Very sad and poor customer service by Richard who works at the service department. I got there at 8 am (right when they open) to get my car's oil change. I received a promotion online where i could get oil and filter change for 39$. I asked richard that i wanted to use that promotion and he proceed to laugh at my face and said "you could only get that price if you do it yourself at home".

I showed the promotion on my phone and did not say anything else after that. Since it was only an oil change, he said that i would take 1 to 2 hours, but he will text me once my car is ready. 3 hours after, i texted him to see if my car is ready but he did not answer. 30 minutes later, i went downstairs to check and he told me "the system is very slow right now but come back in 10 minutes".

I came back in 10 minutes and told me that everything is all set. I asked one one of the employees who gave me my car keys and i asked how long has my car be there waiting to be picked up. He said "around two hours". Richard, thank you so much for those 4 "lovely" hours at the dealership and for providing "excellent" customer service. I definitely love when someone laugh at my face. Hopefully you'll get an promotion out of this review my friend. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE.

Stay away! They ran my credit without my permission before I even went in for the appointment I scheduled. Then when I was there the salesman Bill said things to me like, "you have expensive taste" and "you can't afford that". He proceeded to run my credit AGAIN without my permission! Such a terrible, uncomfortable experience. SO SO SO thankful I went to Cambridge Honda instead and was taken care of with the best customer service around. This place is a joke in comparison.

Service department has some pretty rude customer service. Some staff is friendly, but others not so much. I made an appointment to have a quick repair done to my car that I brought from here. Sat in the waiting room for over 3 hours thinking it was just taking time since no one from the service area came to provide me with an update. I finally went up to talk to someone and it turns out my car had just been sitting in the parking lot for over 2 hours after they inspected it and they were keeping it and giving me a rental since they didn't have the part for my car available.

Just a total disregard for my time not getting me out of that waiting room sooner when they knew they were going to have to hold onto my car for a couple of days. Car was fixed and I'm happy about that, just wish customer service was better.

I hate writing negative feedback. Here's my experience. I brought my 15 year old Toyota with low mileage in with 2 issues. Only 1 was able to be addressed. Replacing a heat shield. It was rusty and rattling. My friend doctored it up last winter when It was rattling worse. A heat shield typically costs less than 200.00. Atlantic said I also needed 1 right brake done too but it was still under warranty. (Yay!) But I would have to pay for labor.

Cut to the end cost 1,489.00!? WHAT? I asked SPECIFICALLY 3x for a DETAILED invoice of what I'm paying for. The service department made me wait.and wait.and finally gave me a paper that said parts and labor costs. I guess I needed a drive belt too which was never discussed with me. The person that treated me like I was an idiot was named CARMEN.

She said I was getting a free "loaner" car overnight and on one of the papers the cashier said "You got a discount on the rental car". That means Carmen lied about that too. I knew I was going to be overcharged. I just wanted a detailed invoice and to be treated like a human. You blew it. So $1,489.00 for a heat shield, a drive belt, and labor to put them both in and of course labor to put the brake in too. That doesn't seem correct to me. Does it seem correct to you?

Atlantic Toyota is clearly not concerned with keeping customers. I decided to give them one more try for an oil change. Today, I went for an oil change and inspection on a 2 year old leased Toyota Sienna. I replaced my windshield wipers in April. Because there were dead bugs on my windshield, they said they can't pass the inspection without putting new windshield wipers on because they were "streaking." There's nothing worse than people trying to take advantage.

It's not the first time sadly. I really hate when people take advantage especially when it's so obvious, it's called gaslighting. When I called them out for being ridiculous, they offered to explain further. Please stop the insanity! I just got my vehicle inspected without cleaning the bugs off, since it is SO OBVIOUS that the "streaking" is caused by something on the windshield, not by faulty windshield wipers.

I will not be doing business with you again, that's my final straw. I will buy my lease directly from Toyota and then trade it in to Danvers Toyota or really anywhere else for a new lease. Bye bye Atlantic Toyota! UPDATE: Thanks for your response. I think if you looked a the picture and talked to your employees, you would figure it out. 2020 black toyota sienna my first name is Sharon 179.95 for windshield wipers! there was a charge of.2 labor hours for identifying a streak while doing the inspection! Unreal! Feel free to figure out who I am and call.

The service department is terrible I bring in for breaks making noise $600 to fix. One week later go back brakes making noise, no it's not break it's another thing $250 WTF no good place. No go this dealer no good. Not honest rude

One 15A fuses changed for $129 plus parts price after payment fuse doesn't work.what. Money oriented service they don't care about customer complaint related with car always told us everything good no any problem only focused on parts and labor charges.

I had a really good experience in the service department. I was a walk-in, but I had answers and recommendations rather quickly for someone without an appointment on a busy day. I did research prior to arrival and paid about what I expected. The part I needed was at another dealership, so they let me take a rental for the night. Everyone I came in contact with was super friendly.

Most notable, my vehicle was returned not only with stain-preventing disposable mats, there were steering wheel and shifter covers too. Other shops usually leave grease on those surfaces.

On 8/2/2021 at 3pm I had an appointment for my 12 month toyota care maintenance plan which was supposed to include "Inspect and adjust all fluid types" rotate tires, replace engine oil & filter, multi point vehicle inspection. After waiting one hour they told me my car was all set. I went to my car, opened the hood & see that the coolant is still below the low level.

Clearly they did not inspect/adjust all fluid types. I went back in & told them about it. If I didn't check this, I would be driving away with low level coolant which can damage the engine & more. Very disappointed. Also, they always leave this bag in the car, not sure what they use it for but they should clean up their trash before handing back my car. Disgusting.

Train your employee better! I wonder if they even replaced the oil filter, I should check that too. Update: I went here again on 2/11/2022 they did a better job this time. Car was clean, no bag left in there. Coolant was filled in. Also, shout out to parts manager Jose Luciano. He overheard me asking the cashier a question, but cashier didn't have an answer that made sense. Jose stepped in & solved it. Thank you Jose

Great experience so far. Staff members are very friendly, but NOT pushy at all. That's a rare combination as far as car dealers are concerned, right? We worked with Alejandro, Orlando, Jack and Will - all were great. Also, we had left our ezpass in the old car that we traded in, and they had actually saved it for us - thanks a lot, guys! We are absolutely in love with the new car we got from here. We'll definitely be recommending this Toyota dealership.

I'm soooooo late to the party! Last August, After many years of dealing with another (I won't mention names) Toyota Dealership here on the North Shore, I switched to Atlantic Toyota to lease my car. They are approachable, they listen to and answer ALL questions, they are patient, honest, and, frankly, just a really AWESOME group of people and a GREAT and well run business. This morning, I went for my 10k service, and I was reminded of all of this so I figured that I'd give Em a shout out! Thanks Atlantic Toyota!

I leased a 2021 Toyota Rav 4 from Atlantic Toyota and had a fantastic experience. It was a very frictionless buying experience. Having never shopped there before, and the reputation that car salesmen have, I was kind of dreading going to a car dealership. However I can honestly say they greatly exceed my expectations. Darcy, Manny, and Jorge were very professional and helpful.

I was at the dealership for 3.5 hours and was able to test drive the car, do all the paper work, pay, and get the car inspected & registered to drive off the lot. I would recommend this place to a friend!

Purchased a 2013 equinox with 60,000 miles 3 weeks ago and have already had issues. Took it in to have ac fixed (it was cold when I tested it so the air felt cold) and they said they recharged it but it didn't have a leak, if it needs to be recharged that means THERES A LEAK. Back washer fluid wouldn't spray so I took it back again, after sitting for 3 hours I finally asked what was taking so long and they said they fixed the back but now the front isn't working and they have to ship it to Chevy and now I have no clue what is going on with my car. Jorge in The finance department also didn't note on my contract that I put down a down payment and the other financial manager tried to get me to pay ANOTHER down payment.

I havent bad this car even a month and just so many avoidable issues. Financial department needs to slow down, check their work and make sure everything is there. Repairs need To go over the vehicle BEFORE putting it on the lot. DO NOT SHOP HERE

We had the best experience at Atlantic Toyota buying our RAVE4! Dealing with Clyde was such a pleasure. I've purchased several vehicles in the past several years. This was the easiest transaction. Absolutely NO PRESSURE! Jack, the business manager was great as well. Again, NO PRESSURE! I highly recommend Atlantic Toyota! See Clyde! He's the best!

Atlantic Toyota took care of the situation and their "Property Tax" additional bill is actually for the City "Excise Tax", as it is still their property. This whole thing could have been clarified when I leased the vehicle. I have leased from other dealers and I paid Excise Tax to the city. I guess it's some weird Toyota thing, or it better be or I'll be back.

Brought my car in to have the paint repaired which was all good. A few days later I tried to use the wipers with the windshield washer and it didn't work. I put more liquid in and still didn't work. Turns out when they took the hood off they never connected the hose back. Now they're telling me that I might be responsible? I think Not! Driving home today from an appointment it seems that my transmission is slipping.

I really believe that they did something to cause this because it was running great until they got their hands on it. There was no charge for the paint being that it was a manufacturer default so maybe this is how they make their money. This isn't the first time that something happened to my vehicle after I picked it up.

Worse place to buy a car for a first time, people please stay away from this location I just have a bad experience with this Toyota place. Wherever they said at the beginning is just for you to buy a car after a year later they don't remember what they said when you're buying a car.

Buyer Beware: the sales team is great. but the business/finance dept. in charge of applications and contracts is SHADY (Jorge). He will sell you car options you don't need without fully disclosing that you may not need them, cause the car already comes with viable options. I had the horrible experience recently. When the underwriter got called out, they acted as if they had no clue I didn't need the option.

Never apologized, very dismissive attitude. truly not a good look considering the sales staff/car consultants are great. Just beware of the finance office there. Seems like this person has conned others too based on negative reviews here on yelp.

Terrible. My wife bought a brand new 2018 Camry back in April 2018. Way over paid for the car. Had to take it in over the summer because the sun roof ended up being defective. All of a sudden, yesterday her radio won't turn off. Everything in the car is draining the battery. We take it to Toyota hoping to find some help. But no they are trying to say this is our fault.

We are still under warranty and they won't even give us a rental car because they think we had something to do with it. So disappointing. We both have full time jobs. We really want our car fixed. I figured since we paid 40,000 for a brand new Toyota Camry, they would take care of us. Save yourself the headache, do NOT buy your car here!

This dealer is a fraud. They post ads through CarGurus and their own website for a 2019 Tesla model 3 that the car has automatic lane change and self park which are the two features only available in the Full Self Driving package ($7000 option). When I came to check the car and asked for a test drive to check these features the rep said this car is not allowed for test drive and I asked why and was told it's a luxury car.

I pointed out that they have much more expensive cars in the lot like Toyota highlanders suv and he said he was told by the manager as such. I also pointed out to him that this car does not have 20" wheel as advertised. The wheels are 19"! Another guy came and said we will edit the ads and I just checked again not only they have not corrected their listing they posted another ad thru cargurus with the same info. Beware with this dealership!

For car REPAIRS be very CAUTIOUS on going here. I've been taking my pickup here for many years. About 3 months back they told me my suspensions was broken. I got them fixed costing $2,000. Only a few weeks ago I was getting my tires at a local shop. They saw the suspensions were OUT and I was in high DANGER driving. (As you can see from the picture down below.) I called the dealer and they told me COME IN Monday.

I didn't wait until Monday and went after the call. Once I got my pickup they charged me $100 for an ERROR THEY MADE. This ERROR could have cost my families as well as mines LIFE. Nothing happened thankfully but I'll be looking for a new repair shop now.

*This review was based on my experience buying a new 2019 Toyota RAV4 hybrid* They have serious integrity issues at this dealership. We signed an agreement yesterday and came in this morning to finish up the paperwork because they closed at 6PM last night. Mysteriously, during those 16 hours the rate went up to 5.84%. Clearly in the attached email it states, "3.99% and with rebates it goes down to 2.25%". Jorge in the business office had zero explanations for this and proceeded to talk in circles.

He also stated we wouldn't be receiving the military rebate which we provided an ID for and was "approved" for yesterday. We decided to walk as there are better dealerships in the area that won't pull the "bait and switch". I''m a 100% disabled veteran buying a car on Memorial Day weekend, if they're willing to rip me off, imagine what they'll do to you. Also, my salesperson Osayi was on point

I want everyone to know my experience with Atlantic Toyota since buying a 2017 Tacoma. I had issues with the radiator over a few instances. The 3rd time Toyota sent a factory rep down to Atlantic Service and my claim was denied for what I thought would be just another warranty claim. I was on the hook for a very expensive repair of 2200 dollars. I made phone calls and pleaded my case and the Owner of Atlantic Toyota called me up at work and said he would eat the bill.

This is above and beyond what I would expect. Denied from the factory only to have the owner say, " I will take care of it". I have bought three Tacomas at Atlantic and I will be buying my 4th there and continue to do business with Atlantic. You just don't get that type of valued customer service anymore.
