Cornerstone Mitsubishi has proven to be extremely reliable, honest, helpful, and truly excellent to work with on car purchasing or leasing. We had used other car dealers in the past, but once we found Cornerstone it was clear we found the perfect car dealership. It starts with the boss, Bill Cimino, and everybody else he works at Cornerstone. It feels like you are buying/leasing a car from a family member.

They truly help figure out the best options and then make all parts of the transaction easy and clear. Cornerstone has been amazing anytime we've needed any service, making it easy to schedule. When we've had a lease ending, Cornerstone has always made it simple to complete the return and has helped us negotiate with Mitsubishi on our credits and rebates. And, during Covid 19, Cornerstone took extra steps to assure our safety. Bill Cimino and Cornerstone Mitsubishi are a uniquely professional and customer friendly car dealership.

It seems as though every year the dealership gets a little worse. Trying to get my 30k service booked, I've been delayed/pushed off twice before getting it in this last time. Then, at the last minute, they tell me they need my car for 24+ hours for the battery testing (the whole reason I booked the service). Unable to accommodate this, and never informed of this before, I declined the battery service. I was essentially charged over $400 for nothing worthwhile to be performed apart from an oil change. I'm not coming back.

Mitsubishi motors corporate sucks at communications and updates regarding parts coming from Japan. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Total lack of communication from the corporate office - I understand that this is not the dealer problem. I am so turned off Mitsubishi that not only I will never buy another car from them, I will blog and tell ALL my friends how bad of a company it is. Very disappointing-shame on Mitsubishi Corporate. I left two voicemails the same day as my appointment when my car died and no one has called me back. I find it hard to believe that the timing was just so perfect that my battery, alternator, and belt would all go hours after I pick my car up from getting work done.

Words cannot express how impressed and delighted my entire family was with the team at Cornerstone. We purchased a pre-owned Outlander for my teenager. From the initial test drive and financial discussion to the final detailing and sign offs, Cornerstone was simple to work with, very transparent, easy to trust, and friendly. Even my clueless teenager noticed their excellent service.

I have bought at least ten cars in my life and I will definitely return for my next purchase. Thank you all for making this the best car buying experience I have ever had. You have changed my opinion of car dealers.

I usually love going here but my last experience with them was a little awkward. I was the only one wearing a mask in the service department and as I was waiting for my car the mechanics and a customer decided it was time to trash talk wearing masks. I understand everyone has different opinions about it but I felt as though it was rude and inappropriate to disregard that fact that I was sitting 10 ft away from them. Wear a mask/don't wear a mask, I don't care but just be mindful of others.

My husband and I bought our latest Mitsubishi from Josh Roberts and we couldn't be happier! Joshua provided excellent customer service and made the sales process seamless. The absolute highlight of our experience was the Finance Manager, Rick Roberts. We followed him here from another dealership because he was the ONLY person we trusted to help us.

Not only did we get his wonderful, caring personality but received superb service. He made sure we got the very best deal and, when we had a family emergency, he even had our car delivered to us. We will go anywhere he is to buy a car. Thank you, Rick, Josh and Cornerstone for a phenomenal experience!

Will not be returning to cornerstone. So dissatisfied, I dropped off my vehicle to have it serviced because it wouldn't start. They ran a diagnostic on it for well over a few days. It had been days with no one even checking in to let us know it was being looked at. Every single time over the duration of the 2 weeks my car was there, I had to call to get an update on the vehicle.

It was during the week of Christmas, it's the simple fact no one reached out. I would've been completely understanding if they just called to let us know they were busy. Instead it just kept getting put off. Then I was given two alternatives in repairing the vehicle and was told they needed to order a part. Here's the kicker I was specifically told we would NOT have to pay for the part if the repair didn't work, which it didn't. Looking over the bill what did I get charged for a part that I was promised I wouldn't be charged for.

Meanwhile I had asked to have the sales Dept.look over the car to give us a valuation if it had any at all. We were looking to use it as a trade in if possible and made it pretty clear we were interested in purchasing a car from them. We didn't want to spend anymore money fixing the old car. It was there for 2WEEKS not one person from sales reached out. All and All I'm glad we didn't purchase a car from this company. Horrible, complete lack of communication.

The customer experience is the focus at Cornerstone Mitsubishi, as it should be. The entire staff could not be more courteous. Through the years they have earned my trust. When they tell me it is time for a specific service, it is not for their bottom line.but my safety. As a long time customer, let's just say that they take care of me.

Rude, unprofessional. The sales man X calls me @1:43 PM 12/6/21 (call took 33 second) to see if we were still interested as we could not agree upon a price. I advised him kindly we have purchased another another SUV and are no longer were interested. He shockingly asks me oh you found a Pilot for $478 a month in a mocking way like I making it up and then he straight up asked me to bring it by so he can verify the car I got for 478 a month.

Then hangs up on me when I am advising I am not comfortable with that comment. Like are you kidding me. Such arrogance, okay we could not agree on price and that's why we shop around and this dealership claims to be family owned but acts like bullies and will call you to mock you if you do not buy a car with them. no value here. Maybe the sales man who called me today sees this so he knows that what he said and did is not acceptable behavior.

Jane is WONDERFUL! She was extremely informative. Being a young female, it's typical that people in this industry try and rip me off. Not at this Mitsubishi dealership. I couldn't speak more highly about this place. If my family didn't live on Long Island, I would recommend this place to them as well!

I called multiple Mitsubishi dealerships about getting work done on my car and they all told me they couldn't see me for at least a week. Your dealership took me the next day, provided a temporary vehicle (which I was not expecting), and car was fixed early the next day. You were so thoughtful and I could not have asked for a better experience. Even though you are not the closest dealership to me, I totally will be going back!

Everyone there was great. Arielle went out of her way on multiple occasions to make sure my needs were met! I would highly recommend purchasing from this family operated facility. They are kind and compassionate and you don't feel like you're being forced to buy a car. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone is always so wonderful and welcoming here. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit, which is strange for me, personally, to say about a car dealership and having to get my lease worked on, but I genuinely really love the people who work here and always have a great time chatting with everyone. The guys in the auto shop are especially friendly and sweet, will hopefully see you all again next time!
