Very nice and honest folks. They took a look at the issue and gave me some good advice even though they didn't have the part I needed.

I love this place and I'm sad to see it leave whenever it does. Which is going to be in the near future. All the other buildings have already been tear it down for the evacuation of medical industry. I will miss u

They've always had every used part that I wanted for my old car. Also the guys behind the desk or pretty nice people. And it's never usually a long waiting period. I'm sure going to miss these guys.

They were able to get a new tire on my car in no time at all! Everyone was so nice and very professional. Upfront about the cost and it was well worth it.

I cannot say enough nice things about Nissenbaums. I have recycled numerous vehicles here and replaced many a tire, and gotten all the replacement parts I could ask for. Ecology, economy, and good common sense!

I came here to get a new tire about two months ago. I have a Toyota so they needed to use a special key that comes with the car to unlock the tires. I assumed they had returned it to the location in the storage part of the trunk. Unfortunately when I went to use it a month later to get my tires rotated, it wasn't there. I came back to the shop to inquire and all they could tell me was they didn't find one there. I now have to pay to get a new one from Toyota.

Really friendly staff, great prices for parts, and they have almost any part for any car. If you can't find it somewhere else, Nissenbaum's will have it. I am lucky enough to have this place nearby!

I got tires bought on tire racks installed here. The tires were delivered directly to the shop on Thursday, i brought the car over in Saturday morning and the tire were installed while I waited. The shop is nice, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will give them my business again in a blink. Great experience here!

I needed a car transmission for a photography project. Al Nissenbaum asked me how much I would be willing to spend and I told him. I picked out a Subaru transmission and differential. The price he charged me was 1/2 of what I was willing to pay. He is a decent guy.

If you love the smell of used/new tires and classic rock, Nissenbaum auto parts is the place for you. They got everything. Friendly people, was in and out within 20 mins with a used tire. Saved a boat-load of money, and couldn't be more happier!

Awesome auto salvage yard, very friendly. I live far and the owner was willing to hold my part for me until I could make the trip there. That's great customer service. I would go there again.

They asked $100 for a used and moderately scratched bumper cover, while a new one costs $60 online with free shipping.

They have the largest selection of the junkyards on their block, but they'll try and gouge you on prices for even the smallest of parts. Allen tried to charge me a 20x markup on a simple part that I had to go pull myself. Know what you should be paying, and if you don't like the price, you're probably right - just walk away.

I found this website online when searching for a used sideview mirror for my car. I completed their parts search online and it said that they did have my part, new, for $57.94. I called and explained this to the man who promptly asked if I had been quoted a price. I knew then that trouble was brewing. After placing me on hold for 5 minutes, he came back and said that they did not have the part.

They would have to order it from their other location and that the cost for a new one would be $75. I told him that this is not what the parts searcher online had given me. He said that the new one I saw listed was at another location and that he could have it for me in two days. I asked him why he was quoting me a price that was $20 more, he could not respond. I told him that it was ridiculous and that I would look elsewhere. Not ok to try and rip people off.

This is a pretty good and well organized junk yard. Their prices are a little higher, but they go and get the part for you and hand it to you over a counter, where some of my other junkyard experiences have involved climbing all over rusty wrecks in order to find the part I was looking for already stripped. They are really friendly too.

Nissenbaum's was really helpful! I needed a used tire for a car I won't be driving for much longer. They charged me $30 for the tire and $15 for putting it on. They were friendly, quick, and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Well organized, friendly, very approachable. Knew which used parts they had that I needed for my 95 honda accord and had the new parts for the used parts they didn't have.

I think I was duped! Seriously! I called for a used part of an old car about an hour before I went there to pick it up. When I got there, the owner said it was sold and they do have a new one instead of an old used one which is what I wanted and willing to pay for. They internet would've been a cheaper option for a new part, but since I was there I ended up getting it out of convenience. 'Wonder if it's all in their plan.

I CAN'T really vouch for that.but seem a bit sketchy, no? Word of advise! Make sure when you call for a specific part and if they say they have it, ask them to hold it for you.and if they can't.hmmmm.something to think about. Three stars because they were friendly and accessable. Good luck with your hunt! :

Welcome to that side of Cambridge Street I like to call sketchville, that point just past the respectable businesses where I wouldn't want to meet any of the street prawlers on a dark night. But, I digress. The point is, that tucked among this shadiness is a helpful and affordable used car parts shop called Nissebaum's. They have everything and fix your car in a friendly, efficient way. Glad I found these guys.
