The experience was great! I was greeted by a staff member who checked in my car for service. The service was done in a timely manner. The technician explained the results of my multi point inspection in detail to ensure I understood each aspect and that my vehicle would be in good shape for safe driving. He even went above and beyond and gave me advice on a cosmetic repair that I was seeking advice on. Friendly and wonderful service from start to finish!

McGovern Honda provided a great experience! I was able to check in to my appointment with no issues. Shout out to Ryan Foley, who was professional and is very knowledgeable about services and products. After they checked my car in, they sent me a text with the recommended services and prices. I was able to make changes, in real time, about the services I wanted.

I was able to work comfortably in the waiting area, where they provided coffee and water for free. The area is equipped with plugins for your electronic devices. I left feeling safer in my car and not to mention a cleaner car since they also provide a complementary exterior car wash. Definitely, would recommend to a friend or family member.

Been coming to Honda for years now! Nothing better than a reliable Honda car and the service the sales department gives. They are so friendly and so informative of your options. Jay was able to assist me and showed great customer service. He was pleasant and so patient in explaining my options and work hard to find me a great deal. He was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely come again and ask for Jay for any of my car needs! He is awesome.

Where do I start? First, let me talk about the Sales Person Amine. As soon as I met him I got the feeling that I'm in good hands. He went above and beyond showing me multiple cars and explaining all the options available. He gave me a white glove experience without rushing me to make any decision. He gave me a service above how I would like to receive it.

Then comes the turn of the Manager Alex (Aleixey). Alex was amazing and give me a smooth purchasing experience. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what it take to make me a happy client. If you ever walk into this dealer, I highly recommend asking for both Amine and go shake hands with Alex. They have me as a client for life!

I brought my Honda Civic in. I had Matt as as Advisor and he was great. He was able to hear me state what was the issues with my car, he explained the service that will be done and stated that they will check for other things. I liked how this site has text message stating list of issues with my car. Matt was able to explain every diagnostic issue with my car and listed the importance of what she be taken care of.

I appreciate his patience in walking me through it. He was able to set up a complimentary Lyft ride to my destination for work. I even got a complimentary car wash which was great. Thanks so much for the hospitality Matt!

The employees at Honda McGovern are always so pleasant! They are very helpful and are always willing to answer your questions. I was there recently for some routine maintenance and I brought my dog with me, she's a Pitt so I was sure they would even let her in the door. Well, low and behold, you would have thought SHE was there to buy a car! She got more attention than I did! Also, while I was there, I heard this bell ring and everyone cheering.

I asked what it was all about and my salesman, John Fitzpatrick informed me that someone had bought a car. I told him that I didn't get to do that when o bought my car about a year ago. So he asked if I wanted to ring them and of course I did! I went over, rang the bell and everyone in the whole place cheered! I love the new owners and how the establishment is run now but, it would not be what it is with the employees that work there! They give that establishment character!

Kenny banks was the sales person taking care of me on the purchase of my first brand new car and he was extremely nice and made the entire process simple. He's a kind outgoing man who enjoys what he does and interacting with people. I look forward to working with him again if I find myself looking for another car in the future.

Loved the experience of my new 2022 Honda Pilot. Former Nissan customer for many years. I can't believe how nice the Honda Pilot drives. The staff were awesome. Easy and fast switch of cars. I will be back again and certainly will refer my family and friends. Thank you and Happy New Year

We were at the McGovern Honda Of Boston to purchase an car. We were greeted immediately by Paul Watson at the reception. He made sure that we felt comfortable at the dealership as he took the pains to show us around. He was well trained at his job and this was evident as he guided us through the long line of cars available there. I must accept that this was certainly my best car purchasing experience.

The car salesman was patient enough to not only educate us about the pros and cons of each car. He was also very helpful in answering every question we had. These days, car salesmen are merely concerned with making money but, a salesman like Paul Watson delivers on his promise of offering incredible service. I went here to get a new car for myself, not knowing much about cars I was nervous, but when I met with John Fitzpatrick I was at ease! He was super helpful and extremely attentive. He assured me he was going to pick the best car for me and my needs, and he did just that! I am so happy with my new Honda and I am so grateful for John! If you're looking to buy any car you have to go and talk to John he really made it all easy and is very funny which lightens up the appointment and makes it fun! 10/10 experience!
