If I could give them 0 stars with the current people they have in there I would. I have over the course of the last two weeks called this company to make a payment arrangement due to me being hospitalized and off and loosing major income. Not once until today that is, had they had reached out in reply. See yesterday they turned my car off and since I always track what I do on my end I made sure to have my proof of me calling to reach out.it took me making bbb complaints and 10 emails later one to the sales rep I worked with to purchase what is my third car from them the previous cars never missed a payment to even get a reply finally.
It wasn't until my third email back that someone called to just tell.e my plates were in and I could come get them. Plates of which I actually had to call and ask if they were in. They had never called to let.e know even though they were there since 4/4. Let's nit. Ention they ne er answer the phone so customer has to leave messages of which are neverreturned.i have been trying to change my contact info with them for 2 to 3 weeks and they want to put this on me.
Then the customer service is totally implorable to say the least and when corrected on the disrespect or given the same disrespectful attitude then they act another type of way. No accountability. I would never recommend after this third time with them. NEVER.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I contacted Mi Tierra by via phone and was told by there employees that they accept ssi and ssdi as income. However, when I got there the salesman was taken by surprise because I guess they never saw a black person come to them. I was told the complete opposite, they told me they could not use my ssi and ssdi benefits to use as income to get a car.
So I left, as a result I called back again as I had to walk to the nearest service station with my mother. I asked for a second time I asked could I use my ssi and ssdi benefits for proof of income I was told yes. However, I told him well your employee said I couldn't and wouldn't even take out the time to verify if that was true. The employee on the phone who I called prior to coming to Mi Tierra, said he was not quite sure while I was told this because that is not true.
I said because my face is black that's why. The employee on the phone said you felt like you were discriminated against I said yes. The guy told me he would call the manager over there then he would call me back but he never did. Beware if your face is black you will not be helped out AT ALL! It's sad because me and the guy I spoke with over the phone had a great customer relationship but I was lied too and not helped.
If you are a black person please beware of this place. Remember I called this place multiple times before going up there to be discriminated against because I was not Hispanic sad sad sad

Im irritated, like why?!? Always shutting my car off, it's like now they doin it to be funny, I've been paying for 2 years, got 1 year left.but my car get shut down or whatever and I don't even know. Made payment, and I'm stuck in my driveway and my bday at 12 am, tomorrow actually, but start celebrating tonight and I can't start my car! This is ridiculous I'm pist.

I purchased my 2016 Altima in Aug 2020. I have made my payments on time til these couple of weeks. Yeah, late but paid. You know people go threw things. I got covid right now. The lady called me about my payment yesterday and I told her I haven't been to work due to me having covid. Her reply was Ill put you down youll be in tomorrow. They cut the switch off and the day aint even over with.
They are still open til 8pm. Thats not wht I told her. I said give me a couple of days. Im not going to say dont get a car from here because thts not my place to do tht. All Im saying is my experience is badly with them. You would think they would be consider of mothers because things happen in life. Im living and Im learning. Life lessons. You supposed to look out for loyal customers. If I can tur bck the hands of time, I would've done different.

One Mi Tierra Auto Sales receptionist by the name of JESSICA is very professional, polite, knowledgeable and very patient. And I'm sure she's this way with all her customers because she has been very GREAT and SWEET to me. I would also like to mention how Mi Tierra have very dependable vehicles and they make sure you're very taken care of whenever you call or visit the GULF FREEWAY location.

I had a bad experience with MI Tierra. I had purchased a 2013 Nissan Sentra SL back in June of 2020. All was fine until the transmission went out in December and then I had gotten the repairs done which costed me almost 300 dollars. Then my transmission went out again last month and they failed to tell me that my warranty had expired and I had to come out of pocket to fix my car which would've costed me almost 3,000 dollars. All they want is money.

I have had my car (2016 Ford Focus) for over a year now and when I got it, my credit was horrible. It's my first car, too. Luckily they were able to get me approved and in the car (that I wanted and picked out) the same day. This car has been amazing. Mi Tierra has been great to me, and they've been really nice so far. I've yet to have any problems with them or my car and I'm overall really happy.
I usually don't leave reviews but I'm pleasantly surprised with how it's been buying a car through them. I was originally a little put off because of the previous reviews but I haven't had any issues. They've actually been a huge blessing. Thank you Mi Tierra

Honestly if you want a good priced car come here but if you want a good functioning car with a nice service behind it I'll recommend you go somewhere else. They don't answer the phone. When you first get the car the warranty isn't insurance but they'll tell you it is. And if you go inside to them you'll see that not all but a few of them are very rude. And the manager's never there.

Terrible. My car has been in the shop (their shop) for a week now. I have been holding off on writing a rating because I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves with this trip to the shop to get repairs done that weren't done during the previous visit. I will hold off on laying out the whole story until I get my vehicle back. Then I can conclude a proper direction to take.
All I know is that it's not worth it buying from them. Really it's not at all. It was my choice, I understand that, but I'm trying to share with you all. don't make a bad choice like I did.
