Fantastic experience all around, right down to when we were in the finance office. We negotiated this entire deal from 3 hours away and when we got there (late, I might add, on a holiday weekend due to traffic) it was totally fine and the team was awesome. We love the truck and will recommend you to everyone we know in the area and out!

Unfortunately after a great start, the finish was horrible. I had a breakdown and had to tow the vehicle in for service. Rob (service adviser) was very accommodating by getting a mechanic on it quickly, since I had to get on a road. The end result was diagnostics and 2 bad fuses (paid $420) Although this problem has been going on for a while, only for the vehicle to start after a bit of time.

So I suspected something other then fuses, but I gladly paid as they are professional and got the car running with check engine light off. Great! Well, not so fast. 2 days later while on the road the check light comes on. Just like in the past. And after I shut the vehicle off, will not restart. In checking the replaced fuses, they are fine. So had to get in touch with Rob.

This is where customer support ends. The problem is back, just like before. The $420 non-refundable (+tow) payment was nothing more then roadside assistance. Got me running, but did not fix the main issue. And NEVER received any communication from service director, even though requested several times. Very frustrated! Rob is a good guy, but a dealership that takes money and does not stand behind their work, lack of commitment from service director is the problem!

The experience was excellent. I was in and out in under an hour for a oil & filter change. Customer Service was efficient and answered all my questions for that day. I have not had any major parts replaced yet so we will see how that goes on my next few visits.

It was the easiest experience we've ever had buying or leasing a car. We visited other dealerships and were met with high pressure sales techniques and sometimes even a bit rude. Our salesman Zach was fun, easy going, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We were given figures on several cars without pressure. We used to hate getting a new car for the reasons stated however, since dealing with Goldstein We don't feel the stress. Your staff is great, reception, body shop, service, sales and business office. Love our new car and Thanka for everything. P.S. your coffee is very good also.

Our vehicle was in the collision center for 3 months! We had to continually call over and over again to get updates. Through the entire 3 months they never called us once on their own with an update. The few calls from them we received were call backs which were sporadic at best. We left numerous messages over several weeks that were never returned.

We had to actually get someone on the phone when we called in order to speak to anyone that had info on the status. At one point we were told the vehicle was painted and would be ready by Friday. The following week when we called 3 plus times a day trying to get to someone on the phone and when we finally did they told us it needed to be painted! This entire situation was a run around with no information and communication from the center. This was an awful experience and I'd have a hard time ever going back after this.

My experience with Goldstein was refreshing. I didn't feel hassled into anything. My salesperson was very nice. I got a good deal on new vehicle and my trade in. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. As a woman, I was concerned of how I would be treated but everyone at Goldstein was polite and courteous and really listened to my questions/concerns.

I brought my 2018 GMC Terrain in for a Check Engine Light. My service advisor, Fern, informed me of the expected length of time of the repair, and kept me informed as to the status of the repair. When the repair took longer than expected, the dealership provided me with a courtesy car. Goldstein has a well coordinated, and trained service department. Fern is an excellent customer service representative, and very personable.

My appointment was at 3pm. I arrived 5-10 minutes early and checked in and was told it would be about an hour (without a car wash as there is some minor damage to my front end). I said that would be fine. After 2+ hours my fiance finally went to see what was taking so long and come to find my car has been done for a WHILE and had "gotten lost in the shuffle"

About a week ago I had the truck in for service, that included a need to get 2 new tires, and then I recently picked up a nail in the new tire and was losing air pressure quickly. I took a chance and went right to the dealership knowing they were likely booked solid and the Service Mgr. Jeffrey Stone said they would take care of it. They did! That's service! Thank You!

I was pleasantly surprised by the communication, there weren't any surprises as they kept me informed every step of the way. Told me when my car would be done by and even got it back a day earlier. Nobody wants to do car repairs to there car when there car was involved in a hit and run but Goldstein collision made it seamless. I hope to not need car repairs again but if I do, I will remember you in the future.

Everyone was great as always. Had a bad tire and needed a replacement asap. You all ordered me a new one and had it in a hour. I was good to go after about 30 minutes. Again, great experience as always.

I am so pleased with the service i have been provided for both my oil change and recent tire replacement. So accommodating too! I just bought a 2019 certified preowned Yukon Denali from this dealership. I went back 2 days later to have the Goldstein stickers removed from my vehicle (that I didn't want on there in the first place), and to a point out a few concerns I had about the condition of the vehicle. My door wasn't shutting all the way and there was moisture inside of my tail light casing.

I pointed it out and the manager Jim could not have been more rude. He provided no help and just kept telling me that's what his car did. I told him that I didn't care what his car did, but that I was concerned about my vehicle. He literally then said "I don't care about your car either" and "I don't know what you want me to do about it". I'M NOT EXAGGERATING.

Those were the words out of his mouth. Wow. I just bought a vehicle from your dealership, and 2 days later I come to you with a concern and you literally tell me you don't care about me or my vehicle. The lack of professionalism was astounding and shocking. I own my own business and I would NEVER treat a customer this way. DO NOT GO HERE.

The staff at Goldstein GMC Buick are absolutely friendly, efficient and beyond professional! I found a vehicle on their website Sunday morning and decided to just stop by and drive through the lot to look at it. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they were open (every last Sunday of the month). We were able to road test the vehicle and signed paperwork same day and picked it up on Monday.

There were no high pressure attempts to sell a vehicle. Brandon, Jim, and Dan went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My wife and I have been to several dealerships within the last few weeks and none of them made us feel like family. I would highly recommend Goldstein GMC Buick to anyone looking to have the BEST car buying experience of their lives!

I've purchased 3 cars at this dealership and found them to be reputable and good to work with. I've also had two cars repaired in their collision center which is "state of the art". They also wash your car after each service there.

As a first time buying a car from a dealership experience, this was n still is an unpleasant experience. First and for most am not going to start by saying how great the service is cause let be realistic anyone selling anything well be nice, remember they do gave mouth to feed. Come on guys if you think about it even a Drug dealer will say how good this drugs and how long this high last longer then others drugs.

Let talk about after the vehicle is purchase. It been literally 2 1/2 month and counting on getting my refund check. I talk to about 3 manager or so they say they are and almost the whole sales department I bet. And they keep saying we looking into it that I will get a call this week. My best excuse is or yea sorry he has the day off today I give him the message and that the paper work is sitting in his desk.

When I call them up with an attitude like WTF is going on with my refund check, I'm the bad guy cause am not they adult who been getting the round arounds. So I want to say if the GMC dealership manager is reading this. Don't post am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. Just get me my Freaking refund mail to mail. The only reason u get 2 star is cause at least the car work for now.

Did not want to work with a loyal returning customer. Was told the wrong price but a supposed new employee who didn't know. The price that was given would not be honored. The salesman I was working with said he would get back to me with other numbers and never called back. Had to call to get the information after 2 days of no return call. No apology, just excuses. They don't want my business so I will take it elsewhere.

I found rust on the back of my certified pre-owned vehicle as soon as I got home. Floor mats weren't available and one key was missing at the time of purchase. We're in the process of trying to resolve these issues. I'm disappointed. This is a company that doesn't respect women. I ultimately had to get my vehicle refinanced, because the rate was higher than it should have been.

I ended up with a better rate (4.5%) after refinancing. The company I refinanced with found nearly $3600 in excessive charges that's actually covered by my insurance company. Run in the other direction if you ever encounter Ernest Livesay, he's a sexist, and I highly recommend you google and/or YouTube this guy. Ernest told me that the only way I would be financed was if I got the extended warranty, which is a lie and illegal to tell anyone in New York. It's amazing that he still has a job anywhere. Goldstein clearly didn't take the time to do a proper background check on this guy.

I've had a few issues with my 2011 Chevy Equinox (mostly manufacturer recalls) last year and most recently an issue. These guys in the service department have consistently been friendly and taken great care of me, each time. Even after me being quite rude via phone they did not hold it against me and we had a laugh about it later. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning and everything was finished by lunch time that same day!

Prior to that they had fixed my engine and Bill (the manager I believe) was calling and updating me every step of the way, as this took a week or two to fix everything. I was kept in the loop and treated with respect! I would recommend anyone visit here for great and fast service.

I came in looking at the GMC Terrain but quickly realized that it wasn't what I was looking for. I was about to leave when my salesperson showed me the Acadia. I loved it. Everyone at the dealership was incredibly patient (which is great since I was shopping with a 3 year old), and were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. I'm so happy to have a safe and wonderful SUV that I love. I would highly recommend Goldstein to anyone! Thank you all!

I had brought my Subaru Outback in to get a small part replaced (the Goldstein Subaru dealership sent me there as they are under construction). Everyone at Goldstein Buick was very nice and they said no problem they would fix my car. The only downside was it took them awhile to get the part and paint it but when I came in to get the part put on it wasn't done yet even though it had been about two weeks.

They were very apologetic and the day was saved by Jeff who is AWESOME-he made sure I was taken care of and got the work done on the part very quickly. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back there! They care about their customers!

I purchased my GMC Acadia in October of 2014 and have had a few issues with it which has cause me to frequent the service department at Goldstein Buick. At first it was very frustrating because obviously you just spent a lot of money on a vehicle and you aren't looking for headaches already. However the service department there is just simply awesome. Jason Nemet took excellent care of making sure that my vehicle was fixed and that I also had reliable transportation to get back and forth to work everyday that they had to keep my car. Jason made our experience there and easy and pleasant one. He definitely goes the extra mile and gets it done!

I used the body shop here for my WRX. The staff is very friendly. Jeff Winne handled my case and I got daily update on the progress. Sometimes more than once a day, because I was very impatient and having a very difficult time without my car (whole five days and four nights). And the quality of the work done is immaculate.

I come from a car family. My dad and his brothers, friends, used to build and race cars; my parents' romance budded at the old Dorney Park Race Track. these people enjoy cars. My relationship with cars is more of the turn-the-key, windows down, good music, get-where-I'm-going variety. As such, before this week, I never had to make a decision about what car to buy, where to buy it, where/when to service my vehicle. my dad was (get ready) IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT for most of these decisions.

So earlier this week, I bought my first (sans parental assistance) vehicle! Obviously I don't have an overwhelmingly large frame of reference, but I'm giving Goldstein 4 stars because I truly can't complain about my experience there. Granted, they were trying to (and succeeding at) getting 10s of thousands of dollars from me, but everyone was really, really nice. Highlights include: -when I explained to them that I was interested in purchasing the car if we could agree on a price, but that I'd have a hard time getting to the dealership as we are (WERE) a single-car household, they arranged transportation to get me in there. -they came down quite a long way on price. Granted, their crazy asking price was almost 20% over the KBB value, but when I made it clear I was aware of that discrepancy, they didn't throw any hard-sell BS at me. they worked with me until I was comfortable with the price. -they pleasantly accommodated the fact that I basically set up my home office in their dealership (taking advantage of their wifi, printers, faxes, scanners) for the seven hours I was there asking questions, making millions of phone calls, and generally getting affairs in order. So this lengthy review is probably useless to anyone who knows more than two things about cars. But if you are like me, know that you can go here and not get jerked around.
