I made an appointment for an oil change and made it very clear that I would have to wait, as I only have one car. They informed me i would have to come first thing in the morning. So I made my appointment and showed up on my schedule day and time. When i arrived i was told they couldn't get me in until hours later. They didn't get my business and definitely won't receive it in the future.

We were 7.5 hours into our road trip from NC and ended up with a flat tire and Team One came to our rescue! They promptly came across the street and the technician had our tire off and back to the shop in no time. They ordered a new tire that arrived within the hour and he brought it back to where we were and installed it. We cannot thank your business enough for being so courteous and helpful in this emergency situation!

Had my son's car towed to Team One on a Saturday afternoon because it was the only place open on the weekend. Said they would look at it Monday. Got a call first thing Monday telling me what needed to be repaired and the price. Was done that afternoon for the quoted price. Great service, would definitely recommend.

I cant say enough good things about the service and professional's who work here. I am new to the area and happened to stumble in to get my PA inspection done. I have a fairly new car and they took the extra time to diagnose a potential very expensive transmission problem that is covered under my powertrain warranty. I had a blow out on Hwy 15 on my way to Scranton, PA. I called a few places in the vicinity but couldn't find a place that could get me in quickly so that I could still make my meeting in Scranton. So I change my tire and moved on, hoping my spare would hold out for another 2 1/2 hours. I came across Team One and decided to stop in. I spoke to Todd, the manager, and he said he would take care of me as fast as possible.
I left him my keys, went to have breakfast next door, and as I finished my breakfast Todd called me and said everything was ready to go. Quick, Professional, Kind and Fair Charge are all words I would use to rate this automotive repair garage. I give them a double thumbs up rating. God Bless!

What nice people and service. I took my car in for an inspection and thought I also had a transmission problem. Team One, called and told me the transmission was fine, I needed a tune up. Time was an issue and I needed a vehicle, they provided me with a loaner, so I could leave my car. Thank You for working with me. The time before I was having a starting issue, with a new battery 3 weeks old, I did not think I needed a new battery.
They checked the battery before doing anything, found it was bad, and sent me back -- no charge. Great people, they could have replaced an alternator or starter without me knowing the battery was the issue.
