DO NOT EVER GO HERE, THEY ARE HARVESTING CREDIT CARD NUMBERS. YOU WILL RECEIVE MYSTERIOUS CHARGES FOR MONTHS AFTER GIVING THEM YOUR PAYMENT INFO. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. Six full months after the awful experience I detailed below, they began charging my credit card without explanation. I received a mysterious receipt in my inbox with no explanation, and I had to waste my time arguing with them to reverse the charges.
If I hadn't noticed this criminal attempt to charge me without notification, they probably would have kept charging my card whenever they wanted. I am considering legal action against them. Go literally anywhere else but this incompetent and possibly criminal operation. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: This was easily the worst service I have ever gotten from a dealership.
I had a critical part failure covered by extended warranty so I brought my car in for a free repair. When I dropped off my vehicle, I was told the part was backordered but I would get a free loaner/rental vehicle, however "all our loaners are out, we have to wait for a vehicle return. There's one due back tomorrow." Well, "tomorrow" came and went.
Then a week, then another week, then A THIRD WEEK. No one calls me with updates. My calls almost never get returned. Every time I manage to get ahold of someone, I am told a different story: "We have no loaners." "We have a loaner but it needs repairs first." "We have a loaner but you'd need to return it the next day." "We have plenty of loaners, I don't know why you were told that, come get a Corolla." "The Corolla we told you was ready for you?
It's actually not." The answer changes week to week but I still get nothing. Twice now I've been told that a loaner was finally available and I'm glad I double checked before Uber-ing over there because BOTH TIMES I was informed that there was actually no car for me, despite what I was told. The reasons why there's no car are always different. It is always a new lie.
It was FOUR FULL WEEKS before I got a loaner car. Nearly a month, with no communication, no timeline on my repair, no loaner car, no straight answers, and above all, NO CHANCE that I will ever recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this shop at all costs.

BUYER BEWARE - LIA AUTOMOTIVE April 2020, we purchased a 2011 FX35 from Lia Infiniti, Latham, NY 12047 an authorized dealership for $17,339.00. During the course of several conversations, email and text exchanges, it was represented to us that the vehicle was in good condition with no problems. In fact, our sales representative told us this "car will sell fast as it's in perfect condition!" Because of the Worldwide Pandemic, we were unable to take in for an immediate inspection upon arrival, although trusted that since this car was coming from an authorized Infiniti dealership, it would be in workable condition.
As you can see from the screen shots, we put very few additional miles on the car, because of the shut down; and despite the label for an oil change (see screenshot) took the vehicle to our local AAA certified automotive repair shop for its first oil change, even before due. Much to our surprise, the repair shop advised, "we cannot and will not work on this vehicle as the undercarriage is completely destroyed by rust." Everything from the front of the vehicle to the rear is completely covered in rust. Moreover, the rust is so bad that it has already started "eating away" at the undercarriage into the floorboard of the car.
The repair shop said that to repair just the rusted out exhaust pipes would likely cost well over $7,000-8,000 as the entire system from the manifold to the muffler would need to be replaced. Almost all of the bolts are "frozen" and can't even be unscrewed. Moreover, the vehicle requires the following work as well: Replace Engine Mounts Power Steering Fluid Leak-Replace steering rack Exhaust Pipes Rusted Rear Shocks Worn Out In addition to the sale price on the car, we paid $1000 to transport the vehicle, and $1500 in taxes and registration of the vehicle.
When approaching the General Manager Jeremy Rolfe with regards to this issue, he responded: "I have attached for your review a copy of the NYS Limited Warranty. Also included is a copy of the car fax showing that the vehicle was a one owner, no accident vehicle which had all its maintenance done in a timely manner. Also I reviewed the photos provided.
I do notice surface rust on untreated metals which is consistent and reasonable for a 10 year old vehicle. You have had the vehicle for more than 3 months and have made no attempt to call the dealership with any concerns in condition and or drivability. The prior customer had no history of concerns with any of the concerns you noted and my technicians made no note of it in their used car evaluation.
We believe we delivered a vehicle in good working condition and adhered to all NYS guidelines." One can certainly recognize our dismay in learning that a reputable company like Lia Automotive Groups' standard is willing to defraud the public and sell a car with $10,000 + damage, along with your pride in your "multi point inspection" - that your service staff was unable to notate any of the corrosion, anywhere!
More importantly, zero concern by this negligence, the risk they put a mother and her children out on the roads. To document an outright lie, that this car was in "good working condition", is downright fraud. Never mind, the financial burden with one dismissive email. No guts to even a return a phone call.

We obviously gotten on the broad Lis mailing list VW, Nissan, etc. We have requested to be removed--to no avail. We get these nasty ads in the mail--non-recyclable oversized postcards. Due to your lack of consideration of our request, we will never buy another Nissan truck from you. We will buy from Curry and have switched our maintenance to their Service Dept. So far the repair seems to have gone well, driving away. So that's what the star is for. There was less than a gallon of gas in the tank when I drove out. Panicked that there wouldn't be gas nearby but there was one two blocks away. Intake was friendly and professional. Rep gave me a decent ballpark on some of the repairs under discussion. But I was not given a quote on 2 certain services, not called to be told what my likely repair bill was going to be if they did everything and not asked for approval for that estimate, and was surprised with a bill $500 more than I expected to pay.
Service had gone home for the day and the cashier's only response was "Unfortunately there's nothing I can do." Over a barrel. Paid the bill. Not going back. Not recommending. But they are a dealership so I am sure they'll be fine.

We just purchased a preowned toyota rav4. Francesca, our sales person was super friendly and prompt. She even offered us rice crispy treats that she bought from tandem bagel next door lol! The negotiations were positive and fun with no bickering. We met the sales manager Chris Peltier and he was very genuine and a pleasure to do business with. Everyone involved seemed eager to earn our business.
Once we agreed on the price we were introduced to the finance manager Koren O'Sullivan who advised us on the importance of protecting our investment and offered us different programs that he could roll into our payments at a reasonable price. It was raining when we picked it up but Francesca brought the car into their delivery bay, dried off the car so we could inspect it and then demonstrated all the rav's awesome features.
We had to go back the next day to get the inspection sticker since it was also night but we didn't wait long because the service department was running like a well oiled machine! In my humble opinion I feel they truly hit a grand slam with this Toyota Family
