Went in for a tire change over to summer rims and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Allison Cooper is to be commended for the leadership at this dealership resulting in having staff that are professional and courteous. Ther service department has always been excellent. All in all a very positive experience.

My service was initially for the Friday Jan 24th @ 1pm. Upon returning at 3:15 the oil change had not been done yet. As I was working night I took my vehicle. Had to book a apt for the following week and the oil change was completed.

I find everyone I come in contact with to be helpful and professional. We worked with Mr. Allen Ducharme who was both effecient and personable. I also know this dealership is good at aftercare and you don't feel abandoned after the sale. The service department is as helpful and professional as the front of house. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had a terrific experience dealing with the sales associate here but everything fell apart when the sales manager became involved. I put in an offer on a vehicle and waited 2 hours only to hear back that the sales manager was on the phone for two hours selling the vehicle I put an offer in on to another customer for more money. Afterwards when I talked to the sales manager and said I would be leaving a google review of my experience he asked if I was threatening him.

Next sales manager told me what goes around comes around and that karma was going to get me. I emailed the General Manager about my experience and what transpired but did not receive a reply or acknowledgement about what had happened. The sales associate experience was amazing but needless to say I will not be coming back and cannot support a company that treats customers like this.

In my three years spent working in the automotive industry I've come across some very good and very negative experiences, suffice to say I had an experience that was highly unprofessional, very disrespectful, and I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I had a rattle coming from my moon roof on my 2015 F150 Lariat and the issue was fixed quickly. Thanks to Jack and Trevor for the quick and courteous service. Whatever the problem was it was corrected and my truck is free of rattles. As always the service at Northland Ford is excellent.that's why I keep going back!

Awesome customer service. The sales staff goes above and beyond to meet and facilitate needs. After the purchase is what really matters, and the entire staff treats you well. I will certainly buy from here again, and I encourage others to as well. People who have issue with this dealership should also talk to Allison, the GM upstairs. She is very approachable, and would work with you to bring you solutions.
