I visited many places with no luck. I walked in to Ferman and met Gheorghe. He was knowledgeable with NO pressure or sales pitch, just an honest, nice guy who obviously loves Jeeps. After looking for a year, I bought with him. I will definitely do business with him again and would highly recommend him. I got my first duck! Thank you Gheorghe!

Wonderful experience and beautiful new car! I can't thank them enough for how quickly and professionally they handled buying a new car. After getting the runaround from 100 places, I finally found Hannah! She got me my Jeep! The entire staff at this location are welcoming, honest, efficient, funny and so much more. I went over to Ferman with a very specific vehicle need for my business. I was out walking around the lot kicking tires when Pat, the salesperson, approached me to ask if I needed any help. We went inside and sat down at his desk where I explained to him what I was looking for, at which time he said "give me one moment, I'll be right back". He disappeared briefly, and returned with a beautiful black 2022 Ram 1500.
It wasn't the most expensive on the lot, but my first impression was 'wow'. He gave me the keys and off we went on a test drive. Now I did want to see other trucks when we returned because, although I really liked this truck, it was literally the only one we really got to check out thoroughly. So Pat took us around the lot, he explained all the different models and features, allowed us to get inside and explore, but he never once tried to upsell us as many of these other options were more expensive.
Long story short, Pat listened to me and my needs from the get go and that saved a ton of time because the truck he presented us initially was exactly what we needed. The truck is amazing and I am very happy with the experience I had.

My best experience ever buying a car! 22 Wrangler Rubicon, Salesman: Douglas Kiekintveld He Speaks the Jeep Language From the first minute Douglas, took excellent care of us. I am a picky customer and he had an answer for every question I posted. vehicle was impeccable and ready for our test drive and during the test drive again answered every single question I had.

I have to start by saying wow. I've been to 3 dealerships and Abs online dealership and it was Ferman that got the deal done the right way without making us settle. I had the most wonderful experience at this dealership. I was looking for a car for a few weeks and ended up getting in contact with Bruce Toro. He really was friendly, funny and made the process very easy and enjoyable. He didn't offer me cars out of my budget and made sure I was completely satisfied before I made my final decision! I'm happy to say I'm now the owner of a 2016 Lexus Nx200t and I couldn't be more ecstatic! Thanks Bruce and the finance team at Ferman, you all are great!

I've bought two vehicles from the Ferman, group of dealers, and unfortunately, it's always a dance at the Jeep dealer in Wesley Chapel. Today would have been three, but the web page is beyond misleading. I drove two hours to buy a Jeep Gladiator only to find a $3000 market adjust sticker on the window with another $995 added for about $220 in accessories.
When I presented the appraisal their very own web page generated, when I used their link, reflecting a $51,100 value for my trade they offered $44,000 instead, before coming to $45000, which is still nearly $3000 below even Fair Market Value. For the record, the trade is a one year old vehicle, with just 20k miles. It's condition meets the appraisal system's definition of excellent.
The manager's attitude was, "Well". I suppose it's my fault since I went back after my last experience. I bought my wife her Grand Cherokee on Fathers Day in 2021, and I allowed them to gouge the rate at 7.9%, accepting the refinance in 90 day dealer line of garbage. We have impeccable credit, and refinanced in 30 days, and I imagine they lost their kick back from Chrysler since we did not make 3 payments. That's how it works in case you weren't sure. I can't recommend Ferman. If you're not really aware, they're going to take you for a ride.

Our salesman Jeff Moreno greeted us quickly listened to us, and worked with us to get a the best deal. We closed pretty quickly with out a lot of the classic BS you find at most dealerships. We got the truck we wanted a 2022 Ram Big Horn Crew Cab. Very well equipped. They gave me a fair trade on my 2005 Dodge Dually. I would recommend Jeff and dealership.
