One of the easiest car buying experiences of my life. Super friendly staff. They never try to up sell you and are willing to work with you in regards to your budget. At the end of the of the day, you will feel assured that you are making the right financial decision. What is really admirable is that Metro Toyota will NOT charge a "market value" fee on their new cars unlike some other dealers in Kalamazoo

We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle through Metro Toyota. We bought a used car, but worked with Tim Robertson on the new vehicle side. He was so personable and we never felt pressured at all. We felt he truly wanted to help us find something in our budget. Alex at Metro Toyota was wonderful to work with on the purchase of my new car. He found a car for me to test dive and highlighted the new features. Supply chain issues meant that I had to place an order for my car. He communicated the status of my car regularly by text so that I had a good understanding of when to expect my car. He promptly responded to my questions. Once the car arrived, I was quickly able to take ownership of the vehicle and he helped me set up the new upgrades. Definitely recommend.

This dealership is top notch! Went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. They gave me suggestions and advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a vehicle the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process!

Brought my 2016 RX350 in because my driver door would not unlock from the outside. Instead of going to Harvey Lexus, I decided to let Metro fix it instead. Big mistake. I dropped it off on a Monday, was told to pick it up Tuesday. Literally went to drive away and the door was still not unlocking from outside. They told me they would work on it, and to pick up Wednesday. Wednesday the door was thankfully unlocking, but the door pin that locks and unlocks was not moving up.
They kept the car again, and told me it could be connecting rod to actuator. Thursday I pick the car up, and the door pin works but does not come up all the way. Not enough to be grabbed, so basically useless. Plus, the door was sporadically not unlocking AGAIN. I call them Friday to let them know this, and have it fixed again. Turns out they have to order a new door pin but they could fix the door in the meantime.
I pick up the car, there's trash in the backseat which wasn't mine and Snowy/salty shoe prints on my black leather in the backseat most likely from employee having to climb over to unlock door. At this point, upon my first pickup I've already paid $700. Not to mention the issue wasn't even resolved. The best they can do if refund me $150, and give me a loaner car while they continue working on it, and detail the interior.
I'm invested at this point just frustrated with the level of professionalism and service. I have tried to call 2 times to schedule the detailing as spring is approaching and no return call. The refund check had a typo on it so I had to fight with my bank to cash it. Basically everything that could go wrong did and they've made no attempt to resolve the fact I was there EVERY DAY for an entire week while the issues continued. Lexus owners, drive the hour to Harvey Lexus. Not worth it taking it here since they overcharge on work they don't even do.

Don at Metro was great. Very responsive and flexible as I was from out of state purchasing a very in-demand near new truck. All of the paperwork was ready when I arrived, spent less than 30 minutes signing and I was ready to go with the new truck. Up front with pricing and very reasonable vs. the huge markups out there from dealers all around the country. I highly recommend Don and Metro Toyota!
