told me that it needs repairs but the parts are on back order, I discovered that. I refused to pick the vehicle. I gave the keys to the advisor, I asked him to call me when it's ready.
I called back a week later, the advisor didn't return my call, I called again, I was told the parts are still on back order. I need to pick few things from the vehicle, I stopped by the dealership, a 3rd advisor told me that the parts are here, and he is going to get my advisor to call me, of course, no body called me, called and lift a voice, no return call. It's been 10 days. I'm very frustrated right now.

It's a shame that there are only a few good human beings left in the world. Those few beings are NOT at Westside Chevy. I literally paid $800 for my car just to turn around and be back in the repair shop. Because I didn't buy from Westside just warranty maintenance the workers neglected to properly fix my vehicle. Now here I am again without vehicle Even spoke to the service manager and he doesn't care.

I bought a new engine to replace in my 2007 Chevy Tahoe, which cost $11,000 plus another 1,000 in other maintenance, They had to replace the engine TWICE. the second engine replacement was due to the spark plug wire grounding out on the engine. paid for new ones.which makes me think I didn't even need a new engine just spark plug wires so here I am out 13,000 for spark plug wires and misdiagnosis.
They didn't put the engine cover back on, and then tried telling me it would be $60 because they didn't know if it was on there or not when I brought it in. Because they fired the service tech Tom who had been my customer service representative since day one. So that is frustrating when you build a report with someone and then the new guy doesn't know anything -not his fault.
But highly unprofessional. And I explained that my car had gotten a new scratch on the front passenger side, and that I know my car isn't brand new but i do care for it. Then it comes back again with a gash in the front. This was after I mentioned being careful. Reason I took it in again was because the AC wasn't working they told me it would be 260 because the ac blower motor was grounded out, took it to another mechanic and it was the resistor, $40 part.
I am extremely upset and will drive out of my way to see another mechanic who won't nickle and dime you when I do need a new vehicle or I'll buy a Ford because my husband's 05' f150 truck has more mileage and is still going strong. don't waste your time and money here! the service department is nice but get a new mechanic. or a whole new mechanic department. ridiculous.
