I have been using TA truck sales to manage and inspect my fleet of over 30 vehicles for more than 10 years now and could not be happier with their amazing customer service, knowledge and how trustworthy they are. I have tried other shops but they have not come close to TA. I would not trust any other so to manage my vehicles.

I bought an 02 Escape from William. It's a really clean vehicle and William was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. However, as Im driving the truck home the check engine light comes on; the transmission needed to be rebuilt. The sale was AS IS; and furthermore, the warranty from APWI he sold me turned out to be a total rip off.
Now I know with used vehicles anything can go wrong at any time. But I jus have a funny feeling he knew something was up with the transmission and was dishonest about it. I have no way to be sure of that but Id say buyers beware.

I bought a 2002 Ford F-150 for a fair price I was very please with the service and the truck. 2 months after I got the vehicle from William villafane I got a check engine light and the code was for a o2 sensor so I decided to call William he was very friendly and professional he got me to bring my car to his mechanic and they fixed free of cost I can't be more happier, this vehicle was bought AS IS and he still took care of the situation. I'll recommend everyone I know to them THANKS WILLIAM

Total runaround. This only refers to William, of their used car sales, the other staff seems pretty friendly and competent. Will posted a car, so my mechanic and I drove an hour out to see it. We liked the car, needed some work, and agreed on a fair price, this is where it all went south. We did the paperwork and he said he'd have a title ready in two days.
He also forgot to give me my license, so I drive back again. A day later, he was texting asking for all the random stuff in the car (an umbrella and blanket). My mechanic tossed it but went back and got it, which he came and picked up. Three days later, he says he has the title ready, so we agree on meeting at 9:30a, but I have some time and get there at 9a. Again, the owner wants stuff out of the car, which is in the shop, but I go again, and get it for him.
He's running late and chastised me for getting their early but whatever. The staff at the office was kind enough to offer water and a seat to wait. He finally gets there, only to find out he never got it notarized. So he's on the phone for the next 20 minutes, trying to figure out how he's gonna transfer it to me. Finally, he says we're going to a tag place, which is 10 minutes away, to get it done.
I offer him a ride there, so I can leave after. In the car, he find out we have to drive to his other office, 30 min away. So more time wasted, we get to his other office, he fills out more paperwork, and then says we're good. At this point, I don't believe him, so I tell him I need the title notarized or were not done. He he calls his tag place and finally gets the to do it.
After I leave, I noticed he forgot to give me back the bill of sale. Insult to injury. Car is finally titled and registered in my name. In the end, I got a good deal for my car, but horribly incompetent service did not help at all. In the end, he still owes me the second key and an electronic copy of the bill of sale, which is never sent 2 weeks later and after asking twice.

I bought a van from them last year at a price that was too good to be true. Everything seemed fine upon initial inspection and driving test, but immediately afterwards an incredible number of things with this van started going wrong. Things that any decent mechanic would have noticed upon the inspection they claimed to have put the vehicle through (and which the mechanic they used swore they had done). Stay away from these guys, I don't think they're anything remotely close to honest.
