Don't Do It! Financing is the worst. They are liars! Rolando assisted me and was very rude and nasty. Told me he was not going to help me moving forward. I said good because I wanted Hung to help me. They wanted to give him commission off me after I requested For him not to receive it and after he was rude. We went through a lot with this dealership.

They wanted us to get EVERY insurance they offer. We refused and was told that they could not sell us the car. We stood firm and we did get the car but it was not worth the trouble. Hung was the easiest to deal with but he l began to tell lies and be deceitful! Good luck. Read the reviews before you proceed. Do it with caution.

We hand a great experience after having a negative one at a different dealer right up the road. The staff at Joe Meyers made us feel wanted and engaged with our family. The process was smooth and easy! Definitely will recommend them and be back in the future!

Why is it so hard to get a hold of the service team? I made an online appointment, no problem. took my car to get an electrical issue fixed. they had my car for almost a week. I understand that they're busy, no problem. picked up my car, the issue was fixed but for just a few hours. tried calling the next day to see what I can do because its something that's important so I can pass my inspection. Anyways its been weeks of me calling. Calling the number on the website and choosing all options just to talk to anyone, calling the number that the guy helping me called me from for updates on my car when they had it, and nothing! I'm really disappointed. I took my car somewhere else and they fixed the issue within the day and its been working fine.

I had a good experience buying my car here. Hung was very patient and helpful. Before going there, I called to ask for information and he texted me with everything I needed and he even clarified some of the things I wasn't sure about it. He definitely made the whole process very smooth and it was fast too. After everything was done, he went outside and explained me everything I should know about the car. Thank you so much, Hung! You do deserve all the beautiful trophies you have!

If 0 was an option they would definitely get that! This place is horrible. Bad customer service! They give you papers on what to write for review for them that's how bad it's going on month 2 of trying to schedule an oil change with them that I pay monthly for and can only get it done at their location which is 50 minutes away from me. Road side assistance that they added to my bill never available and neither are they phones just ring. This place is just a no!

When I think of shopping for a car I think of stress. The car market has changed drastically since the last time I made a car purchase; I wish I could say that this dealership made it easier. I've done my homework, researched what I want even made an appointment. I arrive to the location before the appointed time, to look over some cars as well as check out the "AMAZING YELP REVIEWS" this location has.

The person who scheduled that appointment with me was actually off, the first red flag. So I worked with a substitute and to make a long story short this guy did not care about what I wanted, he was on a mission to sell me what he wanted me to have. I have been in sales for a few years and one key thing you have to do is EARN the customer's trust and LISTEN to what the customer is interested in. had prior engagements that had to be delayed, I wouldn't say this was a waste of time will say that this definitely was a learning experience.

I bought a K5 here back in June of 2021. Since then there has been problem after problem with this car. The TCM connector went out after 6 months. Dealing with the service department is not great at all. You literally can't reach anyone unless you contact your salesman or email the service advisor directly. I've had to go up the to dealership to set an appointment before.

My latest grievance is getting an oil change on Tuesday, April 26th (waited 2 hours with a scheduled appt), and the oil completely drained out of my car by Sunday, May 1st because the drain plug was loose. There was no warnings or indicators, except the oil on the ground. Just completely unacceptable and I am so dissatisfied with this dealership.

Had great experience at Joe Myers Kia/Mazda. Both Ramon in sales and Kamil in finance did an amazing job in helping me secure the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely recommend both of them and Joe Myers, they care about their customers.

PLEASE GET YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE! If I could give negative stars I would! I have a 2021 K5 and there's no reason why I should be having to get it towed to the dealership for a technicians mistake! My car was serviced on 4/26, here it is 5/03 and my car has no oil! The kind of mistake that almost cost me my life because my car would not pick up speed on the freeway, forcing me to slug my way across the freeway just to exit.

The SCARIEST moment of my life because of their mistake! Knowing them they'll just try to cover it up, but somebody is going fix this because who knows what is going on with my engine the way it is knocking. 60-180 minute wait for Kia's roadside assistance to drop my car at the dealership and $180 to be dropped off at home and they'll think just putting oil in the car will solve this, THINK AGAIN!

All I'm going to say is when I was asked to complete the review on the customer service I had while I was there, I was given a cheat sheet. Why on earth would you tell someone what they need to give you as a rating?

Very grateful for Clifton and the services being provided here! I purchased a car from another dealership in January and I have not been able to drive it for over two months. Cliff has taken it upon himself to communicate with all of the necessary parties so my vehicle can be repaired professionally. The honesty regarding my situation has been greatly appreciated despite the time.

I went to Joe Meyers and bought a car for my daughter and went back a week later to buy another car for my older daughter. We filled out all the paperwork and had everything ready to go and they sold the car to someone else without telling us as we waited to sign the papers for the car. We were already approved but apparently you can offer more for a car than selling price and buy out another customer who is about to sign the paperwork!

When asked to speak with the manager after we left he hung up on me! We were repeat customers within a week and what they did was shady and so unprofessional! So if you think you are getting a car and someone else is looking at it they can offer more for the car and buy it out from underneath you! Absolutely ridiculous! I give them zero reviews!

I am very ANGRY with Joe Myers Kia! What a disservice they provide for their customers! I need to get my Kia looked at for a check engine light and an airbag light and they set my appt for this morning at 9a. NEVER did they say that I would not get my vehicle looked at till 4p later today and that I would need to leave and wait on my car all day. And this is after them knowing I have a baby and they decided not to tell me that part.

I am a single mother with a 1 yr old baby and they expected me to think that a 9a appt didn't actually mean a 9a appt, it actually meant for them to just let my car sit while they do nothing all day. Their solution you ask? Let's schedule for another day for the same process! Drop off at 9 and not get looked at till 4p? Why wouldn't you just tell me to come back at 4p to get my vehicle looked at! Doesn't make sense or show good customer service and convenience for your customer. NEEDLESS TO SAY, YOU LOST ALL FUTURE BUSINESS FROM ME!

Got my car 2 1/2 years ago from here and I've been back over 3 times getting things fixed on my car. Definitely oversold me on my car but that's another story. Terrible customer service. Earlier this year I paid to get something fixed on my car a month later I was back because the same problem wasn't fixed that I had already paid for.

So I went back & they kept my car for 3 months. Rarely updated me & I every time I tried to call or get in contact with anyone it was nearly impossible. Even left messages for the manager never got called back. Jessica is the managers name. Terrible managing going on here, no organization, just horrible. The amount they charge to get anything fixed & being a dealership you'd think they'd be more professional. Honestly took me being 100% fed up to come write this review but it's 100% true.

I have no idea how their service department is because it is impossible to speak to anyone. I scheduled a service but someone was supposed to call me back. I received recalls and was told by their scheduling "chat" that someone would call to see if they had parts. No one called. I just tried to call again and you can NOT get a live person to talk to.

Forget it! I called another dealer and made an easy appointment after talking to a service advisor. The state of a service department is s good sign as to if you want to buy there. Each interaction with a customer, no matter how small, is a chance to build a customer relationship. Joe Myers! Forget it. I'm not buyin'

I cannot begin to tell you how regretful I am for purchasing my Telluride from Joe Myers. From the moment I bought it, the service department was a nightmare. Now, good luck finding anyone to speak to or return phone calls and emails in the finance department when you need them. You can make your facility all nice and new but it doesn't change the fact that the people that work here don't care about you and ghost you after you purchase a vehicle from them. I will never purchase from them or recommend them to anyone at all.

This is just a joke now. I've emailed Sean Samuel twice now respectfully asking for the calls to stop. Surprise! No response. Finally got Eric on the phone who said they print out their call lists so even if you get scratched of one person's list, you're still on "thousands" of other lists. Shout out to Eric - he was at least nice about it.

Dropped my car off with them because of some weird noises. They took a whole 2 months to allegedly fix the transmission and asked for two extra weeks to fix my bumper. The car is under warranty and all. Communication with the service representative (Mike) was impossible and when he would answer my calls or come out and meet me in person he never gave me specifics about the progress of my repairs.

I was completely uninformed for over two months. When I finally got my car Mike was nowhere to be seen and they had put 300 extra miles on my car. The car was filthy and the carpet and upholstery were stained with oil. Awful place, avoid coming here if you can.

I purchased a 2018 Kia Stinger GT from Auto Nation because the price was right. I realize now, after a year of owning this car, customer service quality is more important than saving a couple thousand dollars. I know this sounds ridiculous and some what privileged, but trust me when I say it's critical to have people who truly care about their product and customers.

In fact I was so impressed with my interaction with Joe Myers Kia, I actually asked if I could leave a review. Which I literally never do, because I'm lazy AF with a side of selfish. But not this day. Kenny "the man" Pham, in the parts department, answered more questions in a 15 minute conversation than my entire experience with Auto Nation. Instead of bouncing me around to all the departments because it's "not his job", he single handedly answered my questions with respect and grace.

He quiet literally went out of his way. (This was all when the company system was down) A+++ rating for Kenny Pham. He needs a raise or a promotion in my opinion. If not, I might reach out and try to hire him for oil and gas sales. **exaggerating a bit** but that's how well he treated me.

Hung Pham at Joe Meyers KIA. Remember his name. In my 36 years of purchasing cars, this was the first time that I have been impressed with a car salesperson like I was with him. Honest (!) and very knowledgeable about the KIA models, he made my KIA Seltos EX purchase a very positive experience yesterday. He listened, actually listened, to me and answered any questions that I had, giving sound advice as well.

Over the last several weeks I had visited other dealerships prior, as well as interacted with a few via texts and emails but he easily stood out, with integrity to boot. I highly recommend visiting with him if considering a KIA!

Took my 2013 Kia Soul in for a re call item, I had them check a couple more items. Not only did they take care of the re call in a timely manner, 3 hrs, but my other concerns were not an issue. They could have easily tried to up sell me but didn't Refreshing

Customer service is lacking at this location. Spent about $1,000 and didn't come back washed, vacuumed, or sanitized like most other dealerships do every time. Took my mazda in for a repair, was promised a loaner vehicle and the sales representative told me to ask for him by name if there was any issue. Sure enough no loaner vehicles available and the sales rep, Chris, who I spoke to was of no help stating he couldn't do anything about it.

A manager over heard how upset I was and offered me an uber. Still had to pay for two uber trips after that to get to work and back to the dealership with no reimbursement. Originally they wanted to charge $1,200 for a repair but quickly dropped it to $850 when I told them I had received a different quote elsewhere. They were totally ready to take advantage of me.

Not that this has anything to do with the service, but I am a firefighter/paramedic in the area, wearing my uniform as I dropped the car off on my way to work and they could care less about helping me with a loaner vehicle or uber to get to the fire station and we're so willing to take advantage of a first responder charging way over what they needed to on a repair. Beware of this dealership and their customer service.

Typical car dealer non-sense. They told me car was in perfect condition. got there and window was cracked. They promised me they would send someone out to fix it. They did after being reminded twice. Read their final contract before signing it. It says all promises made by dealership do not have to be kept. I was paying cash but they insisted I go by the finance manager, whose job is to extract more money out of you.

The guy would not quit trying to sell me. I finally got up and walked out. The main manager followed me and promised me to remove certain parts of the contract that the finance manager said could not be done. In my opinion the place is still cheesy.

Mike is the person who gave such horrible service with a Nonchalant attitude and non caring non concerned. Why would i contact him to discuss anything. He's horrible (customer service). I may be inclined to talk to his manager though

Ok, so I tried out the service department today. If you read my other review you know the sales guy I worked with took good care of me. I can start out by saying the service guy did the same thing. Robb was very nice. He's a super friendly guy that processed my vehicle into the service area and took care of my paperwork. Since it was my first time in, and since I bought the vehicle from Joe Meyers this oil change and a recall servicing were complimentary.

They had me in and out of the facility in just under two hours. This part is fine. The building though, as I also mentioned in my first review, is in need of some updating. The waiting area is dingy. The furniture is functional but pretty worn. There is complimentary water, coffee, wifi, and popcorn but the general overall fit and cleanliness level of the area needs improvement.

My son and i stopped by this location on Friday. My son is active duty military and wanted to buy a car. I recommended Kia, Hyundai, and Toyota. When we stopped by this dealer the salesman barely acknowledged my son and when i told him he was the customer he simply walked off. Surprised we decided to go into the showroom. Wait they don't believe people who have had background check, and are law abiding should be their customers. they prohibit any licensed carry.

Oh i guess they prefer law breakers and those that ignore the law. We left and found an incredible deal at Fred Haas Toyota in spring. I'll write a separate reviews on them.

Quite possibly the most corrupt and dishonest car dealership in the country. They use deceptive practices to sell vehicles. They DO NOT inspect used vehicles before selling them or if they do they dont fix issues. They could have cost my whole family to lose their lives by selling us a truck that was unsafe. Their own employees said the vehicle was unsafe after the issue caused us to wreck of course.

They refused to own up to their mistakes. They will not return phone calls. They give you the run around sending you to speak to people who work in "other locations". Avoid this company at all costs. Do not trust them to sell you a safe and reliable vehicle. They will just tell you it was a used vehicle and you should expect issues to come up. I expected to have to buy new windshield wipers. I didnt expect to purchase a death trap. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Purchased 2017 Kia Sorento sxl in November 2016. First thing wrong was the finance guy had wrong Vin number on paper work. Then we found fuel filler door was not functioning properly. Service guy promised us a quick fix. It only took 6 months and four trips to get it fixed. The service manager never returned any of my calls and with one exception, they were never proactive enough to initiate a call to me with an update. We got a good price from Joe Myers, but every other aspect of my dealings with them has been beyond awful. They represent everything wrong with car dealers.
