Very unsatisfied with customer service. Knowing driving from Ionia was going to be close. As I came in to Battle Creek called and told parts I would be couple min later. He said not a problem. I show up at 5 in lot asked to see where parts was. Polite lady directed me to where I needed to go. I asked the men where is parts. They said he left. I said just talked with him and part was going to be on desks. Rude man said yup there it is but sorry can't help. Disgusted walked out one said we closed at 5. Horrible.

Went here to test drive one of their vehicle and these guys are very unprofessional. First they lied to me that they were closing in 20 mins while the office hours showed they were open for another 1.5 Hrs. Went for a rushed test drive with one of the sales guy and then he wanted to go through numbers after we got back. I asked what happened to closing in 20 minutes. They only care about your wallet and not you as a customer. And finance guy is rude!

I had one good experience at Demaagd, years ago, so when my coolant seal was leaking and smoke was coming out from under my hood because it was leaking onto the engine, I took it here to get it fixed. They told me it was fixed and just one seal had been leaking, and on the way home from them, "fixing it, " more smoke. I took it back and they, "fixed, " again.
On the way home, from them, "fixing, " it a second time, more smoke. I had to take my car back a THIRD time to get the one little coolant seal put on properly. My next experience with demaagd is not any better. I should never have gone back, but I was thinking the last experience there was a fluke. This time, my car had overheated, and the serpentine belt had melted.
I came to demaagd, told them exactly what had happened, I had to wait two weeks for them to even look at my car. When they did, they said it would be $1300 to repair. I paid them, and the car seemed fine. until I drove it about ten times. That's when the exact same thing that had happened with the car, happened again. Same problem. I paid them 1300 to drive my car ten times.
That is the quality of their work. I don't think they fixed the actual problem. They put a bandaid on the problem, or never did what I paid them $1300 to do, which wouldn't be that big of a stretch considering I had to go back THREE time for them to actually fix one little coolant seal before. Also, good luck getting a call back from them. I was very respectful and called multiple times and left multiple messages, and it took forever for anyone to get back to me whenever I called for an update on my car. If you value your time and money, save yourself the headache and never set foot here.
