Nothing but good things to say! Everyone was great, especially our car salesman Calvin Goodwin. My parents and I agreed that he has been the best car salesmen that we have ever met. I had originally gone in to see a car I saw on their website but unfortunately by the time I got there it had already sold. I let Calvin know exactly what I was looking for in terms of price and we found the perfect car.
I ended up getting an even better car than I had originally anticipated! The whole process was super smooth and he took his time to explain everything to me in detail, especially due to this being my first time buying a car. He even put a bow on the car and came to take pictures with us! I definitely left feeling knowledgeable about my purchase and my new car! Rob Wilson in finance was also great, he explained all the add ons, such as the extended warranty and gap insurance very well.
I'm beyond happy he did because like I said it's my first time buying a car, and these are definitely things that are a necessity! I have already recommended Calvin and Crown Euro to all my co workers in the market for a new car and will continue to do so!

I bought a new Mercedes Benz at Crown last year, and the purchase experience was very good. Soon after purchase, I noticed a minor cosmetic issue that is a manufacturing defect, and called the service department. They said to bring it in any time, and they will take a look. I brought it in, and I felt completely invisible. Nobody in the service department greeted me or would even look at me.
One service guy said "excuse me" because I was apparently standing in his way. After about 20 minutes, I finally got someone's attention. They hastily looked at the problem and were completely dismissive, saying that I caused it. They said it is not covered under warranty and I could pay to have it fixed. It is now time for the first service on my new car, and I will be going anywhere but Crown!

I purchased a beautiful GLB 250 yesterday with excellent help from Victor in sales. He was perfect to deal with and was super attentive and professional. We had Brian Smith as sales consultant. First time we met he was very interested in our story and listen carefully. Gave all the right info and was not pushing at all. We returned 2 days later and got 2 test drives. Gave all the explanation we needed. Again, knowing that we would be in for a car, he was still very attentive and friendly, and we eat very much rejected and listened to. We finally came out with a more expensive vehicle that we first thought to buy, but the new GLK 350 is great. Great experience with Brian. Way to go Brian!

I don't know where to start- this dealership is one of a kind! I don't even live in Florida but after shopping over 20 dealerships I bought my car from Crown Eurocars. I had a seamless experience from start to finish. I flew down from a Atlanta with my husband and baby, and My salesman Karl-Eric picked us up from the airport and went the extra mile for us in every way possible.
I didn't even ask him for a ride but he insisted! Karl-Eric was so pleasant to work with, and he worked so hard for me to get the car I wanted with the exact specs and price point. With the inventory shortage is has been so hard to get cars and he not only found me a car that would get to me within a month but it had the exact specs we wanted! He kept me updated during the wait about where my car was and when it would be arriving to the port, processing center, and then hotlisted the car to get to the dealership quick.
He pulled a lot of strings for me to get it faster! Before making the trip down I told him I have a baby and I don't want to be sitting in the dealership for hours, and he called and assured me it would be a quick process. I was so nervous buying from out of state but as soon as I got there I saw my car at the front of the showroom with a big red bow, then walked straight to his office to sign some papers, and I was on my way in no time with my new ride. Joseph in the business office was so friendly and helpful too!
There was no high pressure sales tactics, no trying to add on things at the last minute, whatever we agreed on beforehand is what I got. I can't be happier and I will definitely make the trip back down for my next car too! Thank you Karl and the whole Crown team for the best car buying experience I've ever had!

I recently purchased a car from Crown Eurocars and the experience was good. Calvin, our salesperson, was personable and very helpful. Tony, the car tech guru, was awesome but the sales manager, not so much. We had an issue with our home address so the loan was a bit complicated. I can understand that the loan application details were a bit askew but to have a sale mgr. threaten to take a car from you numerous times and treat you in a condescending manner is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
My husband produced his W2 with the address we needed to complete the loan application but the sales manager said it wasn't enough proof.it's a federal document! Thank God a phone call cleared up that nonsense! Needless to say the exchange between him and my husband was nothing we have ever encountered at other dealerships. In the end I did purchase the vehicle and am extremely happy with it and I will return to Crown Eurocars in the future for another vehicle but I will never have my application and purchase completed by that particular sales manager.

You will not find a better car buying experience out there other than with Crown Eurocars. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Francisco (Frank) Vazquez in sales. A true gentleman in every way imaginable. He strives to make sure you're 110% happy, while other people will try to sell you whatever they have available, Frank will ensure you that your car is exactly the way you want it.

I just purchased my second vehicle at this dealership. Both times it was the easiest car buying process I have ever experienced. Everything was completed before I went into the dealership and I just had to sign papers. Mercedes' gave me great financing rates and the finance manager, Rob, really helped Get me gray financing both times. Zoltan was professional and very friendly. I will buy all my vehicles here!

On Dec. 22 when I brought my car for an oil change, Bruno my advisor pointed out that tires should be replaced in a near future. I asked about how long will it take, he said about two and a half hours. I scheduled it for Dec 31 at 8 am so the car should be done by the noon.the worst case scenario. I brought my car at 7:50 and asked about shuttle I already scheduled.
I was told that Uber will take me home!? At 11 am I texted Bruno asking if the car is done, he said not yet. At noon I texted he said it will be done at 2pm! I had a personal appointment at 1 pm, luckily my neighbor was willing to take me. At 2pm I started texting Bruno to send me an Uber to pick me up, no response. I texted 2:15, then called 2:30.
He called me back 2:35 and said Uber is coming. At 3pm I texted him to say that I did not get any texts from Uber, he told me that Uber driver was given wrong info. At 3:10 texts came that they are looking for a new Uber driver, previous driver canceled. At 3:30 I went to my neighbor again and told her that I will pay her to drive me to get my car.
I live four miles from dealership! I never anticipated that my car would be in shop for eight hours, otherwise I would ask for a loner. probably they would not give it to me anyway. I briefly complained to a service manager who apologized and said they are just very busy! This is not acceptable from a Mercedes dealership. Because they are overbooked, unorganized and short staff my day was ruined. I would not schedule it on that day if I knew my car will be there eight hours. No loaner, proper shuttle. They care only about themselves, unfortunately.

Such a shame to deal with a service team that just doesn't care. The overall sales experience was easy but service related issues have been a nightmare. Repairs were delayed, communication is not forthcoming, if you need a loaner and they take you to hertz. DO NOT give them your credit card. I've been fighting for erroneous charges from Hertz for over 2 months all in result of the service manager not ensuring the proper paperwork was completed. I've requested callbacks from the service rep, the service finance manager, and finally the overall service manager.still no results.
My car went in on Sept 2nd and was finished on Sep 15th.it is now November 8th and I'm still chasing Crown! Don't shop in Pinellas.go across the bridge and enjoy a fantastic experience (sales and service) at Mercedes of Tampa! Ken I.

We tried to buy a used car. Discovered a minor issue on the test drive. Salesman promised it would be fixed. Put down a deposit. Went to pick up the car and it had not been. They needed to send it out to a specialist. Paid for the car with the promise of delivery in 2 days. Got a call saying it was more complicated and we would need to pay $2000 more.
We declined and asked for a refund. A day or 2 after that they said never mind.it was easy to fix.no additional charge. At this point I have lost confidence in them. No thank you again. A week later we are still waiting on our money. I can hardly get anyone to call me back. I have given proof the check cleared my account and they are still holding almost $9K of my money. I cannot buy a car until I have it back. Very unprofessional, inconvenient, and not very good customer service.

His service rep Bruno saw the damage, he failed to follow up with me to correct it! Their British General Manager would do well to go and work for a British Car Dealer down the street and take his arrogant attitude down there!

Sadly, the sale rep used his car sales 101 user manual on us. Since we are in the market to get in a larger car. I like to start the process early. I called crown to find a good lease specialist and see if they had any loaner cars for sale since I find this was how I get the best terms. E told me that he had 2 in stock. I then told him about the MSRP on the national website advertisement of base 54k and a $549 a month payment was something I wanted to be in the range of and to see if they are able to make something happen.
After repeatedly saying he could. I asked him 1 last time because it was a Saturday, our kids day off, that I didn't want to waste anyone's time, that we have 2 young kids that get anxious and that we just want to come only if they can fit the terms I was looking for. The sales reps last text was "I am confident I can make something work to earn your business".
We get there on a Saturday morning 11:30 am. He meet us and shows us the car model we asked for. Brought us inside and started his showdown that I already asked to not bother with when I made the call prior to. While my kids were anxiously playing with the iPad and phone to keep them busy. Sale rep sat and ran numbers for us. He turns his lap top around to show me the car payment of $900 a month.
I told him this wasn't what I talked to him on the phone about. He then mentioned. He has no loaners, he doesn't have any inventory and that they don't have anything close to the base I asked for. He then goes to step 2. Types on his computer and then turns around to show a $700 a month payment. This wasn't what I asked for. I explicitly advised 24hrs prior what I was looking for and he LIED about everything to get me in the door!
No inventory on site, no loaners on site and he couldn't figure out a way to get the payment on the national website even close. thank you for wasting a good 2.5hours of my day off crown. Please try teaching the car sales men a bit more class. Seems I'll be heading back to Tampa Mercedes. They've never lied about stock and pricing there. Service department is Top Notch! Recently had my E350 in to fix a another dealership's botched fuel pump replacement job. Needless to say, I was not happy having to bring my car in for a repair that was supposedly already made somewhere else. The experience from start to finish was 5 star. From scheduling, to dropoff, loaner car pickup, and checkout, this was the best service experience I've had at any MB dealership in 20+ years with 5 cars.
Service adviser Andrew was polite, professional, courteous, and listened to my complaint about a previous dealership's warranty work which led to the need for urgent service. I received a follow up call later in the day to give me status of the vehicle, the repairs had been made under warranty and my car would be inspected by the service manager before calling me next day for pickup.
Customer lounge is clean, well stocked with beverages and comfortable. Loaner car was provided and the whole process was pretty effortless. Received a call from my advisor next day to inform car was ready for pickup. Loaner car dropoff and checkout took all of 3 minutes before I was back in my car and on my way. Highly recommend.

Received a call from my advisor next day to inform car was ready for pickup. Loaner car dropoff and checkout took all of 3 minutes before I was back in my car and on my way. Highly recommend.

I was lied to my face, then tricked into signing a document. It cost me $1,650 in repairs because I was convinced to buy a used car with a "crown 100k warranty" and last minute after all was said and done, slipped an "as i agreement to sign. I shouldn't have signed it, but i felt it was too late as I already owned the car and needed my keys.

Just purchased our second Mercedes vehicle--this time from Crown. We had previously been customers of Lokey Mercedes in Clearwater, which was great at the time. But our favorite people from that dealership, Nicole Quezada (Sales Manager) and Jaz Rodriquez (Sales Consultant) moved to Crown--so we did too. We had a great experience working with Nicole and Jaz, as we expected from our last Mercedes purchase.
The process was quick and respectful of our time. We got a great deal on ending our previous lease a little early, and getting into a great new GLB. We also met a new sales consultant, Neville Barnett, who we highly recommend too. We will be taking our new GLB to Crown for service. It's a beautiful new dealership, and everyone is exceptionally nice. Thanks for a great car buying experience!

Thanks Paul. Great service with the loaner and very informal and helping me. Even though we didn't get our bumper problem solved with the car wash and scratched up the tailgate a couple weeks ago on Thursday. Hopefully we can get it done next time too bad you weren't my service advisor. A great help and we appreciate you.

Check out their reviews on Google, these are misleading. Bruno is the man! Pulled into town for the week and had an issue with Sprinter that our RV is on. No appointment, late call, Thanksgiving Weekend, Bruno said to come to see him the day after. Pulled in, was in and out in less than 2 hours. I can't thank him enough!

Brought a very challenging A Class of 10 mos 3k miles in for service, told them the story, should not have, asked when they clean it to please help and get the sap off the window. The loaner had air bag issues so I did not want to drive it and asked they bring my car to me. They did. It was dirtier than when I left it there, dead bugs on front grille, no change in sap.
And "Carlos" drove it 20 m to me with hard to see out drivers window.wrote GM, thought they'd say, come in we will detail it.gave em 3 weeks.sent emails.nope.horrific for a dealer never mind a MB dealer

Consistently poor service. The lack of rudeness does not constitute customer service. The only person that smiles is a beautiful man that's the greeter out front. Every time I come they ask me for my phone number to update my information I've been here three times in the 4 months and I've given it to them every time instead of pulling up and looking in the computer as far as what services I had on my previous visit they ask me what I need I have had Lexus, Ford, Infiniti, Audi and Mercedes by far (in Florida) the least friendly and trained staff

Update. I got a call from the manager and he was very helpful in expediting the refunds I would recommend buying your Mercedes somewhere else. When we sold each of our 3 Mercedes we bought from them, our trouble started. The delayed and dragged their feet and obstructed in every way possible the refunds of all those extended tire warrantees, pre paid maintenance plans, etc.
The person in charge is never there. They say they will return calls when they don't. It's been four months without any results. Here's my first review when buying the car. It's mostly related to the salesman. We had followed him to Crown. And when he left we did too. I have purchased many Mercedes before and my experiences have been great. However, the experience here with Mr. Diamond were on a much higher level.
I have never had someone go so far out of his way to make sure I was getting the best car, the best deal, the best before, during and after the sale experience. I will definitely be back and recommend.

Never use this car dealership for repairs! This is probably the worst experience and auto repair I've ever had the service person Charlie Apple gave us an estimate of $1200 to fix the sunroof on our Mercedes. he had the car for a week repeatedly stalling and not returning our calls at the end he said well we were not able to really fix the problem but we did complete $ 1200 I. repairs and if you want The problem fully repaired it will be an additional $2000 making the total $3200 what a ripoff. So incredibly dishonest!

This is exactly why people don't like the steelerships! I called and explained exactly what vehicle I have an asked how much to do an alignment. I was told 189.00 for my 2018 sprinter, I bring it in and get ready to approve the estimate and now the cost is 239.00 The price went up $50 and 15 minutes of me driving there. See ya. Btw, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes start to finish to do an alignment on the sprinter because there is no caster and camber adjustments. It's just unnecessary to rob people.
