The best car place I've ever been to nokap! Always with the best service and very helpful and has the BEST cars! Never had no problem with them! Get hip!

Poor service I give them 40 dollars and tried call back the next day to pay the 100 now they not open Saturday or sundays it say I gotta pay 164 when it should only be 122

WORST Place ever to get a car from. Express auto where they sell trick vehicles that only work At time of financing they don't service their vehicles & just have them on lot to fiance like they ready to go. Selling vehicles with the "Frame Broken".temperature lights popping up running hot, control arm & suspension broken. Can't believe I just got a vehicle from them Feb 26, 2022 & don't got no vehicle as of May 9,2022 the biggest rip off in the city Express auto!

I had an amazing encounter with their new sales rep, Bri! She called me and told me I was able to get a vehicle, I needed bigger for sure, so I was so extremely excited! I mentioned to her that I was unable to come in due work conflict and she told me no problem and sent me photos of some vehicles I had in mind. Overall super duper happy with her kindness and compassion to be able to get me in a newer bigger vehicle. Thank you Bri, and of course Greg! Super star boss man.

The manager Greg and the team at express auto goes above and beyond to do what they can to fit your needs and get you into the car you want and need! I've been with them for a few years now. They really work with you and do anything their able to! Greg is a really down to earth manager, you can trust when getting your next car! You won't be disappointed as they always do what they can to help along the way service car needs and so on. I love my car and glad I chose express auto!

I am a mom of 3 and work 2 jobs, double shifts. I have a lease through express and they r refusing 2 fix my vehicle even though I'm in a signed contract. They wont even call me back or answer my phone calls. Express is trying to put me in a new vehicle and start my lease all over. Anything 2 benefit them. My lease would be done in sept and I was planning on purchasing it.

I need my vehicle fixed, they said they fixed it a few months ago but all they did was put a new timing chain in it. I need a engine. Engine work is suppost to be fixed under my warranty. Please have corporate call me. This isn't fair 2 me.

Express Auto what is there to say. The owner is always out the Country he never call anyone back. There services are bad they seem like it's always about money too them. I will never go back to them again I hope they go out of business

I have been leasing a car from Express Auto for almost 2 years. And I have to say Gregory Givan is so professional and very helpful. Any issue I have had has been handled with respect and professionalism.

Express Auto is s great place if you are a first time buyer or bought cars in the past to help you improve your credit. Greg and his team really work hard and provide great service from sale to mechanics I recommend Express Auto to all my family and friends, they are the best.

I have a 2011 chevy Malibu from express auto I just got a couple months back. I had some issues with my son Being in and out of the hospital and my hr department holding my check I called them and asked if they could help me out they told me no. So I called my hr and they said they could have it put into my account by midnight that night and my landlord said I could be late on rent due to the issues I was having.

I called back and asked them if i paid it 3 hours late if they could help me out and the guy i talked to a guy and told him my hr was releasing my check and I would be able to pay it but it would be late so because I didnt bring up the fact my kid was in the hospital he called me a liar and that he doesnt like talking or helping anyone that's a liar I was like woah were is this all coming from he said you told the girl you talked to earlier your kid was in the hospital and your check wasnt going to be enough.

I said yes that is true but I also said my hr was holding my check he kept interrupting me so i could get out that my landlord said it was okay if i paid him monday when i get paid none of that he wouldnt let me even try to explain myself. Told me that all that was coming out of my mouth and right before I asked him to transfer me to someone that wasnt going to interrupt me and let me actually talk to them like an adult he hung up on me.

No I'm sorry I cant assist you have a good day nothing just straight hung up on me. And this is not the first time I've been talked to like a child. If I could give them a negative star I would. I do not recommend this place the cars are over priced and they domt do checks on them like they are supposed to. I was told that my transmission was slipping in my contract it says if the transmission needs to be replaced it's free well I go to get it replaced and they want me to pay a 100 deductible for something they said would be replaced for free. This place is all in all a big thumbs down

Horrible place, seriously! My reasons? 1) They promised a reliable vehicle. REALITY: The car needed new brakes before I got it home. 2) They promised to pay for the pre-existing mechanical issues. REALITY: They constantly avoided phone calls from me to schedule my brakes getting fixed, and I eventually just fixed them myself. 3) They promised an affordable payment and said they work with people. REALITY: They charged $511 a month for a 10 year old car.

Then when my job switched and went to bi weekly paychecks they repossessed my car after I had just spoken with them. In conclusion, this is the absolute worst place to go to. Better off paying for a beater and owning it than playing games with these people!

Poor quality vehicles with high miles all priced at a minimum of 10k$. All vehicles way over bluebook value. Doubt any of them would last the entirety of the loan.

Came into the store hoping to get approved. Not only did I get APPROVED but I drove away with in an hour. No hassle approval 3 year warranty free oil changes and even a loaner if my car breaks down. Thank you express you are awesome.

Sales Staff is very kind and understanding BUT the service and the collections are very Unprofessional. I can honestly agree that they take advantage of the fact that the customers have less than perfect credit or just needing a car in time of desperation. I've had my Ford Fusion for 4 months and had it serviced 3 times which also involved a new battery after having car 2 weeks.

I had to put the battery put in somewhere else because the service department wanted $250 to fix it. I have sat in the lobby in service up to 2 hours to have an oil change, which is FREE with life of car. Just recently, I had a family emergency and had to leave town, I received a call from fiance saying I had to pay NOW. I told her I was out of town and would be there Monday and she said if I didn't send a relative in by end of day the car would be repossessed.

My payment was due on Friday and they wouldn't even wait until Monday to have the payment in. That to me was the deal breaker. I would discourage anyone to deal with Express. If you have credit issues, keep trying elsewhere. Businesses like this keep people in a revolving door. Good Luck!
