Coates Car Care

I've tried all the car washes in the area and Coates is by far the best of the best! No other car wash gets my car as clean hands down. They have several locations, & offer a lot of different services. I love the Coates club that offers unlimited washes a month with options to add family members. They recently added vacuums that are free to use. They can't be beat!

Love the monthly car wash club! Makes keeping my car clean everyday without paying a fortune. Staff is always nice and friendly. I must edit my review to 3 stars, ever since Niles changed how the tires are done my white car has black marks within the hour of leaving. I used to love the monthly wash club, now i just changed to the cheapest package just to keep it clean, not worth it anymore, saves them money but leaves the customer hanging.

I joined the membership last month, ive had my brand new SUV 2 months and got two big scratches down the back of my vehicle the brush that spins around your car literally shoved my Terrain. So, called today to cancel my membership and told the receptionist why I wanted to cancel and she asked me for my bar code number. I tried to give it to her as I was driving and reading it, it looked like there was a letter in it and she rudly said "that's not it we don't have letters in our bar codes" I said ok one second then I'm driving ill try and give it to you OR actually can you just look it up by my name (again I was driving so that would have been the safer option) she said I can but no we like to have the barcode instead.

I was able to get the barcode number and gave it to her and she said "ok well I'm not at my computer right now so I can't cancel it right now" I asked her why she asked me for the bar code then instead of telling me that and she proceeded to literally scream at my and say "because I'm not at my computer right now ma'am I'll do it later". not one apology just straight ignorance. I drove there beings I wasn't far when I was on the phone with the woman and of course they are closed. WHY NOT JUST SAY THAT? Horrible.

I have a card on file pay every month it's very reasonable place and the car wash is fantastic the young men and woman who are always respectful that run the place are great people thanks for being great people good business Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Vacuuming, Full body wash

Coates does not provide a handbook and/or policy procedures for their employees to follow. However, Coates allows the supervisors and managers to write-up, harass, threaten and retaliate against the employees over every little "infraction." The employees do not know the policies or procedures of Coates Car Wash however are being threaten and retaliated against if they do not sign these falsified write-ups! Furthermore, the Supervisor tells the staff to work off the clock to get more done.

The Supervisors have told the employees that they are not permitted to use the restrooms more than once per hour. When and/or if you call the Main Office to ask about their (Coates) policies and procedures or a handbook-- Angela in the office becomes irate, stating that Coates does not have to provide information and then she hangs up on you! No Jim- everything I mentioned here is very true and has been happening.

If you had read the whole review, you would have seen that I already contacted your offices regarding these issues and I was treated extremely rudely and hung up on. So inside how about you deal with your ignorant supervisors, managers and staff.

I own a white Buick that shows so much dirt, salt, and other dirty spots. Josh, Clinton, and the rest of your team ensures that my car looks spotless every time I leave and I am treated respectfully. I can only say positive things from the way I am greeted by staff to the free vacuums at the end of my wash. I am confident my car will be well maintained when I bring my car in. Thank you and keep up the great work!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They could've did a better job of vacuuming my car. Overall it was ok

I haven't been here recently, but used to take my Envoy and Malibu here. Great service. If you have a problem with the service that was completed, they are always willing to make it right.

Had to update my review because I had one OK experience but every other experience has been excellent! Kind of like today my car is immaculately clean and I came in right before close and they still did an amazing job thank you so much!

I received a free epic wash which I used at the Hermitage location. The workers there are always courteous and do a great job! Free use of the vacuums is a plus! The epic made my car look like new! I don't get my car washed anywhere else. Great wash and excellent customer service!

Typically I choose the Ultimate package and have never been disappointed. Friendly employees. Thorough car wash. They have plans where you pay like $25 a moNth for unlimited washes - very great deal! The Ultimate is $15 and worth every penny.

The car wash is good. Have used for years but the last time it scratched the bumper like fingers ran from top to bottom of my rear bumper. My girlfriend told me had the exact scratches on her rear bumper and roof top. But because her car is leased, she never reported the damage. I wrote a claims report at the hermitage car wash and they told me a manager would be calling me.

I put their number in my phone so I'd know when they were calling. It took over a week for someone to call. I missed the call but they left no message or name to call back. They called a second time but again, no message. I called Coates 2 more times and the manager (who remains nameless) was never there. I left messages but no response. It's been a month since the accident and have not heard a thing.

Finally I called my own insurance company and I await the results. My car is an expensive car and I know I'll have to replace bumper. I will never go back to the car wash again. Who knows where else they may scratch and they don't take responsibility.

Finally! unlimited car washes. Having recently moved to the area, I was disappointed not to find any place that offered unlimited monthly passes. The guys that work here have a tough job, and they're always pleasant. And having more than one location is good too. Thumbs up!

Pretty good place to get a quick car wash in the Valley. I always just get the express wash for $8 and while it's of course not as good as if you spent the time to do it at home yourself, I don't want to take time to do it at home and it definitely gets the dirt and salt off. Just a few left over bugs on the bumper really. Line moves quickly even when they're busy. Takes about 5 min if there is a short line of 2-3 cars. If you're someone who loves your car and wants it to be pristine, you should do it yourself but that's not me and I'm pleased with this place!
