Great experience! Boone was extremely patient and helpful, and even stayed an hour past his shift to help us. I didn't get her name unfortunately, but the lady with the pink hair who works in finance is also wonderful to deal with. Very welcoming environment and will definitely continue to do business with them in the future!

In maintenance, Kenny is a friendly and caring person to deal with. A driver drove us to a nearby eatery and picked us up when the car was ready. Service was good and quick. Did I mention that Kenny has been a great member of the Ford team.

Anthony Olivia assisted me in getting my car repaired post accident. He was incredible! Not only did he make sure that my car was completely fixed from the accident, but he also had it inspected for me and detailed. I couldn't ask for more. He was wonderful!

My repairs took much longer then expected initially BUT, they were always very polite and very helpful. they even paid for my rental car when the insurance ompany didn't want to. the repairs were done professionally and better then new just like they told me it would be. I recommend for anyone looking for a car or repairs. top notch.

Went to look for a new vehicle, and let me just say Albee Mangino is the best, he was able to help get my husband and I both into new vehicles. So if you're thinking about buying you should give him a call. Albee as well as the other staff were fabulous. We absolutely love our new vehicles . We will definitely be giving him a call when we look to get new vehicles in the future!

This was my first time buying a vehicle from Greg Knauf at Phil Fitts Ford. Greg was very easy to work with and answered all the questions I had. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend anybody to this dealership because of the outstanding staff! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing customer service. Very friendly staff. made the process of buying my first car a very enjoyable one. Very easy to work with, hassle free, and negotiable. Albee Mangino was my salesman. one of the nicest individuals I've had the opportunity to meet. Would definitely recommend talking to him. When the time comes to buy a new car again down the road, I'll this will be the # 1 spot on my list.

Everything was great. My salesman Rod was a great guy to work with. My 4 star rating is based on the fact that I just bought it and it needs an oil change already and needs to be inspected next month.

Just had my Focus in yesterday. Jim in service set the repair up. The job was done promptly. Jim kept me updated while the repair was completed. Never have a bad experience in either sales or repair!.

Once again I had another great buying experience with my salesman Luke Lord, he never disappoints! He, along with Sales Manager Brian Grantham have come to be friends of mine, and I always look forward to dealing with them! I will always be a repeat customer of theirs, honest, friendly, knowledgeable! Thanks again to everyone at Phil Fitts Ford!

They did an oil change for us, very reasonable a tad more expensive than Walmart but they checked other things as well.

I live an hour away from this place and worked out a informal deal over the phone with the dealer. When i show up to look at the truck, it has a huge oil leak and the check engine light on top of the truck cosmetically being repaired. I knew about the cosmetic stuff but was not aware of a check engine light or the huge oil leak from the oil pan of the truck.

I then speak to the sales person who says well can we work on a deal if we fix all the concerns you have and i said yes that would be good, when he speaks to the manager about the deal, the salesperson comes back and states they mispriced the vehicle online and the price is actually 5k more than what was listed online, but i could buy it for the mistaken price if i purchase it as it sits.what a sham, It appears they were hoping no one would see the oil leak from the oil pan and could make a quick dollar off the sale of the truck. I would not trust anything that comes from this place.

BUYER BEWARE! My brother just drove 12hrs round trip to this place to purchase a right hand drive vehicle. They were charging just above market at $40k as if it was in solid condition. Fortunately he knows something about cars and was able to give the engine a once over and asked to put the car up on the lift. The main rear was cracked! Which apparently makes it a dead car.

They tried to sell a $40k junker jeep with a cracked main rear covered in oil. That's CRIMINAL! They even tried to pressure him to buy it quickly because it's a hard to find vehicle! I hope everyone looking to purchase from them sees this review.

We requested information on an F150 and Luke Lord got back to us quickly. He was willing to work with us via text message and get to the price we were looking for on the truck. It was a lot of back and forth and Luke was always professional and thoughtful. When my elderly Dad went in to make the final purchase, there was a little issue with his financing. Luke made sure my Dad was comfortable and hung in there with him through the whole process.

This is the second truck we've purchased from Phil Fitts and we appreciate the great service and fair dealing. Luke is a great asset to the dealership. Definitely recommend working with him.

On Friday aug. 30 had my 2019 Ford fusion in for its first oil change, the last two new cars i bought the first oil change was free. They now say they don't do that anymore. Service person came out and said they are finishing up but I need windshield wiper blades, I said that can't be the car only has 5000 miles on it I told him no don't put them on. When I got into car to leave I saw sticker on windshield said I had 54000 miles and no mileage when I should get it changed again. The service has really gotten sloppy

Dear car buyer My father purchased a used vehicle in March, 2019. Within 30 days, he had an unwarranted repair for a rear backup camera. Phil Fitts was more than ready to sell him a service agreement which added close to 3000.00 additional cost to the price of the vehicle. Now, I have never been a fan of maintenance insurance, and upon learning, I spoke to the salesman, and told him my father, age 85, who drives less than 10,000 miles a year, didnt need a 2 year, 3000.00 insurance and i wanted to cancel the policy, ASAP.

I was assured that the policy could be canceled after the repair was made, and my Dad would not have to pay an additional monthly installment. Ok, lets get it repaired Well, as of today, July 15, 2019, the repair has not been completed, even thought Phil Fitts was paid for the repair in May, 2019. My dad has been to Phil Fitts a total of 5 trips, and still the issue has not been resolved.

But Phil Fitts has been paid for the repair. The service department says there is a part on backorder. But does the service department call the customer to give an update? No. Not even a courtesy call to apologize for this delay, or to offer some sort of compensation for his having to pay monthly for an unnecessary service agreement. So, beware of these tactics Don't expect to have a return call when a problem arises. Poor customer service reigns very high at Phil Pitts Ford. Buyer, beware and forewarned

I really enjoy the service at Phil Fitts. We came from out of state to pick up a new to me car. Everything was so smooth. They were easy to deal with from online, to over the phone to in person. and in person, they went the extra mile! As previously mentioned, we came from out of state and we had a rental, the salesperson went as far as to call the rental company to let them know we may be a little late with dropping off the car -- we didn't ask or prompt this, he did it out of the goodness of their hearts. I can't speak to their selection, but their customer service is fantastic!

Deceptive Practices I contacted Fhil Fitts Ford in New Castle dealership to purchase a 15 passenger van to transport underprivileged kids for my non profit. When I called the folks they had a van for sale for $2500 with many miles, but in good shape. I asked for photos and they sent them to me. The machine looked good on the photos. I called to make sure that the machine did not have other problems and defects because my wife and I were traveling about 2 hours one way and we did not want any surprises.

The internet sales person assured me that the machine runs well and they would not have it for sale if it was not a good shape. The internet sales lady also said that if we do not arrive to the dealership by 4:30 (we left at 2:30) another person is coming to look at the machine at that time. When we arrived we immediately discovered the van had deep rust holes on the sides, a large crack in the windshield and the passenger back side of the machine was wrecked. (she did not take pictures of the bad side of the machine and did not reveal the damages even when I asked.) My wife and I were deceived and wasted more than 4 hours of our time.

We did not leave the dealership till almost 5 and no one else came to look at the van. I am sure she made this up to get a sale. I really thought a Ford Dealership would meet higher standards when it comes to selling a vehicle. Is this deception behavior coming from the employee or is she being coached by the management of Phil Fitts Ford?

We were looking at a very specific truck and drove almost TWO HOURS to look at and possibly buy because we were that interested in it. (It was going to be for our anniversary; my husband even left work an hour early so we would make it in time) The salesman spoke to my husband that day and said yes it's here. We got there (remember after a two hour trip) and it was gone.

The salesman had no idea where it was. We walked all over the property looking for it. So another salesman, who had a bit of an attitude in my opinion, said it was out at a body repair shop. They have a repair shop on the premises so I don't know why it wasn't getting fixed there. Very disappointed in our first experience there. To me it should be the salesman's job to know where a vehicle is, or at least let us know beforehand if it's gone so we didn't waste all that time driving for nothing. Or at least when they took the truck say hey no someone is coming to look at it. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because they had beautiful restrooms.

Listen, I have never written a bad review but felt compelled to share. Do not take your vehicle here for repairs. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, they kept my car for about 9 weeks and the finger pointing game they did between themselves and the insurance company was borderline ridiculous. I had to escalate my situation to Lincoln which is the only way I got my car issues resolved.

When we finally got the call to go pick our car up, they handed us the key and told us where it was parked. Gave us no detail on what all they did, didn't come with us while we looked it over but instead I looked up and saw them peeking out the window, so childish. No professionalism at all, no care for the outcome. Not only do I know I will never buy a car from them, but they have actually soured me from considering a Lincoln next time.

It's impressive that a service business can stay in business when their service quality is this poor. We called and made an appointment to bring our Ford vehicle in for repairs/maintenance. The mechanics were not excited to see our older model in their driveway. I wish they had told us to 'scram'. Instead, they did the paperwork and held our vehicle there for 3 weeks. Yes, I did say that--3 weeks.

This is a second vehicle for us, so while it was inconvenient, it wasn't the end of the world. My husband didn't want to ruffle the feathers of the service folks there, as he was relying on them to get the vehicle running. After being told every day that they will get to it 'tomorrow', he finally had to call the GM who wasn't too happy to have a complaining customer; of course, it was the customer's fault.

A week later, they finally returned the vehicle to us saying they didn't want to do the work. We picked up the vehicle and paid $350.00 to them. For what, I'm not sure.at this point, it doesn't matter. Now, my husband is doing his own repair in our driveway. Fabulous! Needless to say, we won't be going back to Phil Fitts Ford in New Castle, PA. : So much for supporting the local economy.

The sales person we dealt with was polite but not very knowledgeable about the new ford natural gas trucks. Shame on management for not training their people on new products. Natural Gas fuel stations are starting to show up. The vehicle coming out has been all over the news and we went and looked it up on the Internet. The sales people should know their products.

We went else were. To be fair we have used Fitts in the past for servicing our vehicles and they have been reasonable. Score Vehicle Offerings 1 Service ( Sales 1 / Vehicle 3) 2 Atmosphere 3 Value 1 Recommend 2 ( Still better than Donnell Ford)

We've bought a number of cars here over the years and have always had a good experience. We like being able to go back and see the same salesman every time. He treats us right and makes it a pleasure to do business here. We also have had good experiences with the service dept. Never a problem. Highly recommended!

Had an average experience here while purchasing my car. Nothing spectacular but i felt that I got a fair price and a good vehicle. This is a service industry though, and that is where it went wrong. I cannot believe the salesman that we dealt with. I still get cards from him, 4 years later, with nothing written on the inside but a handful of business cards shoved in them. Really?

This has got to be the tackiest strategy I've ever seen. A Christmas card with 5 business cards?!?!? Thanks but no thanks. I'll be going elsewhere for my next vehicle. Maybe you'll get a better salesman. Not Recommended.
