They were initially very rude to me about the rapid charging station. I was told I had to pay for it, when I tried to pay it did not work. Then I was told I needed some sort of membership from Nissan, I spoke with several Nissan representatives from consumer affairs to the Leaf department to Nissan Connect. No information about this rfid card exists.
I'm pretty sure they lied because when I started calling Nissan, they changed their attitudes, and suddenly acted like they didn't know anything about it or how it worked at all. As a Nissan Leaf owner. I've been to many Nissan dealerships to charge my car. Part of the deal when you buy one is you can charge at any participating dealership. If you have a high speed chademo charger, Nissan Leaf owners are supposed to be able to use it. Seems like they have set the high speed charger up to make sure no one can use it.
I've dealt with dealerships not repairing their high-speed charging stations, because they don't really care about Nissan Leaf owners. However, this is the first time a Nissan dealership has intentionally discouraged me.

The best car buying experience I've ever had! Everyone were super friendly, patient and helpful. They were forthcoming and honest about pricing and stuck with their no hidden fees motto! Even after the sale, Grubbs Nissan followed up to check on me to see if I needed further assistance. Best decision made to come here to buy my car!

The service department at Grubbs Nissan is truly exceptional! For over 30 years, their technicians have provided regular maintenance and necessary repairs for our Nissans. Jeff, our long-time service advisor, is extremely knowledgeable and always takes good care of us. Their staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Grubbs for service as well as new car sales. We have purchased or leased about 15 vehicles from them and have never been disappointed.

Wes was super nice and very helpful when I first arrived. He immediately pulled the car up for me to look at and was very thorough on showing me all the cars features. Steven was the most honest Sales Manager I have ever come across at a dealership. He was very personable and continuously checked on me throughout the whole process of buying a car. Li was great and made the whole finance process quick and easy. Overall, a wonderful experience. I will be referring all I know.

Our 2nd vehicle purchase from Grubbs. Love my new Nissan Kicks! We requested Edgard Viera as our sales person again and were happy to know that Thao Nguyn was still in finance. Thank you also to Steve Morrell in management for making the deal we wanted work for us. The whole experience was very positive! Great people!

Went to Grubbs Nissan last night to look at a 2022 Nissan Sentra with hopes of buying it. Abraham Sanchez was our salesman and was SUPER helpful and assisting from the beginning to the end. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to answer every question we had with ease and made sure my family & I had a wonderful experience.
The car was almost everything I was looking for and he was able to provide suggestions on the things that the car didn't include. If you are ever needing a car, I suggest going to Grubbs Nissan and seeing Abraham!

Yesterday, I went to Grubbs Nissan with the intention of purchasing a 2022 Nissan Kicks. Well, guess what? I left with a Nissan Kicks and in the color I really wanted. My salesperson was Christopher Allen; he was very knowledgeable about the Kicks, and he listened to my wants. I was extremely impressed. He was very professional, patient, and easy to work with.
I met a few other staff members who were all very attentive and nice. I did my research before going in there, and Grubbs was definitely in alignment with my research. Excellent and comfortable experience with the staff, from Christopher in sales to Amir in financing. I purchased a car from Grubbs in 2017; that experience was awesome then, too. It's refreshing to know they still have amazing customer service. If you need a car, I highly recommend you check out Grubbs, see Christopher if possible, and tell them Toni Kirkendoll referred you!

I just moved to Texas with no family no friends and unexpectedly needed a new car asap. My dad contacted the dealership and got in touch with Usman who responded promptly! He sent pictures of the car and scheduled me to come in. As soon as I arrived we test drove the car and he did everything in his power to get me a deal and payment on the car. He had the car detailed and fueled up as I waited in finance where I was assisted by Thao. Honestly Usman and Thao were so helpful and I trust them to buy a car again in the future. I love my car so much! And so grateful for their help in finding me a new ride.

Sal helped me with my Nissan Rogue and it was determined that my battery need to be replaced. He was very nice, informative and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the time he spent in answering all of my questions and showing me a few of the features on my car that I wasn't aware of at the time. I am also thrilled that my car was washed and vacuumed! What a great surprise!

Let's start by I bought a car from Grubs Nissan 14 months ago and have had to go back to them 3 different times for things that were wrong. The car drives nice and it is as nice looking car there was just some problems with the rims and a Jack handle was missing. So when I took it back I also showed them that the battery had corrosion on the cables I asked for that to be cleaned.
And it was not. I started having problems with the car starting and I wasn't sure what it was, I did think it was the battery which I was right. All I had to do was put cables on it and it would start right up. So I called Grubbs made an appointment to have it checked and sure enough it was the battery they said that one of the cells was dead.
Also they told me that it wasn't even the correct battery that was in it in the first place, so I had to have the battery replaced which was $191. So after I got home I just wanted to see what the battery looked like I lifted up my hood and took a look and the cables and they still had corrosion on them. Which I thought they would've been cleaned since they were putting a brand new battery in it. Called Grubbs and asked why the cables were not cleaned and they told me that, that was not included and that it would cost me $36.99 to have that done after I just got done paying $191.00 for a new battery.
I just don't understand why they would not have cleaned the cables. So for me I feel that Grubbs sucks when it comes to customer service. Just thought I would let everybody know that if you go there to have anything done make sure you ask questions or you will get screwed. I just didn't think I would have to ask if the cables would be cleaned or not I just figured that they would've cleaned them like I explained before with getting a new battery. But apparently not.

Be aware of Grubs Nissan. HIGE SCAM DEALERSHIP! My wifes car is 5yrs old now and grubs is offering a 3 Day sale of $3,000 over blue book for your trade and end of the year rebates on 2019s. Ok sounds good lets get her in a new car. I texted getting all the info before I drove all the way out there. WELL its all just BS. To start the price of the vehicle shows online $22870 msrp rebated down to FINAL PRICE $18,588.
While I was there they went back and changed the onling price to $19,500 and came back showing me the stock number and price on the mangers phone. Luckily I took a screen shot before I went up there at the $18,588. Then proceeded to tell me that the vehicle has $2700 of accessories on it. "Ok bring me one that has no accessories on it" he said ALL of their cars have $2,700 of accessories on them.
Then tried to show me the fine print that states that but couldnt find it stating he is just not good at using his phone. So now the $18588 car is actually $21,288 which is damn near msrp on a 2020 and its a 2019! THEN came the trade. Advertising $3000 over blue book. Well thats all false advertising as well they offered me $500 LESS then 2 different dealers quoted me already.
I can not believe in this day and age of social media and online information a dealership can still get away with such false advertising and still be in business.
