I had a great experience this week with Corrine, service advisor for Bert Smith Porsche. My 2019 911 had a persistent rattle that sounded like it was coming from the passenger door, but after several test drives and inspections the problem turned out to be a plastic ziplock type bag caught in the passenger seat track. My car was picked up and returned very professionally by Pedro under Corrine's scheduling. My faith in quality service is restored. Thank you.

One would think you have to buy a Porsche from Bert Smith Porsche to receive excellent service, but not in this case. Jason in service and all of his teammates treated me with such great care. I will buy my next Porsche because of Jason and his teammates.

It felt really good to return to this familiar dealership. Nothing but good memories. It was even better to find out that Mike O'Donnell was still there but now as the General Sales Manager. He has always been a big help when ordering my cars. He was one of the reasons that I returned to Bert Smith. My wife and I were very happy to see him again. The staff at Bert Smith always make you feel welcomed and are very patient and helpful with your questions. Corey Biller (Certified Brand Ambassador) was awesome in going over my new car.

He spent a lot of time with me and answered a lot of my questions. He was very reassuring and knows his stuff. I highly recommend this dealership if you are thinking about a Porsche

I've only ever dealt with the service department but they are top notch. Star consistently lives up to her name with her level of service. 4 stars only because there are definitely cheaper options available. Institute a matching program and you'll be the community shop

Bert Smith Porsche picked up my car, they take very good care of it. Service was prompt and I do not feel they are trying to sell me things I do not need. I have used them for about 6 year now. I feel more comfortable with them than other dealers in the general area.

This is the second vehicle purchased through Corey Biller and just like the first, I had a great experience! He was extremely professional (and patient) through the entire process and had me out of the dealership in under an hour the day I signed and took delivery. He's a valuable asset to the Bert Smith team and I will continue to work with and refer my friends to him.

Corinne in service is awesome and exceeds expectations! She is extremely communicative and efficient. She was able to fit me in to her busy schedule to ensure my repair was completed before my warranty expired and even had my Porsche ready the same day! It is extremely hard to find good service, especially someone who is responsive.

Super happy with my S550 coupe. Got a great deal. Make sure to ask for Rhett Graham over in Porsche. He will take good care of you. ***Insider tip*** they have unbelievable prices on extended warranties if you purchase any pre-owned through the Porsche sales department. Trust me, I did the legwork & shopped around and no other company could come close (& I mean like thousands not hundreds of $$ close) to the price of the extended warranty I got.

I know there are some bad reviews about this dealer, but those seem to be for the BMW service department. Sales department for Porsche, and from what I was seeing the sales teams for every Manufacturer for that matter, are top notch. Remember to ask for Rhett & tell him Matt that bought the Benz Coupe sent ya.
