This is about my experience Ordering my 2022 C8 LT3 Z51 Corvette! I must say that Tommy was a thrill to work with and Hector was amazing helping me get my dream car in my hands. Although waiting is very stressful, my updates were consistent and Tommy always answered my calls. We bought an awesome F250 and our Salesman Marckell Johnson was incredible. We were out of there with all the paperwork very fast and the financing person we work with was Ronald Whiting, he was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. We feel our overall experience is five stars highly recommend this dealership.

Well the vehicle is super and my salesman hunter was five star outstanding. Found my key they are mailing it now. I was able to find the owner of the vehicle through a jeep group and he says that he gave them two keys on trade-in but it doesn't look like anybody even bothered to look I'm sure it's sitting there but because it's a high-volume dealer it may or may not happen Crazy rate I have an 800 credit score and I ended up getting 4.5% I'm refinancing at 1.99 with Caribou Overall if they have the car that you need they're not bad Old dealership old BS tricks

By far one of the best dealerships I have been to. My experience started with the purchase of my car, both Mickey and Ron (along with the sales managers that were able to get me an AMAZING deal) made the entire process easy and stress free. Fast forward to my first service, in contrary to some of the negative reviews I have read on here the service department did nothing but deliver a great experience overall. This dealership knows what they are doing when it comes to customer satisfaction and I will definitely be back for all services or future car purchases.

Poor service, was given my car back with grease covering the steering wheel, shifter and driver door panel. Asked to have passenger front blinker bulb replaced, service writer tried to sell me a new daylight running lens and told me it would have to wait for the part to come in order to change my blinker bulb that they also do not have in stock. I explained to the service writer the lens is not in need of repair/replacement, just the bulb needs to be removed and replaced.
The service writer then tried to sell me a fog light which I also did not need. Service writer has no working knowledge of simple vehicle repair and is unable to recommend appropriate maintenance/repairs. Got four new tires mounted/ road force balanced and I guess it was too much trouble to wash the wheel or even remove the old wheel weight sticker foam/glue from the wheel after applying new wheel weights.
New tires were left with tire soap residue all over them(looks terrible). Paid for new valve stem seal kits and the old hardware was reused.so where is my new hardware? Called the service line multiple times and the operator advised, "I can not connect you to the service manager or the service writer, I was told to send everyone to voicemail." Bad form, shame on you. Although I can not afford a brand new Corvette, I do expect better service from the dealer when I bring my C5 in for service.

This dealership was great. After coming last night and just browsing, Ferman was responsive to my inquiries. They set up a time for me to come test drive, had the car ready and was no haggle. After test drive, Marckell was outstanding answering any questions and made the buying process seem less. We dont see ourselves purchasing any more vehicles any time soon but if we need to well certainly look here again. Thank you!

Rachel was amazing. She got me what I wanted. I came in with my two little ones and she not only helped me but showed them attention as well. From start to finish she answered all my questions and did her best to deliver excellent customer service. Not to mention I had been dealing with her for about a month and a half patiently waiting on my truck to arrive. The total experience was worth the wait. I'm in love with my truck. Thanks Ferman/Rachel. I look forward to making more deals in the future.

Update: My husband picked up the vehicle and the paint still isn't right. They've also oversprayed onto metal areas of the car that should not be painted. I have also noticed the paint on the door handle previously covered under a warranty repair is peeling off. I will not bring the car back a 4th time out of concern as to what issues will develop as they attempt to "fix" the problems. They've obviously done the best they know how. Sad.

So I started writing this review as I was stranded at the gas station. I just got my car back TODAY (for the second time I might add) and when I stopped to get gas my car wouldn't start after. The key would not turn in the ignition so I had to wait for rescue. Mind you, I NEVER had these issues prior to turning my car into Ferman Auto. I was in a car accident over a month and a half ago and they have had my car ever since.
I did get my car back two weeks ago from Ferman but there were multiple issues with their repairs. This caused me to return my car to them for another week. After Ferman having my car for a month, they would call to give me updates on when it would be done. They had changed the date 3 times, causing us to extend our rental which eventually turned into us paying out of pocket.
When I finally received my car from them, there was issues starting my car, and turning off my car. The ignition gets stuck now so it takes quite a few minutes to get the key out or to get the car started. Here is the list I made of the issues I had once they gave me my car back the first time - Two different paint colors Fenders popped out Scratches and tape marks on hood Hood was tight on right with a bigger gap on left side Gap on left feder Back drivers side fender wasn't aligned Gap in tail light Passenger side trunk on right was not aligned Back drivers side panel was popped out Battery terminal not connected tight Hard to turn off and start car Not painted fog lights Front end was vibrating while driving Missing lug nuts (which I had just had brand new tires put on a week prior to them receiving my car) They agreed to fix these things and gave us a rental for the week that they had to redo these repairs.
They constantly put the blame on others and have no accountability. The staff is extremely rude and they insinuated I was lying about different things. They had called my husband at 4pm this past Friday saying my car was complete and I could pick it up before 5:30pm. We informed them we wouldn't be able to bring the car by that time on such short notice.
They told us that was fine and that they would be there until 2pm the following day. I arrived there the next day at 1:30pm and no one was there, which was extremely annoying since I had to go out of my way. This caused me to wait until today to pick up my car. While they called my husband this morning, they told them they called and spoke to me on Saturday saying that I told them I would be there by noon which is a complete lie.
When I spoke to the manager today he said none of his staff would say that because they all know they close at 12pm on Saturday. So basically calling ME the liar when they never even spoke to me Saturday. The manager(s) have nothing to say other than I should "take my car to a Subaru dealership because it is no longer their problem". If you have the choice, please, PLEASE make sure you take your car elsewhere. I made the mistake of trusting them because my insurance recommended them. Save yourself the trouble.
