I always take my Kia to Taylor Kia for service. They always greet me upon pulling in, the offer shuttle service or if long service, a rental. They have the best cafe and waiting area. They also send text updates so I know how long until my car is done. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Great place with great service.

Tyler Rust was so very helpful on helping me find a vehicle in my budget and price range. He explained everything he did step by step so my dad and I new what was going on. He spoke in terms that I could understand. He wasn't pushy like most salesman. I highly recommend going to KIA to meet with Tyler. I used a sales person by the name of April who was excellent! She explained everything in detail and tried everything in her power to get the deal that I felt comfortable with. Also Bart salesperson is also of assistance and appreciated as well. Drove away with a Kia Forte that I absolutely love! This is my second car purchase through Taylor Kia of Boardman and I would recommend to anybody. Sales staff, service staff, Etc.are all wonderful!

Professional and courteous staff, service was done quickly and I was notified via text along the way. Clean waiting area with complimentary coffee and pop was very nice. The tech reviewed every with me when they were done. Everything was perfect and I'll definitely recommend Taylor Kia to my friends.

I had a great experience. The salesman answered all of my questions. I love my newer car. I can't remember his name because I bought the car a few months ago. I went for my oil change and while I was sitting in the cafe he came to see how I liked my car. Great service! It was nice that he remembered me months later! It makes you feel like a valued customer, not just another sale! Will be going there for future cars!
