Booked service 2 days ahead of time and Audi of Grapevine worked me in. 70000 mile service and inspection was quick and efficient. The customer lounge isn't as nice as Audi of Oklahoma City, but OKC would have taken 2 weeks to get seen. Everyone was courteous and professional. Worth the drive from Lawton!

The service department is not great. Paid to have my car fixed here. Didn't actually fix the problem. Told me to come back and they would fix it again for more money. No one here will follow up with you. Ended up taking it to Audi Dallas to get it fixed.

I have used Audi service in Grapevine multiple times in the past. They have always had good service but not great. I brought my car back yesterday and had another less than excellent experience. When I got there, the service person I was assigned to was multitasking while I talked with him. He was on hold with someone and was very rushed with me. There was no estimated time given to me, just how much the cost would be.

I dropped my car off at 7:30 in the morning. I had not contact whatsoever. I called at 1:30 and waited on hold for about 5 minutes before someone answered. They told me that they were really just schedulers and could not give me a status. She said that she called the service area in Grapevine but no one answered the phone. She said she would ask someone to call me shortly.

I waited an hour and I had no contact. I called again and waited on hold for 5 minutes. Got the same answer. However, this person said that they would include management in their request for a call back to me because "that usually gets their attention.". I did get a text about 30 minutes later saying that they had not forgotten about me. Further, that he would get back to me with a status.

Another half hour went by before I got an ETA on my car. If Audi was s able to give loaner cars, this would have been ok. However, not having any car made this more annoying. I have been to the local BMW and Lexus dealers and their service is noticeably better.

Excellent service performed. Called and appointment was scheduled, they greeted us quickly, showed us to waiting area, and started performing routine oil and maintenance inspection. It was done prior to commitment time, they also handled a recall that I forgot to mention and presented me with my cleaned serviced vehicle. Appreciate their time and service to the customer as they demonstrated their appreciation to customer service. Thanks!

From the very start of my interaction with Rene Laurel my experience with Audi was again tops! Rene genuinely had the best interest of me and my car in mind as he listened to me describe to the best of my ability observations that needed to be checked out on my car in addition to the regular 65K checkup. He communicated with me clearly what the issues might be and as the day progressed he kept me informed about the results of the diagnostics. Rene gained my trust through excellent suggestions.

I had an urgent need to have my Q7 serviced on a short notice, priority basis and Audi Grapevine stepped up. My wife had to make an out of town trip and the car required work to ensure a worry free trip. I was able to schedule and have the work completed in just a few hours. Joe Brodrick was my service advisor. He is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and highly professional. Joe provided the information and advice that I needed to make sound, economical decisions. The bottom line -- if you need service on an Audi vehicle, entrust it to Audi Grapevine.

This was my second time getting my car service at this location. The experience was handle with care and professionalism. While the car was out of service for longer expected, they made sure that I was kept up to date on things that was happening with the car. The service advisor was attentive and paid great detail to the customer satisfaction. I will be a return customer for future services

First time with Audi Grapevine Service, very helpful to get my car in next day after a bad non-Audi oil change. The team quickly detailed my car after inspecting oil levels, plugs and exhaust to ensure no damage from the over fill of oil. Took great care of me as a first time client, I'll be back.

My experience at this location was very unpleasing, I felt like I wasn't a priority. The salesman showed no interest in selling me a car, he couldn't even tell me about the car i was interested in. I asked him to tell me about the Q8 while we where test driving it, explain it's features and he said it's pretty self explanatory and proceeded to talk about something else irrelevant.

He literally didn't show me anything about the car. When we got back to talk about the prices he wasn't trying to sale me car he had something more important to deal with in the back and asked me to wait for about 15mins. I wasn't offered a beverage or anything. After about 7mins I got up and left. He called and apologized but I was over it. I found a SQ8 somewhere else and although I live not far from the grapevine location I probably won't even come there for service.

Horrible experience here with the Service Department. No text messages, no call when the car was ready. Couldn't find our Audi Care program that was purchased for over $1000. Called service manager who assigned top guy to help us, but he's the one who couldn't seem to text or call! Called Benson back 4 hours ago, still no call back. Take your Audi somewhere else! Customer service is paramount in today's market, I wouldn't have purchased an Audi had I known this was the service we would receive.

I have a small sensor issue. I took it into the dealership they were very quick and timely about getting it replaced and charge me only the time that they used did not even charge me for a full hour of service. Kept me well-informed it was very easy to deal with. Benson was my service writer and his team was wonderful

This was the first visit to this location to service my Q7. Everyone looked very professional as soon as I entered the service center. They took care of every thing that were needed to be done and Audi care took care of all the payments. It is worth the money for the Audi care. The facility is very nice and clean. Everyone followed the COVID-19 protocol. Alto Rides were provided while pick up and drop off. I loved it and recommend it to anyone.

Annual maintenance - can't think of anything they could have done better. My wife really liked that her name appeared on the screen as she pulled into the service bay. Text updates were great, online payment made it easy.

Set up an appointment to test drive a used 2011 Subaru Outback that Audi had on their dealership website. I was told that I could come by at 9am to test drive. When I got there, I was greeted which was nice. Minutes later the manager told me that the car sold over the weekend and asked if there was anything else they could interest me in. I said no.

Then another salesperson said that they had a few other options in my price range. I asked if any of them were Subaru Outbacks or Foresters--she said no and apologized. No interest regarding the trade-in form I filled out and took pictures of. No regard that I drove 2 hours to come see this car. Pointing me to a sister dealership or looking for some other options on the spot might have been nice too.

If a car sells over the weekend, maybe don't allow your system to let me set up a test drive the day before? Just a possible solution and headache saver. That's why this is "could've been better." It was a waste of my time and communication could've happened this morning--phone call perhaps to let me know that the car wasn't available, rather than waiting on me to try and sell me something else.

Really positive experience taking the Q7 in for service. First, my Service Advisor, Chris Zamora, did an excellent job explaining the process and setting realistic expectations. Multi-point inspection was done a few weeks before the holiday and was simply waiting for a new fuel injector to be delivered. The part arrived and another appointment was made to complete the install.

I dropped the Q7 off around 7:30am and received a call from Chris letting me know that the vehicle was ready by noon. I was busy, so he worked with his peers to have the Q7 delivered to my wife's place of business! Thanks, Audi Grapevine, for your attention to detail when it comes to customer service.

On Jan 21st 2021 I came to Audi Grapevine dealership to test drive a 2020 Honda Civic EX-L. The car was preowned and had only 3000 miles I spoke with Patrick Scanlon about this car to get more information. After the test drive Patrick and I started to negotiate the price. Even though I did not have the intention to purchase the car on that day, because it was late in the day, after talking with Patrick and discussing price options we agreed on a good price with all the taxes and fees included. NOTHING EXTRA.

The first quote he showed me had different options, from 48 to 72 months and $5000-$7000 down. I chose $7,000 down and 48 months, making my monthly payment about $500-$520 by that quote. After I waited for an hour and the half, I was finally called into the finance department, where John gave me the extended warranty options without explaining what it is, without saying that it is optional or that it would be an additional cost.

There were 4 or 5 different warranty options listed as total monthly car payments. I specifically asked him if there will be an additional cost for the warranty, he said "this will be your total payment on the car" pointing to the cost for each plan. I repeated my question, if it will be additional to the car payment and he replied "no, that will be your total car payment" not directly answering my question for the second time.

After I reviewed the warranty options and payments, I saw that the last option had the same amount as Patrick and I agreed to, $502, as on the first quote. All other warranty options had higher amount of monthly cost so that is why I thought that the last option does not include anything extra, thinking that the last warranty option is a basic plan and its free.

Because of this visual confusion I was forced to select the last warranty option without even knowing that I just signed up for the extended warranty that cost me an extra $4,808, and John never said that it was optional. I started to sign all the documents ten minutes before the dealership closes and it was kinda quick, not to mention that I had already been there for two hours.

I felt rushed. John did not go over the documents explaining what the monthly cost would be, APR, sales tax or if there are any fees. Completely ignored the fact that my bill has extended warranty charges or what my total loan amount is. I was trying to figure out on my own what documents say but like I said, I was rushed because they were closing.

When I got home, I noticed that my contract had extended warranty charges. It is sad to realize that even though Audi Specialists were nice and professional I still got tricked. After a little research I learned about Payment Packing. Payment Packing - is artificial inflation of a monthly payment in a first quote to make customer see the numbers (in my case it was $500), and then sell extra products with same monthly amount as customer already saw (in my case it was $500). Conclusion: After checking my credit score Patrick came back with a paper that showed all the numbers.

I chose 48 months, $7,000 down. The payment supposed to be about $500 a month without anything extra, just: * Vehicle Selling price * Sales Tax * Fees (that can't be removed) Now its $500 but with additional extended warranty that cost me extra $4,808. They created an empty buffer zone in the first quote so they can add some paid products after, and trick customer into thinking it is not an extra charge.

I contacted dealer and asked to cancel this extended warranty, hopefully it will be canceled, and this situation will be sorted. But either way, I do not recommend Audi Grapevine dealership

I have had fabulous service so far. It's easy to schedule an appointment online. Once you arrive, you are greeted promptly and offered a nice waiting area with a full coffee and snack bar. I love that Audi offers a carwash when you drive in as well. Weekdays they have a nice bagel spread and Saturdays they have Chic Fil A. The cleanliness of the waiting room and restrooms are very impressive. I will continue to bring my car here and recommend Grapevine Audi to all my friends and family.
