I purchased a certified preowned BMW 530e 2019 from this dealership back in October 2021 from the sales person Patrick Knutson. I am having so many issues and no body from the dealer is responding. The tires were in bad condition with bald edges when I first purchased the car and they refused to change it when I complained. They deliberately placed the bad tires in the rear so the bold edges don't show from outside.
After four months the same tires suddenly got ripped and went flat when I was driving in the highway. I had to pay more than $1000 to replace the tires! Also, I didn't receive my spare keys for the car until now! Mr. Knutson said he will ship it to me but I have not received it because they shipped it to a wrong address! I complained to the general manager Robert Murray and he didn't answer.
The car also came without a manual guide. The car is certified and I am having to deal with so many issues. This has been the worst experience ever. I don't recommend dealing with this fraudulent dealership.

This is my first BMW and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I placed my order back in late Dec with Mary, she was very helpful and professional. I had checked pricing at another dealer, Ferman definitely had better pricing for the same package. She kept me posted about my car and The entire process was painless and easy. Outstanding Experience. My wife and I had been looking for a very specific car, and only a few on the east coast were available. Tammy took amazing care of us. She answered all my questions, sent me a plethora of extra pictures, and even a video of the car since we were over 1000 miles away. She had the finance manager reach out and we were able to get all the paperwork done beforehand.
She picked us up from the airport and brought us to the dealership. Rarely is buying a car this pleasurable and I highly recommend Tammy and the team at Ferman (and Joe's bad jokes were welcome). Would buy from here again.

Went to Ferman to find out the status on the new IX. They had a demo that I was interested in. Unfortunately, it was spoken for and someone had put down a deposit. In typical dealer fashion, in order to move forward a manager has to get involved (Brian). Brian told me lead times were approximately a year. I challenged him - another dealer told me that builds from December were on the way and trending 6 months.
I shared that with Brian, and he responded in a very condescending way - if they can get an IX in 6 months, I should go buy the car from the other dealer - We left!. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ironically, I bought an X3M40i from Ferman 3.5 years ago and was going to trade. Now they lose the trade and a new purchase.

I been going to Ferman BMW for 12 years, every time I purchased a car from them is a great experience. They go out off the way to help with my choice of car. The same with the service department always been very pleasant and if I had any problems with any of my car wish is really not often at all, is taking care. Once they took my car in on a Friday and then said they couldnt get to it until Monday so i had to rent a car. You can schedule to go in immediately but that doesnt mean they actually have room. They found an expensive issue that was "soon" going to be a problem. They sold me an oil service agreement for $200 then two different people told me i couldnt cancel it. 5 page agreement for two oil changes! And it says right in agreement that it can be cancelled. Hate them

Worst dealership ever. Lied to me multiple times about my car not having the speed limiter at 125mph. Was supposed to be limited at 155mph. They take your money and lie to you. Once you are done with the sale they could care less about anything you want. The service department is horrible as well. Triple the cost of most repairs done else where. They will also fix things that aren't broken and leave what was broken, broken.
The head manager will act nice to your face but will not ever return calls and will completely ignore any wrong doing they have done. They delivered the wrong car and they are completely incompetent greedy scum.

Amazing people that work here that are very knowledgeable with what they do. The client advisors are an amazing working team to make sure my car was built the way I want and came in a decent time. The managers are very helpful and don't beat around the bush at all. Definitely a hard working family derived business.

Looked for weeks for the car I had hopes for. Happened upon the right one, with (literally) everything I had hoped for in my first car, and it was only available at Ferman. I submitted an inquiry on the vehicle and I received a swift response on its a availability. Dealership was beautiful, clean and a great place for "Car people". Thomas Berges was my salesman, he made it a painless and even an enjoyable experience for my first time purchasing a car.
He worked with me and explained the process very well. A couple days later, I was pulling out of the dealership in my first personally owned vehicle! It was a pleasure working with the folks at Ferman BMW.

Excellent service. The work was completed on time. When I returned to pick up my car, it was washed and ready for me. The service staff was very polite, the waiting area was very comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. I won't hesitate to use Ferman BMW for service and I highly recommend Ferman to anyone needing service on their BMW or to buy a new BMW

Let me start by saying, I was an employee here and that's the position this review speaks from. This dealership is easily the most unprofessional place I have ever been. Most people here are not good people, they will lie straight to your face for personal benefit with zero regard for your wellbeing. Management is the heart of the problem here, they are extremely toxic and evil individuals. Ferman BMW is a cesspool of criminals and degenerates overrun by greed.
They employ drug-addicts and cover for them, they steal money from other employees constantly and hush anyone who has a problem. Don't come here, go to Fields BMW in Lakeland or Reeves BMW in Tampa instead. Ferman BMW has zero redeemable qualities and I regret my time there.

We recently went back to Ferman to buy a user car for our daughter preparing to head off to college. We had bought a new 2022 X3 and they had several used cars we were interested in. Several of the cars we initially looked at they gave us realistic feedback on them and asked us to wait for their more detailed inspections could be completed (cars are coming in and out fast in current market).
A couple cars we looked at that they determined were not up to their standards were sent to auction. We finally decided on two vehicles and the test drive / decision process was pretty smooth and was able to leave with the car shortly thereafter. We ended up getting a low mileage 2010 Camaro LT2 RS from them much to our daughter's delight! They even did some minor cosmetic repair at no cost to us. So far we are 2 for 2 at Ferman for both new and used vehicles and will be going back to them in the future and will recommend them to friends / family.

I can only say good things about this dealership Dave the sales manager great guy Scott in the financing was super great very thorough he explained everything and the sales guy Tyler was super great pick me up from the airport did everything I asked couldn't ask for a better dealership I highly recommend them and I would buy another vehicle from any time

Dont buy anything from here warning you now, i will never go to a ferman dealership again they will rip you off anyway they can for extra money. called for 4 days straight with not 1 call back left a ton of voicemails watch out guys! also they need to fire regina at the front desk very disrespectful. will have to drive down monday morning they are very lazy to give anyone a call back.

Employees in the parts department seem to not enjoy their jobs. In the three encounters I've had with them, two in person and one over the phone, all employees seem bothered by having to assist me. I had just purchased a new vehicle and wanted to purchase locking lug nuts. I called to see if they had them in stock and was immediately told to not buy them.
I insisted on getting them and they said they were in stock. I went in to purchase them and the employee immediately assumed I had lost the key and was upset he would have to order a replacement. I clarified I did not have them and wanted to buy them and he said to not do it because customers just lose them and no one steals tires anymore. I advised I was aware of the risk and wanted to purchase them.
I was told they would have to be ordered. When going to pick them up, I walked into the parts department and all employees were busy on the phone. I stood by for approximately 10 minutes and still was not acknowledged even after two employees had gotten off the phone. I advised I was here to pick up locking lug nuts and the employee huffed and stated he would need to see the lug nut on the car to figure out the key.
I explained I was purchasing them, and clarified I did not lose the key. He went on to complain about other customers always losing them and to not buy them. I said I understood and wanted to check out. The lug nuts were placed on the crowded counter and the employee didn't try to clear the large items out of the way. I paid for the lug nuts and the pile of items were falling while I tried to grab my items.

Setup an appointment to have my car serviced. Scheduler told me they had availability all day long. Made an appointment for 10am. The scheduler also informed me that this dealership doesn't have loaners for over two months out. Show up a few minutes early. Valet was polite and told me I had one person ahead of me and he excepts me to wait 5-6 minutes. 30 minutes go by, no one said a word to me, offered water or minimally an explanation why they were running behind.
I had to return to work and had to leave. Valet apologized and told me they were one man down and backed up. If this is how they treat new customers, I worry what the actual service on the vehicle would be like. I'll be going elsewhere where they value my time and pay attention to detail.

I switched from Reeves BMW to Ferman BMW because my friends and colleagues recommended quality of service they had received! I have had my 2020 BMW m340i in the shop more than 6-7 times due to manufacturing issues and random noises and creeks the car makes. Today i got my vehicle back with my front carbon lip scratched and destroyed! I will update this writing after they fix the issues and damages to my vehicle!

Spent over 45,000 for a BMW from here and drove off the lot and hear bad noises from the backside window. My biggest concern was warranty when I purchased the vehicle and the sales person said they not only cover the entire vehicle but would give a bmw loaner. After waiting almost two weeks for a loaner and driving an hour and 30 min to Palm Harbor Fl to repair the car the dealership calls a local rental company to put me in a rentareck.
Not joking. busted up grill and ate up carpet like a hungry animal ate the carpet. I'm asking baby Jesus to please get me home safe now! This is not cute and I would NEVER buy a car from this place again!

Well I sat there for about 3 1/2 hours for them to just come tell me that they ordered the wrong part and the part that I actually needed was hundreds of dollars more after I thought they were going to come say it was finished. Then said they were going to wash my car and I would be able to leave soon after and then my service person or whatever was literally nowhere to be found in my car was just sitting there so I just left and asked for my key from someone else definitely never going back I thought that I was paying extra for the service and I get better service going to a shit mechanic so.

If I could leave zero I would! This is the absolute last place I would ever buy a car from! Sales Mgr Mike Stanton is rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional with zero to no knowledge on selling cars! Reviews are helpful in this dire time when we need good, honest, reliable people to turn to. Not and I say very sincerely NOT this place! Do not buy a car from this dealer ever!

Rating for the service department only. I have always had good warranty service here, but I am always surprised at how good their prices are for tires. New BMWs mostly require expensive run flat tires, and I have used Ferman twice now because they were cheaper than the competition tire stores. But, I had the best experience last week when I went in with a screw in my very new tire.
Rather than just replaced it, they removed the screw, found no puncture to the inner tire, and sent me on my way. No charge. Even washed my car, too. Things like this make a dealer very trustworthy. They could have easily charged me $400 for a new tire--no questions asked. Thanks to Ferman, and my service advisor, Mike.
