Fantastic experience all around, right down to when we were in the finance office. We negotiated this entire deal from 3 hours away and when we got there (late, I might add, on a holiday weekend due to traffic) it was totally fine and the team was awesome. We love the truck and will recommend you to everyone we know in the area and out!

Unfortunately after a great start, the finish was horrible. I had a breakdown and had to tow the vehicle in for service. Rob (service adviser) was very accommodating by getting a mechanic on it quickly, since I had to get on a road. The end result was diagnostics and 2 bad fuses (paid $420) Although this problem has been going on for a while, only for the vehicle to start after a bit of time.

So I suspected something other then fuses, but I gladly paid as they are professional and got the car running with check engine light off. Great! Well, not so fast. 2 days later while on the road the check light comes on. Just like in the past. And after I shut the vehicle off, will not restart. In checking the replaced fuses, they are fine. So had to get in touch with Rob.

This is where customer support ends. The problem is back, just like before. The $420 non-refundable (+tow) payment was nothing more then roadside assistance. Got me running, but did not fix the main issue. And NEVER received any communication from service director, even though requested several times. Very frustrated! Rob is a good guy, but a dealership that takes money and does not stand behind their work, lack of commitment from service director is the problem!

All aspects of my recent experience with the Goldstein Buick GMC Service Team went smoothly. The diagnostic and repair work was accomplished in a prompt, thorough, friendly and professional manner. My Service Advisor, Bill Morse, kept me fully informed throughout the process giving me a great overall experience. A truly outstanding team!

The experience was excellent. I was in and out in under an hour for a oil & filter change. Customer Service was efficient and answered all my questions for that day. I have not had any major parts replaced yet so we will see how that goes on my next few visits.

Hands down this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. The sales team was very professional and courteous to work with. My past experiences (as a woman purchasing a vehicle) were never this easy or pleasant. I'm very pleased and impressed.

Our vehicle was in the collision center for 3 months! We had to continually call over and over again to get updates. Through the entire 3 months they never called us once on their own with an update. The few calls from them we received were call backs which were sporadic at best. We left numerous messages over several weeks that were never returned.

We had to actually get someone on the phone when we called in order to speak to anyone that had info on the status. At one point we were told the vehicle was painted and would be ready by Friday. The following week when we called 3 plus times a day trying to get to someone on the phone and when we finally did they told us it needed to be painted! This entire situation was a run around with no information and communication from the center. This was an awful experience and I'd have a hard time ever going back after this.

It was the easiest experience we've ever had buying or leasing a car. We visited other dealerships and were met with high pressure sales techniques and sometimes even a bit rude. Our salesman Zach was fun, easy going, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We were given figures on several cars without pressure. We used to hate getting a new car for the reasons stated however, since dealing with Goldstein We don't feel the stress. Your staff is great, reception, body shop, service, sales and business office. Love our new car and Thanka for everything. P.S. your coffee is very good also.

My experience with Goldstein was refreshing. I didn't feel hassled into anything. My salesperson was very nice. I got a good deal on new vehicle and my trade in. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. As a woman, I was concerned of how I would be treated but everyone at Goldstein was polite and courteous and really listened to my questions/concerns.

As a first time buying a car from a dealership experience, this was n still is an unpleasant experience. First and for most am not going to start by saying how great the service is cause let be realistic anyone selling anything well be nice, remember they do gave mouth to feed. Come on guys if you think about it even a Drug dealer will say how good this drugs and how long this high last longer then others drugs.

Let talk about after the vehicle is purchase. It been literally 2 1/2 month and counting on getting my refund check. I talk to about 3 manager or so they say they are and almost the whole sales department I bet. And they keep saying we looking into it that I will get a call this week. My best excuse is or yea sorry he has the day off today I give him the message and that the paper work is sitting in his desk.

When I call them up with an attitude like WTF is going on with my refund check, I'm the bad guy cause am not they adult who been getting the round arounds. So I want to say if the GMC dealership manager is reading this. Don't post am sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. Just get me my Freaking refund mail to mail. The only reason u get 2 star is cause at least the car work for now.

I am very disappointed in the way my shopping experience ended. I was at Big Al's on 7/22 to look for a car. I spoke with Nate and was told the car that was on the web site was not available. He then took me for a walk around the lot, I didn't see anything I liked or could afford, He took me inside and we found a car at the other lot went and got it took it for a test drive and so he convinced me to apply for a loan and asked for a $200 deposit.

Here the problem begins. unfortunately, Anthony and I could not find suitable financing to work for me. On Thursday 7/23 I asked him to just credit my deposit back to my card and he said no problem he'd do it and it would take a couple of days to come back to my card which I figured anyway. On Wed. 7/29 I sent an email to Anthony asking for the receipt so I could check to see where the refund was as it had been 4 business days and nothing was showing on my account.

On Thursday 7/30 a full week after I was told he had processed my refund I again sent an email asking for the receipt. Finally I get a reply around 1 pm saying he was sorry and he would get it to me asap. Five minutes later I get the receipt dated 7/30/15. Really they get your deposit but then are too busy the process the refund for a full week. I am sorry but I find that totally unacceptable, I could understand maybe the next morning 7/24 but a full week there is no way that he was that busy.

So now instead of getting my money in 3 -5 days it will be another 4-5 which is a 2 weeks plus my $200 is tied up. It's amazing places can stay in business treating customers this way.

Very nice experience. Cody was super- he went above and beyond. After leaving for the day, Cody returned to the office to help us finalize our purchase. Traded in a Jeep that we bought at this same location. Good Experience!

I purchased a car from Goldstein Auto on October of 2010. The salesman I dealt with was polite and my buying experience was by far the best I've had from a dealership. When I purchased the vehicle I added on a service program/package that cost $795. The package included necessary maintenance like oil changes, NYS inspections, tire rotations etc.

I did the math and it was a great value for the amount of service that was provided. To short version of my service experience is that on two separate occasions their service department missed finding a nail in my tire. I was forced to take the vehicle to our family mechanic who found the nail, pulled it and plugged the hole in less than 10min. I determined I did not feel comfortable with Goldstein working on my wife's car if they could not find and fix such a basic problem.

I called and requested they refund me for the remainder of my service contract. Here's is where it gets frustrating. They informed me that they could refund me the remainder of the contract less the service that had already been performed (two oil changes) and a 30% cancelation fee. The 30% cancelation fee was not made known to me during the purchase.

Their sales manager told me they provided me with a form that stated the conditions of cancelation. No such form was provided. I requested he produce a copy of the form with my signature and if he could do this I would pay the 30% cancelation fee. Hey, if I signed something without reading it then it's my fault not theirs. I stated that all I wanted was the right thing to be done, I didn't want to rip them off becuase of a mistake I made.

He could not and would not produce the form. He then informed me that I had to produce my copy of the form or I would not be able to cancel under any circumstance. At this point I became frustrated and mentioned that I would have to take legal action if they would not produce some sort of paperwork that I signed. He quickly backed down, went to Mr Goldstein and came back with an offer of splitting the 30% cancelation fee with me and said they would not require me to produce the cancelation form.

This was a very generous offer. However he still refused to produce a copy of the cancelation policy with my signature on it. He said several times that I could take their offer or call my lawyer. I don't really have the time or energy to sue over $100 and eventually caved in and agreed to their offer of a 15% cancelation fee. I then requested to speak with Mr Goldstein so I could express my frustration with the way this situation was handled. Kevin, the sales manager, then became unprofessional and said to me (in a very sarcastic tone) "Oh, I'm sure you will express your frustration".

I lost it and threatened to come into their showroom and stay there until they produced the form I requested. Regrettably I even said I would make it hard for them to do business, which I'm not proud of but was said in the heat of the moment. To sum this novel up, I have left several messages for Mr Goldstein who has not returned my calls. Mr Goldstein if you reading this review this is what I want to say to you.

I was a happy Goldstein customer. I have recommended your dealership multiple times to my friends and family. I even brought by brother and wife to your Subaru dealership and they purchased an Impreza. Although I was not satisfied with your GMC service department I did not let that affect my opinion of your sales department or other dealerships. However, after having to deal with your sales manager, who informed me you where aware of every moment of this situation, I am now a thoroughly dissatisfied customer and will never recommend your dealership to anyone.

If you had produced the signed cancelation policy I would have paid you your 30% cancelation fee and left a happy customer, understanding it was my fault for not reading the form thoroughly enough. You lost many future car sales over $100. I'm surprised that someone as established as you is so penny wise and pound foolish. -Isaiah

This is a review of the Buick GMC dealership on Central Avenue. I bought several Buicks at this dealership and found them to be great cars. However, in the fall of 07 one of my Buicks had a head gasket that needed repair. As with any other service that I have had done at Goldsteins, the repair was done well in a reasonable amount of time. HOWEVER, when I picked the car up after repair the starter made a horrible grinding noise in their parking lot - the starter was completely caput and needed to be replaced.

The service manager swore up and down that their repair of the head gasket had nothing to do with the starter. Maybe that is true, but is really hard for me to believe that a starter that was working well for years all of a sudden chose to die right after the car was serviced. The service manager was not too friendly and got a little nasty when I expressed (nicely but firmly) my doubts that the starter problem had nothing to do with their service.

I have a simple solution to this treatment: 1. I won't have my cars serviced at Goldstein and 2. I won't buy another car from them (which would have been my 4th). Not worth the aggravation.
