Had an appointment for an inspection at 8am and needed an oil change as well. They gave me the car back at 12pm. That's 4 hours! When I left, the tire pressure light was on. They also tried to get me to stay for longer and get a fuel induction service for about $200, I bought my civic literally a year ago, it does not need that. I will not be going back there again.

I used to be a satisfied customer, however my last visit left me severely disappointed. And I'm not one to complain. I recently gave birth to twins and need to pump to feed them, and planned accordingly - asking how long the visit would take in advance, letting them know of my circumstance, etc. The day-of they told me it would take DOUBLE the estimated time (5 hours!) and when I asked about accommodations to pump they suggested a bathroom.
When I pled with them to keep me apprised and try to hold firm to my appointment time, they told me "you don't want to hear this, but staff called out." Horrible treatment for a new mom and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I understand things come up, but that was egregiously long and their lack of sympathy and no apology shows their level of customer service.

Hello and Good Afternoon Google. I am so excited that I finally purchased another vehicle. It wasn't my intention at all, as my Mitsubishi suddenly started giving me issues. I decided to go with a Honda. I asked the people who serviced my Mitsubishi. I know I didn't want another Mitsubishi, but previously I had sworn that I would never purchase another car that was not Mitsubishi.
I prefer Japanese vehicles over American cars. I decided to go with this dealership because after Miguel from RapCo suggested that I go with Honda or Toyota, I decided on Honda. It is ironic that my cousin works for Honda and I never entertained the idea of purchasing a Honda. It had never occurred to me at all, until now. I had rented a vehicle so that now I have two cars in my care. Steve from RapCo was kind enough to drive my MItsubishi to Martin Main LIne Honda, while I drove my rented vehicle there.
Then I drove Steve back to RapCo and then I went into the dealership where they asked if I had an appointment and I said no. A Sales Representative by the name of Lucy Hu offered to assist me. I told her I was looking to purchase a vehicle. They asked for my information like license and my social, so that they could offer me a package, based on my credit history.
I said no, I preferred to look first then talk. I was interested in a Honda Pilot, since I heard there was more leg room in a Pilot, then a CR-V. I am tall and I need room for my long legs, LOL! There were many beautiful vehicles available. I opted not to look at a CR-V at all. Instead, I only looked at the Pilots. told Lucy, no red, white or black vehicles.
I was looking around and I decided on a silver Pilot because it only had 17,342 miles on it. It was a 2019. The car was super expensive, but that was the only Pilot they had with such low mileage. After I test drove it, it was a done deal. I was surprised that they let me drive it and they didn't go with me. I went for a short spin and fell in love.
This was going to be my vehicle. After I signed all of the paperwork, it was massive, then I drove away in my car/SJU. The paperwork is so extensive, that is exactly why I do not like purchasing another vehicle. There is a lot of work that lies ahead. Lucy Hu, Sales Representative was excellent, attentive and efficient. Mr. David Baratka, Business Manager was equally as efficient. I recommend these two if you are looking to purchase a Honda. Have a blessed day, Google!

I called this morning and spoke to Tiffany in internet sales and explained that I was 45 minutes away and on my way if they had the CIVICS they show as available on their website. "New Arrivals". She explained yes and that two of they had just arrived. We drove in and they had nothing. They lured us in with scrupulous tactics in efforts to sell whatever they had. Today we bought an off lease 2019 Accord elsewhere with 14k miles.

I was a first time car buyer in December. I bought a used Honda Accord 2019 that was "Honda Pre-Owned Certified". Meaning it went through inspections many times and I was told by my salesman that I was "like new". Being that I was a first time buyer, I didn't realize I should have inspected the vehicle deeper than I did. After leaving the lot o started to find lack of quality all over the car.
The mirror and sun blocker had fingerprints of what looked like Cheeto dust all over it. The tires all had huge chunks missing from them because who ever leased it prior to me was an awful driver clearly. And there was a very very thin crack/damage on my bumper. I had also been told that the car been in no accidents. Clearly this accident was never reported or fixed.
Do not trust that any of these car salesmen will actually try to help you. I am now stuck with a car that has to have the majority of its tires replaced which will cost me a large sum of money. I will not be dealing with this Honda dealership ever again. It has truly left a sour taste in my mouth.

I bought a used car from Martin Honda. With my purchase I was convinced to also purchase the bumper to bumper warranty and the dings and dents protection plan. Doing so added $50 to my monthly payment. I explained to the staff here how I'm a college student paying my way through school and I wanted my car payment to be as low as possible. They assured me that having the warranty and protection plan takes all worry of having this car from me (with the exception of general upkeep and maintenance). TWO DAYS after getting my car I notice that the fog light is broken.
The hard plastic covering the bulb completely shattered. It's very unnoticeable unless you are looking right at it, so I'm guessing that it was like this before I even drove off the lot with the car. Obviously frustrating because I haven't even had the car a week but I think no big deal it should be covered through my protection plan. I was told that the dings and dents protection plan covers damage to my car caused by outside hazards. (Rocks, curbs, shopping carts, etc.) I went to dealership and they predict it was probably caused by a rock flinging up and hitting the light (an outside hazard, no?) but of course it's not covered.
A service employee at the dealership even explained to me that the guys in sales say what they have to say in order to sell these plans making them sound unbeatable. They do not explain to you the conditions of the plan, which make it so that actually most things are NOT covered. So then I ask for an estimate on how much it will cost to fix and I was told $360-$375.
They said the price for the part was $160 alone. I looked online. A brand new 2019 Honda Civic fog light assembly cost about $30. I put a hefty cash down payment on this car and also added $50 to my monthly payment and this is what I get for a simple shattered piece of plastic, which I'm still convinced was already broken BEFORE I drove off the lot. Unfortunately you miss things sometimes. Not the end of the world I guess, but I'm already very unimpressed with the dealership I chose to do business with.

Unexpected (as I have been a client for 19 years, and have bought/leased several cars from them) Very disappointing experience. I had a car inspection and a big maintenance visit and a state inspection in my 2012 Honda Crosstour in October of 2021. As part of this visit brakes, tires were inspected and rotated. Brake fluid were changed, coolant and power steering were "tapped".
After all this I was told everything was ok and that I needed to eventually change the front axels, but that it was ok to drive. 4 months and around 1000 miles later, in February of 2022 (that car is not used that much.) I started to hear the typical noise of worn brakes. I thought the brakes needed new pads and I took it to the mechanic again. I was told that I need new brakes and rotors and also new brake fluid, new coolant fluid and new power steering fluid because they all were "very dirty".
When asked why the brakes went from "no problem" 4 months before to broken rotors I was told that "we had new technicians and as there is no write up of what they did 4 months before I cannot tell you, but I can tell you that the brakes should have been reviewed as it was a major maintenance visit". I ask if it was possible that the brake fluid was already "very dirty" after 4 months (It was new from 4 months ago), and I was told, that I did not need brake fluid anymore, despite telling me 2 minutes before that it was "very dirty"; when I pointed this out, I was told that there are new technicians and they said it was dirty, but it was probably not the case as the fluid was new and did not need to be changed.
When asked how can I trust what they are telling me. They said "I did not see your car, I am telling you what the technician told me" When you lose trust it is a point of no return. I simply cannot recommend this place anymore to anybody. Please, take with a grain of salt what they tell you, and hope that when they tell you they have checked something in your car, they have in fact done it.

I wish I could give negative stars. We put a deposit on a new hybrid CR-V November 6th 2021 and were given a delivery date of early December. This was wildly false but we were patient as there are supply chain issues and we would checkin ever 2 weeks or so for status updates Fast forward 3 months to February 2022, we were informed that our Vehicle was set for delivery in the ~10 days or so.
We were in constant back and forth with the dealership via email to get the amount and confirm logistics for paperwork. 2 days after being told our vehicle was coming in we were told via email they SOLD the car to SOMEONE ELSE and they were returning our deposit. So after waiting 3 MONTHS with a $1,000 deposit they did not deliver our vehicle and returned the deposit without even a phone call of when another car would come in or to discuss options to make this right.
They have been non-responsive to attempts to contact them since I am appalled at the service we received, how can you hold a deposit for 3 months and not uphold their side of the agreement? completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere as they clearly have no respect for their customers

FRAUD AT ITS BEST I went to this dealer in early November 2021 and preordered a 2022 Honda Accord. However, they asked for an extra $2000 over the sticker price, I agreed. In late December, I got a call my car was ready for pick up, so I went there and did the paperwork for financing. The entire sales team, especially the manager NINO, will try their best to manipulate you and buy additional packages such as Car coating.
I clearly said no. Moreover, I went to the finance department, and the finance guy had already added multiple packages to my bill without my permission and just asked me to sign it. I insisted on reading before signing, and then I realized that's how they scam you. The manager will offer you their highest interest rate first and will explain to you that your monthly bill would be lower if you choose the 48-60 months so they can make money through financing too.
I also purchased a wheel lock from their parts department, which was $89, and the same wheel lock from the genuine Honda website is $39.99. The plot twist was when I received the car. I saw the paper inside that they brought my car from SCOTT HONDA for $29000 and sold it to me for $33000. I wouldn't recommend anyone go over there or purchase anything-the worst HONDA DEALER in the entire Country.

From the initial phone call telling me what was in stock, to our sales and finance experience, the process was easy, quick, and convenient. Our salesperson, Steve, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and gave us a great deal. He knew I had to get to an important meeting and did everything he could to get me out of the dealership on time.
I made it to the meeting in my brand new Pilot with minutes to spare! I would recommend Steve and Martin Main Line Honda to anyone looking to lease or purchase a new Honda. We will be back!
