These fool wrecked my Sonata June 25th when I brought it in for an oil change. The GM Karl Krell didn't even have the decency to come tell me. Had to hunt him down- and was treated like dirt. Driver was "not paying attention and was on his cell phone." Two weeks later and my supposed low collision repair is still not right. Worst service ever and I will never return or buy another vehicle. Poorest customer service ever.

I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palasade and Mike was my salesman. I cannot thank him enough for all that he did to make my purchase so smooth. I came to this dealership from another one in Conroe and the service shown to me at Humble Hyundai was wonderful. There was no pressure, or back and forth games on the price. It was such a wonderful experience for our daughter who was buying her first car, a Kona. Mr. Robert Crusoe, her salesman went above and beyond to make her first experience of buying a car a pleasant one. Everything went smooth from the test drives to finishing up with Eric in the finance department. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to buy a new car to go to Humble Hyundai where they treat their customers like family. Thank you! We will be back in the near future!

Their service dept. has the worst customer service. Richard and Meya are the worst I have ever dealt with in regards to customer service. Don't waste your time there. They have to regards to the well being of their customers. If you have an underline health issue be careful. They have no respect for their customers. Giving them a 1 is being generous.
