I'll be honest I hate the whole car buying experience and was skeptical even up until we signed the dotted line for the drive-out price. We had been searching several dealerships and as everybody knows, if you aren't constantly checking on inventory, the model and trim you want has already been pre-ordered. This process was super easy, it was a simple phone call to get the exact models the dealership would be receiving.
Once we found the trim and color we wanted, I asked for a final drive out invoice. Phillip explained everything and was very transparent no BS or extras like other dealers try to add on last minute. The only negative was having to drive way up to Conroe. But it only took 1.5 hours to close the deal and we were off. What we were quoted is exactly what we paid. Would highly recommend Gullo for your next Mazda! Phillip was very personable and professional.

Purchased my 2022 Mazda CX-9 here in April and had a great experience. Phillip (Sales) was a pleasure to work with from the beginning to the end, ensuring a smooth experience. I didn't have any surprises. It was also a pleasure working with Sergio (Finance). All the numbers that was originally provided to me by Phillip matched up and no surprises here as well. Sergio was transparent and knowledgeable to help me with my purchase. When its time for my next upgrade in 2-3 years, will definitely include Gullo of Mazda to my list.

Brought my car in for 2 reasons, 1, the ac intermittently working and was knocking when it was working and 2 my car shook when i braked. I am someone who before i bring it to a mechanic i research, i ask people questions, that way i dont get scammed. Fast forward to when i get to Gullo, i had an appointment and still waitef for an hour while the front desk lady in the service department chatted with her friend and their dog.
I tell the technician EXACTLY what is happening, down to specific speeds, location of knocking, what i think it might be. i get a call about 3 hours later saying its 1700$ worth of repairs. and the ac just needed a relay (made no sense to me but they are the "experts") said i needed new brakes on the front and rotors on front and back and a valve cover gasket, which i had JUST replaced within the last 4 months. i tell them to go ahead with the repairs and when i get in my car ITS STILL DOING EVERYTHING I TOLD THEM WAS WRONG. i had to call and speak to Warren (the service manager with a "i dont give a f*ck" attitude) and he told me, and i sh*t you not. that the work was done, so i told him no thats not the case and that they obviously didnt drive my car.
I also requested to look at the cameras to verify his story. he told me that wouldnt be possible because they use a 3rd party security company(the company works for Gullo so they 100% can access cameras) so i tell him ill be up there in the morning When i got there at our scheduled time, he wasnt even there. and when i finally saw him i asked to speak with the technician who discretely told me that Warren, again who is the manager at the service department, didnt want to do the work that the technician recommended for whatever reason.
And that the rear rotors were never changed, ill admit it was nice for the to waive the labor for that, but thats not even the best part So here i am, 2,000$ and 3 months later. and my car is doing the exact same thing, AC intermittently working, car shaking at higher speeds while braking. And when i called Gullo they didnt answer so i left a message. its been a week and still no return call. Oh and calling Gullo after 2 pm? Forget about it, they wont even bother to answer.

The worst car buying experience i have had in the past 40 years. My daughter and i had spent weeks trying to find a car for her. We located this one and called the dealer. They said other than some minor damage to the left front bumper, which had ben repaired, it was in perfect condition. We drove all the way from Austin to pick up the car. when we got there i found that the left rear seat had hardened due to someone spilling something on the leather.
The sales manager barely said a word and the sales person kept playing the going back and forth game. three hours later we finally settled on a price which wasn't great. My daughter barely made it back in time for work that night in Austin. My advice, is to skip this place until they feel the need to compete and remeber what customer service was like.

Very speedy and kind service! I was about to buy a used Mazda from another dealer and wanted to have it inspected by a third party, so I brought it to Gullo Mazda. Gullo Mazda walked me through a detailed assessment which gave me complete confidence in buying the car, and it took less than an hour of my time. I would have been happy to pay for this service, but they insisted on not charging me. Very happy! I will bring my Mazda back if it ever needs service.

From making an appt with Logan, to chatting with Sophia (I think that was her name) while getting coffee, to Andrew the finance guy. Thank you all for making this purchase effortless. I own a 2010 Mazda CX-7 purchased in OKC, but moved back to Montgomery a few months later. I have been using Gullo Mazda since 2011 and Dan has been my Service Manager a few years after that. My CX 7 has 120,000 miles and has been an awesome SUV. Dan has always been professional and thorough with all the service appts. The latest service, two weeks ago was for thorough check for an 1000 mile upcoming trip. Warren, in service even made a video of all the areas/parts to check out for potential issues. Dan is the main reason I continue to use Gullo Mazda for service and when I purchase another Mazda, he will be one of the main reasons I would purchase a new one from Gullo. Nikki

Very dealership/sleazy esque. I drove in from out of town based on information the sales director gave us - claiming the car was certified pre-owned and came with warranty. We drove almost four hours in and stayed at Gullo Mazda for five hours then drove four hours back home. After starting the paper work, turns out the car was NOT certified preowned and did not come with warranty.
Then the sales director said in a puff "if you wanted certified preowned, this is not the car for you." Which was really upsetting because she had explicitly said in an email that it was and now kept gaslighting me. I mean, why waste my time and lie about the specs of the car? We literally woke up at the crack of dawn and drove four hours to Houston.
All I have to say is keep at eye out for this place. They are shady. At one point, the sales lady said some lie about the price being firm - and then, I kid you not - a minute later - I get an email from another gullo mazda sales person saying they lowered the price on the model I was looking at. *rolls eyes* After spending five hours there - here are some of their tactics. 1) they don't give you the correct specs about a car - therefore, the value isn't as great as what it seems. 2) they may offer to lower the price and give better warranty.
But when you're doing the final signing - they won't actually give you what they offered - and will change the warranty. It was my third dealership visit in the week and I was fairly burnt out from this car buying process but I will say Gullo Mazda was the sleaziest of them all.

I stopped by on a whim just to see what Gullo had used CX9's. Debbie promptly assisted me in finding their collection of available vehicles and explained each one on the lot. Eventually, I returned and purchased the next member of our family, this beautiful blue CX-9! The whole process was relaxed and easy. There was a minor issue with the vehicle and it was taken care of promptly without question. We can't wait for our next road trip! Thank you Debbie and the whole Gullo Mazda team.

I will NEVER BUY FROM GULLO AGAIN! Took my daughter's 2018 CX3 in because her AC stopped blowing cold air. She had a small fender bender that resulted in a minor crack in her front grill 6 months prior to AC stopped working. They called me at the end of the day telling me I need to pay for her body damage $4000 (for a grill) and that the fender bender had caused the leak in front so to repair AC would be an addition $700+ that was not under warranty since accident caused the leak.
The air worked fine for 6 months after the very minor accident. Sooooo.roughly $5000 repair and NOTHING was given to me in writing. I had to ask to take a picture of the handwritten quote for the AC because nothing was provided to me. Reluctantly the woman in service agreed and that's when I snapped the picture that I attached. I declined to repair the car at that time and found a reputable mechanic to see what was actually going on.
Sure enough the AC had a leak inside dash. Mechanic at that time told me that it was most definitely warranty work and to go to another Mazda dealer for repair. Thank goodness for Gilman Mazda and Charles at their service department. They also found the leak inside behind dash. They repaired the car in no time and offered to send an Uber to pick me up when car was ready! Gilman Mazda gets five stars from me. I will never buy another car from any Gullo dealership.

Ask for Christopher Delk. Chris was honest, knowledgeable, and didn't attempt to coerce or use high pressure sales tactics. Perhaps because he's a former police officer, he didn't exude the typical salesman vibe. Nothing he said varied from our research (that's a car-buying first). Chris was even honest when it didn't endorse his own interest, which was refreshing. If more salesman exhibited such integrity, buyers may actually enjoy the car buying experience.

Never anything but a great experience! I've been using this establishment for 10 years now. Dan has been my number one go to guy. Great customer service! My car buying experience was great as well. I also realize when I go into the service department I am not the only customer and cars were there before mine. I have never had anything taken from my car.

I got my first Mazda 6 yesterday and I am IN LOVE! Micheal Burk at Gullo Mazda in Conroe was amazing, he explained everything about the car incredibly well and was very fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend this dealership and sales representative to anyone looking to buy a new Mazda. They made the process very fun and exciting! Love love love my new car! Not only did $10.00 worth of quarters get stolen last year from here out of my car, but this time they didnt tighten the lug nuts and I drove it over a week and my tire almost fell off. Mazda says they will give me a free measly service and Tire Rotation smh.no thank you. I want to live.and WHERE IS THE EYE ROLL EMOJI? IM GONNA GIVE THEM SOMETHING TOO! ON ONLINE bad REVIEW!.and.my back up alert has not worked since I took it in last time, they tried telling me I dont have it on my car so I had to pull out all the standard bells and whistles to prove I do!
And they say it's a coinsidence that it stopped working when I was there last time. Then he says they dont even know how to work on that. Eye roll again, .its supposed to be a mazda tech working on it and they should know that stuff. So much incompetence. I have a 2016 mazda 3 grand touring.

What a great car buying experience. Stopped by just to take a look at a Mazda 3 and maybe drive one. From the time we walked on the lot Tuesday, to thinking it over for a few days, then driving off with a new car on Friday, Rick Tygret took care of us like family. Rick is a straight shooter that gave us honest no bull answers. The financing process was a breeze and we are loving the car more everyday. We have purchased a Ford from Gullo in the past and now our Mazda. I recommend them 100%. If you are on the Mazda lot, ask for Rick and tell him Mike sent you!

If you are buying or leasing from Gullo Mazda, you need to work with Logan Johnson. She is fantastic. Helpful and efficient, she gave me many options, gave her opinion and let me choose. She won't hard sell you, but she is very, very good. I got a Mazda CX-5. What a fun vehicle! Great experience! Thank you, Logan!

Very unimpressed with the sales aspect as a whole, gave a monthly payment quote on a loaded model and then when I get there the quote was on a base model. The sales manager kept trying to convince me they were loosing money to sell the car which is a crock of crap, otherwise how could they stay in business. No one there from sales person to sales manager to finance person seemed to communicate with each other.
I certainly hope their service department is better, but I am not holding my breath. This is my first and possibly last Mazda. As the saying goes, buyer BEWARE, also constantly getting very deceptive emails for rebates that don't exist. UPDATE : I have corresponded with the customer relations representative at Gullo. Still no favorable response at this time. I highly discourage ANYONE from purchasing from this dealership until I see that they value their customers. If any new responses are received from Gullo I will update ASAP.

I didn't come here looking for a Mazda, and in the end, I didn't buy a Mazda, but they still earned my business. Spencer was very helpful through the buying process, and let me test drive pretty much anything I wanted on the lot to help me make my decision. There wasn't the kind of pressure that I was getting from other dealerships in my car search, and that was a MAJOR plus.
None of that "what can I do to get you to buy a car TODAY" crap. Ugh. Dealers pls. Spencer knew that I knew what I wanted, and unlike the others, he respected it and Gullo EARNED my business. That said, I want to take a star away because they didn't have their paperwork straight in terms of the registration and inspection, and wanted me to drive all the way back to Conroe to do an inspection that I had confirmed was already done.
I didn't take it away, however, because the service people were very respectful even if I was kind of dragging them over the coals for not being on top of their business. Well done, and please let me know when the new Mazdaspeed 3 comes out, especially if it has AWD ok guys thanks I don't want to have to buy a Focus RS.

I have always been pleased with the service at this dealership. My last visit was yesterday for what I thought would be a costly visit but ended up needing a simple o2-sensor replacement (Justin Smithey was the gentleman that helped me - he was very kind and explained everything that was going on). I noticed last night when I returned home my antenna on the top of the car had been broken possibly from the complimentary car wash, I called and spoke to Dan this morning and they replaced it in less than 5 minutes at no charge. Overall, great customer service, they've always had a loaner when I've needed it and the environment is clean and friendly as well.
