This is by far one of the best auctions you will find as a dealer. It's not the quality of cars or how many miles are on them, it's the people that run the show. Clint is the best at making sure your personal issues are addressed. He is genuine and sincere. He goes above and beyond to help me and others in ways he is not required to do so. Tony, Sharon and the team in Arb care about your concerns and try to help in any way they can. Randy is always around to bring the energy and help in any way he can.

This place is great, Reasonable and fair but Gabe who works there is literally the most UNPROFESSIONAL representative. He has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE skills I have ever experienced. He does nothing but raise his voice and attempt to intimidate people. However, other than him, it is a great organization who prides themselves on quality service. You can tell upper management cares and wants to hear what you have to say, I appreciate their business, Thank you.

GPS gives bad destination location.the women at the front shack were very helpful and overly kind.(only reason I go back, amazing professionalism). Communication between staff is weak at times. I've spent 1 1/2 hrs looking for the car I was to pick up, because three people gave me different locations of said vehicle I was picking up.(unfortunate waste of time that communication would have alleviated). 45 min for another.overall decent prices and avg friendliness.
