I had a pleasant experience having my Nissan Rogue serviced for the first time. I was pleased to have this service not cost me anything, because it was the first for my new car. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant to interact with. The waiting area is comfortable.

My Service Agent - Stephen Chapman was by far the friendliest service agent I've ever had. Most importantly he was genuine and kind. As an individual, he is impressive. Which, by default, makes him a great representation of Nissan. I didn't feel pressured, or up-sold. He followed up excellently and was a pleasure to work with. I am African-American and sad to say during these times, I am sensitive to the level of service I receive. With Stephen there was nothing other than a client - no race, no age, no weight, nothing.nothing other than a VALUED client. What a pleasure!

I dropped my rogue off for my first inspection since purchase. I was told it would be done by 3:30. I was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted at a little after 2:00 to let me know my car was done. For years, at a different dealer, I had to call multiple times to get updates while my car was in the shop. Faulkner far exceeded my expectations!
